We stayed in North Sydney for a total of 10 nights and had the following issues, which made our experience very unpleasant and disappointing. 1. The photos on your website are very different from the actual room we stayed in. I understand that different room types have different prices, but your website only displayed photos of one room type, which misled guests into thinking all rooms are the same. We chose your place based on those photos, and if I had known what our actual room would look like, I probably wouldn't have chosen this property. 2. The main entrance door lock at this address was broken from the day we checked in. The door remained open the entire time until we left, and no one came to fix it. 3. For several days during our stay, there was a strong garbage smell in the corridor. We didn’t know the cause, but this situation lasted for three or four days. 4. The salt and pepper provided were already moldy, and many kitchen utensils were in poor condition, especially the pan. We had to buy a new pan from the supermarket to use. 5. I don’t understand why the quilts don’t have duvet covers. Instead, they used two sheets to sandwich the quilt like a sandwich, and the sheets and quilt are not fixed together, so they often shift out of place. The quilt itself was also very thick, which made us so hot at night that we kept waking up. In the end, we had to remove the quilt and use just the two sheets as covers.

The hotel was located conveniently in North Sydney, easily accessible via public transport. The vibes the hotel gives off are very luxurious. The view from the room is also nice, but many office buildings around mean watching people work!

It was perfectly close to an important appointment location and the staff were very lovely and accomodating. Unfortunately, now this can be a fault on my part, but I did have an issue with the bathroom. The larger button to flush didn’t work correctly and the shower pressure was very gentle (too gentle for me!). It was clean and hygienic, but I also couldn’t find a switch for the bathroom ventilation or stronger lighting. Other than that, it was a pleasant short stay.

I booked this hotel for the sea view, and I was absolutely stunned the moment I drew back the curtains – it was breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel is located in North Sydney, so you need to take a train to get to the city. However, it's only about 100 meters from the station, making it super convenient to get anywhere; Circular Quay is just two stops away. One thing to note is that it gets very noisy when trains pass by, to the point I thought it was an earthquake! But honestly, I was so exhausted from sightseeing every day that it never affected my sleep. There's also a Coles supermarket about 200 meters from the hotel, which is handy for groceries. This area isn't touristy at all; it's mostly office buildings and commuters, so it feels very safe.

Excellent quiet location, with Victoria Cross metro within steps. Grocery stores nearby, many cafes and eateries. Hotels reception staff are very friendly and willing to help. There is a24 hour laundry room and gym . Room is spacious with all amenities, cooking utensils, small fridge . Will stay here again next time. Nice view from room.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rydges North Sydney. The rooms are very spacious, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. One area that could be improved is cleanliness. While the space and location are wonderful, more attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness would make the stay even better.Overall, a pleasant experience and I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.

The room is ok, we are the hotel at 8 o'clock in the evening. But there was no one at the front desk, only the envelope was left, and there was an introduction to our keys and a room. Had to press the call, the voice of an old man, can not tell the words, exchanged for a long time and finally successfully checked in. Wi-Fi is not free, it’s horrible. Fortunately, I have my own portable Wi-Fi. There is still time to take a taxi to see the light show of the opera house. Take a taxi to the opera house and it will look like a dozen Australian dollars.
