The service at this hotel was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful, always meeting my needs in time. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and the facilities were perfect! The transportation is also very convenient. There are subway stations and bus stops nearby. The boss was very enthusiastic. He checked in at 11 o'clock in the evening. He told us the route and strategy of Dawei Mountain. He woke us up at four o'clock in the morning to watch the sunrise. After going down the mountain, he went back to the farm to eat lunch. The steamed vegetables and stir-fried vegetables were authentic and the price was very affordable.

Before checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

Since we arrived early, they arranged for an early check-in, and as a welcome gesture, we received two cups of Heytea. On our departure day, they even granted us a late check-out until 4 PM, which was fantastic! I brought my family here for a vacation and decided to try this newly opened hotel since it offered family suites and the location by the river was quite good. The facilities are indeed very new, and the amenities chosen are also of good quality. If I had to pick faults, one is that the bathroom lacks a place to hang clothes, which is quite impractical and doesn't offer any privacy. The other issue was on the last day when I requested housekeeping; it took a long time for anyone to show up, and when they finally did, they threw away food I had just bought from my room… This clearly shows a lack of proper training, and although the hotel did compensate me, it still affected the overall experience. Overall, it's still a good stay. Especially the river view rooms, they offer great value for money and I recommend staying here.

It's great that there's a pool, though I recommend bringing your own swimming cap. It's a bit of a distance from the subway station, so taking a taxi is more convenient.
