Facilities: No complaints. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Environment: Good. There were some stains on the carpet, but that seems hard to avoid. Service: Okay. However, the butler's WeChat responses felt a bit stiff (my subjective opinion, though for the price of just over 2000 a night, it's understandable). Also, they often said things that were out of touch with the guest's specific situation. For example, the night before check-in, I asked if there was a garment steamer in the room, and they replied they could send one, then asked if it was convenient for me now. The bubble bath setup, however, was excellent; they arranged it whenever requested. Extended stay benefit - late check-out until 2 PM (subject to availability): Didn't use it, so no comment. Extended stay benefit - complimentary seafood buffet dinner for two: Since it was free, I can't complain much. But if it were priced at over 300, it wouldn't feel worth it; around 200 would be more appropriate. Only the desserts exceeded expectations. 24-hour drinks: The drinks were great and delivered promptly upon request.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Changsha. The room was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and impressively spacious — perfect for unwinding after a long day. The reception team was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. But what truly stood out was the breakfast experience — absolutely phenomenal. It’s not just breakfast; it’s an elevated dining experience. The selection was both premium and extensive, offering a generous buffet spread along with an à la carte menu where every item was freshly prepared. The chefs were attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring — they made the morning feel personal and luxurious. Service across the board was top-notch. My stay at Niccolo Changsha far exceeded my expectations! As soon as I arrived, a staff member proactively took my luggage and thoughtfully reminded me about the elevator routes and local attractions. Upon entering the room, the air conditioning was already set to a comfortable temperature, and there were fresh fruits and a handwritten welcome note on the table. Even the toiletries were neatly organized according to common usage habits. When I wanted to change my pillow at night, it was delivered within three minutes of my call, with the staff maintaining a gentle and non-intrusive demeanor throughout. The night view of Orange Isle from the window was incredibly soothing, and Wuyi Square was right downstairs. Combining convenience with comfort, this stay was absolutely perfect!

I was really torn about choosing a hotel before coming to Changsha, as all the five-star hotels seemed to have a ton of bad reviews. W, for instance, had almost 100... 🤣 In the end, I still went with W, and stayed for two nights, so here are my honest thoughts. I feel like some of the descriptions in the negative reviews might be a bit exaggerated, or perhaps the hotel made improvements after receiving criticism. For example, some reviews mentioned a strong chlorine smell in the pool, but I swam there three times and didn't notice it at all, so that's no longer an issue. The pool area is lovely and very clean, and the changing rooms and showers are up to the same standard as the guest rooms. The only minor issue was the steam room, which had a bit of an unpleasant smell, but everything else was fine. The staff were all very attentive and enthusiastic. It's true what some reviews said about the complimentary fruit in the room being hit-or-miss... unfortunately, that was the case. However, the room was cleaned thoroughly, and I didn't find any unclean spots. The facilities are excellent; the bathtub filled up faster than any other hotel I've stayed in! Some reviews mentioned chaotic breakfasts, and I experienced that on the first day. But on the second day, there was someone to seat guests, which helped a lot, and I hope the hotel keeps that up. My only breakfast complaint is that the boiled eggs were overcooked, with black yolks, which means their nutritional value is gone... Also, I never saw the egg yolk burger that some online reviews mentioned. I do need to point out that a few waiters in the restaurant were quite unfriendly, which was a real letdown. The hotel's location is actually very good. Wuyi Square is a bit far, but that area is too chaotic anyway, so there's no need to go there twice. The hotel is located directly above a shopping mall, which also has a Hema Fresh supermarket, so you can find everything you need, which is super convenient. The hotel's dining options are a bit too expensive; I hope they can adjust the prices downwards, otherwise guests will simply opt to eat at the mall downstairs. Getting to the South Railway Station is very easy, just two subway stops, and from there, you can take the maglev to the airport, which is incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a very good experience. Even though some things weren't perfect, I'm still giving it a high rating, as most of the staff worked very hard to provide excellent service.

During the National Day holiday, I spontaneously decided to take my child to Changsha, and out of many hotels, I chose the Marriott – and it turns out my choice was perfect! The hotel front desk contacted me in advance before check-in to confirm my room preferences, and they arranged everything exactly as I requested. Kevin, our butler, was incredibly thoughtful; he proactively shared information on WeChat about Changsha's weather, tourist attractions, and transportation, and he was quick to resolve any issues we had. The room offered a variety of pillows, including latex and memory foam pillows that both my child and I loved, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The gym and pool facilities were excellent, and the pool even had underwater scooters available for rent, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. It was also my child's birthday during our stay, and the hotel prepared a lovely small cake and flowers to celebrate – it was wonderful!

Choosing this five-star hotel was the smartest decision of my trip to Changsha! The guest services were incredibly thoughtful, and the location was absolutely unbeatable. It’s a mere 5-minute walk to Taiping Street and very close to IFS (International Finance Square). After exploring historical sites and enjoying local rice noodles during the day, I could leisurely stroll back to the hotel in the evening, completely hassle-free regarding transportation. It made discovering Changsha's culinary delights and scenic spots incredibly convenient. This hotel perfectly embodies the true meaning of 'a home away from home,' delivering the excellent experience expected of a five-star establishment. What's more, the guest services team proactively called ahead to check on my needs, which was a lovely touch. Upon arrival, I was immediately drawn to the elegant ambiance of the lobby; the subtle fragrance and background music created a serene and comfortable atmosphere. The concierge promptly took my luggage, and the front desk efficiently handled check-in. Every detail exuded professionalism and warmth. The room itself was spacious and bright. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, truly like sleeping on a cloud. Amenities like a smart toilet and a separate shower were all provided, and the toiletries had a luxurious scent. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a delightful surprise – fresh and diverse ingredients, ranging from exquisite Chinese dishes to a wide array of Western pastries. The freshly brewed coffee and squeezed juices were excellent. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, both the quality of the facilities and the attentive service here far exceeded my expectations. It has definitely made it onto my must-stay list, and it will be my first choice for any future visits!

As a road warrior who spends 300 days a year in hotels, I have to give a huge shout-out to InterContinental Changsha North. First off, the hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable – it's convenient for getting anywhere, whether it's tourist attractions or night markets. Secondly, the room views are incredibly nice; it's a prime vantage point with huge glass windows, offering completely different beauties during the day and night. The breakfast spread is extensive, and what's rare is that almost everything tastes delicious. You can tell they put a lot of effort into it, with the chefs flipping woks in the open kitchen behind, and the bakery's skill is really on point. The staff here are all incredibly service-oriented; they anticipate your needs and act on them thoughtfully. In short, they are very proactive and also greet you warmly. Changsha Wanda Vista Hotel is my go-to choice when I visit Changsha. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, the room design is well-thought-out, and the toiletries are comprehensive. The bedding is very comfortable, and the check-out time is quite flexible, which is a nice touch. Kitty, in particular, was very warm and polite to guests. The hotel's location is superb, close to Wanda Plaza and Orange Isle Scenic Area, making it very convenient for getting around and dining.

The location is super convenient, right in the Shimao Global Financial Center. Our room was on the 70th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning. There's a Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shop) right on the first floor – I went there three times in one day and didn't even have to queue! Breakfast was delivered directly to our room. When we checked in, the room wasn't quite ready, so we dropped off our luggage and went out to explore before coming back. The butler service was pretty good, and they were very receptive to our suggestions for minor improvements. Hope they continue to get even better! My kid really loved the souvenir gift.

First of all, I would like to commend every colleague who has served me at this hotel. Each and every one of them has genuinely provided exceptional service to the customers, ensuring that I had three comfortable nights both physically and mentally. Lastly, the hotel facilities were excellent. For future visits, I suggest providing bathtub liners. The location is actually very convenient, right by Exit 1 of Meixi Lake West Station on Line 2. As soon as you reach the surface, turn right (there is currently a construction site), and it's just a 3-minute walk. When you step out of the hotel on the ground floor and turn right, there is a FamilyMart convenience store across the street. Line 2 can take you to all the major attractions in the city center. It's perfect!
