Off road parking in front of the unit leads to the exterior stairs to the upper veranda offering views of the mature gardens and pool area. Entry to the unit is via sliding glass doors with screens which provide light and allow for the cooling tropical breezes. This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom rental is perfect for a relaxing vacation. With comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area, you'll feel right at home.
The open plan area offers a cosy sitting area with TV and a queen sized pull out sleeper couch has access to the large private veranda via a second set of sliding glass doors which feature screens. A kitchen area with electric stove and the usual appliances as well as a generous amount of crockery and essential items has a small moveable bar island which centers the space offering storage and cooking preparation areas. A separate buffet provides space for the coffee station and recharging of your electrical items.
The two bedrooms which are fitted with queen sized beds, both have ensuite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a shower only and the 2nd bedroom has a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms have vanity units with adequate storage space for personal items. The guest bedroom has a combo washer/dryer for your convenience. The development also has a separate laundry area featuring washers, dryers and line drying with tokens available from the on site office (additional charge)
