One of the unique Hotels that I have stayed in. Modest price, quality service.

The floor in the room is made from stone tiles. This is much better than in many other hotels the Capet solution. The room service clean it with water every day.

The hotel is clean and good location, near kariakoo Market. The food should be improved to accommodate international standards

They say about the two bedroom apartment but when you check in they will give you 2 connecting rooms instead of apartment.

Very unhygienic hotel with a very rude and impolite manager. There are cockroach in the room, and when is complaint to the manager, he says this is Africa so its possible. I have been to many countries in Africa and stayed in different hotels but never had just a bad experience. I had to cancel my booking within 30 mins i checked in and the rude manager refused to refund me. There are cockroachs everywhere. And the people at the front desk is also very rude when I complaint she was laughing as it seams like a normal thing. If you want to stay with cockroach feel free to book this hotel.

I was there for a day . the reception lady was so helpful .close to city center.

Good hotel in a close location to Kariakoo market

The experience was good, was given a double room even though I had booked as a single occupant. Really good value for money, the price included breakfast, which I was surprised about. The staff prepared fresh food majority of the time as requested.
