The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well, making the stay comfortable. The staff were also friendly and provided good service. However, it seems that the hotel has been operating for quite some time, and many of the facilities are in need of maintenance. First, the shower had excellent water pressure, but the drainage was extremely poor. It seemed like the drain was clogged, as the water quickly accumulated and flooded the shower area. Second, the bathtub stopper was broken. No matter how many times I pressed it, it wouldn’t close, so I couldn’t fill the bathtub with water. On top of that, the hot water for the bathtub wasn’t hot enough. I had even bought a bath bomb specially for this stay, but I couldn’t use it at all, which was quite disappointing. Third, the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. There was a noticeable amount of dust in several areas. Fourth, the toilet had yellow stains, and the toilet seat looked old and dirty. I would recommend replacing the toilet seat to improve the overall cleanliness and appearance. Lastly, the breakfast was disappointing. The food was not very tasty. Overall, while the room was spacious, the air conditioning was great, and the staff provided good service, the maintenance, cleanliness, and breakfast quality need significant improvement. Considering the price, I don’t think it offers good value for money. 先说优点，房间很宽敞，冷气也很够冷，住起来算是舒服，工作人员的服务态度也很好。 不过，酒店可能开业已有一段时间，感觉有不少设施需要维修和改善： 1. 淋浴的水压很大，这点很好，但排水非常差，应该是排水孔堵塞了，洗澡时水很快就积满整个淋浴区。 2. 浴缸的塞子坏了，无论怎么按都无法把排水口关上，所以完全不能蓄水。而且浴缸的热水也不够热，我还特地买了 bath bomb，结果完全用不上，有点可惜。 3. 房间清洁做得不够仔细，一些角落积了不少灰尘。 4. 马桶有明显发黄的污渍，马桶坐垫看起来也比较旧、脏，建议更换新的坐垫，会让整体卫生观感好很多。 5. 早餐选择不多，味道也比较普通，没有达到这个价位应有的水准。 整体来说，虽然房间空间大、冷气舒适，员工服务也不错，但设施维护、清洁和早餐品质都有待改善，以这个价格来说，我觉得性价比并不高。

Overall, we had a pleasant family stay at Holiday Villa Cherating. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was ample parking space available. The kids really enjoyed the water playground, although it is on the smaller side, and the main swimming pool was great as well. This is our unplanned trip and we saw cherating holiday villa and decide let stay here for a nite and yes we made a superb decision and never regret it!!we took a villa for 4 of us and actually u can fit more people the room so specious and cozy the pool so relaxing and the view from the room to the beach was so outstanding and a great papce to healing and get rid of ur hatic life!!!

The location of the premise is very strategic and near to the beach. The beach was not crowded and suitable for groups or families. However the premise was not well maintained as from my experience with the unit there’s issue with the sliding doors, windows and TV. Improvements: TV can be upgraded to Smart TV or TV Box, pantry areas quite smelly. Conclusion: I would definitely recommend people to stay here

apartment with one room, even so it is very spacious. but room look little abandon and dusty. nothing special other than strategic location. guard very friendly, and check in and out very fast. others side, room very near to beach, only 100m walking already reach the beach. beach have clean water, the sand very clean. so very worth it to stay here.
