The boss was very enthusiastic. He checked in at 11 o'clock in the evening. He told us the route and strategy of Dawei Mountain. He woke us up at four o'clock in the morning to watch the sunrise. After going down the mountain, he went back to the farm to eat lunch. The steamed vegetables and stir-fried vegetables were authentic and the price was very affordable.

In general, the hotel is not bad at all, but definitely not 5* worthy! We have booked two rooms, 1 for us and 1 for the kids, but both rooms has cigarette odors. Furniture are looking very old fashioned and used out. The television is not working really good and sometimes really laggy, ok not the most important part, but has to be mentioned. The breakfast is good as well but staying for 3-4 nights, you would have mostly 4 times the same food selection with slight changes. Compared to Huatian hotel, which is nearby a completely different story with almost same price level. The good side is, the service is good and everyday the rooms are fully cleaned! The swimming pool is also closing really late, so the kids can enjoy swimming after a long travel! As a summary: good hotel with good location. For family not the best choice but for traveler without kids and not allergic to smoking odors it could work! 3 to 4* from our point of view!

It truly lives up to Hyatt's management standards; everything was just wonderful. During my two-day stay, I interacted with many hotel staff members – from the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant to the recreation team, security, engineering, and cleaning staff – all were exceptionally polite, and their service attitude was unparalleled. Proactive communication and smiling service, which are rare in the current hospitality landscape, were commonplace here. If I had a minor question, a staff member would personally guide me to a solution, which is truly remarkable. Everything about the hotel was excellent: its location, facilities, service details, product quality, and dining offerings were all outstanding. What impressed me most was the cleanliness of the swimming pool, something I haven't seen in many other hotels I've visited. My only minor critique is that the hotel entrance was a bit hard to find. It's perfectly fine if you arrive by car, but if you're walking from the subway, you need to pay attention to the Hisense Plaza signs. I brought my family here for a vacation and decided to try this newly opened hotel since it offered family suites and the location by the river was quite good. The facilities are indeed very new, and the amenities chosen are also of good quality. If I had to pick faults, one is that the bathroom lacks a place to hang clothes, which is quite impractical and doesn't offer any privacy. The other issue was on the last day when I requested housekeeping; it took a long time for anyone to show up, and when they finally did, they threw away food I had just bought from my room… This clearly shows a lack of proper training, and although the hotel did compensate me, it still affected the overall experience. Overall, it's still a good stay. Especially the river view rooms, they offer great value for money and I recommend staying here.
