There are supermarkets, many restaurants and car rental shops opposite the hotel, and it is also very close to the beach! Very convenient! The hotel has designed many children's play facilities, and there are performances for children in the evening, which is suitable for families traveling with children! The hotel is moderately close to various attractions and not far from the airport. It is recommended to rent a car for travel.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located.near to sea. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Kavier . Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

It was a really clean, and well located place in Costa Teguise. The rooms are spacious and there’s a free shuttle into the city centre daily. One can walk into the city centre and the beach. There’s also a bus that goes to Puerta Del Carmen too for a day out.

(there is a certain bay on the territory, more like a paddling pool) To swim you need to go along the promenade along the sea to the beach

The property is new, clean, and functional. The reception staff is truly excellent. Super helpful, ready to help, and friendly. The rooms are all new, and part of the resort is still under construction. We had a suite, so it was very, very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was also excellent. The food was fresh, good, and varied EVERY DAY. A meat or fish BBQ was available every evening. Omelets, French toast, and eggs cooked to order every morning for breakfast. The staff was also always very attentive and helpful, smiling, and kind. Every morning, gardeners and housekeepers cleaned the entire area around the pool, watered the gardens, and took care of everything. The pool was very beautiful and clean, and the towel service was excellent. The rooms were also made up and cleaned every day. Fresh towels were provided every day, and within a week, they even changed our sheets. It was a truly fantastic stay. The only ”negative” things (if you really want to find them) were the presence of a few cockroaches in the gardens in the evenings, caused by the numerous plants and palm trees, which were never swept properly or mopped from the floor in the room. I could tell by the hair that remained on the floor. But these are negligible details. Everything else was taken care of and cleaned.

The hotel is located in a walk, just off the sea with all the rooms in that direction. Inside it has a kind of pond with planes and sofas, where you can rest and disconnect, as well as have shows in the night. The rooms are quite good, we touched one with two beds and that if it was something we didn't like.

The rooms are very good, are quiet, the large bathroom and the kitchen very clean and equipped.It is a little away from the center of Costa Teguise and the beach but in car are 5 minutes.The facilities are very good and clean.I only have breakfast in the The hotel and breakfast looked good.The staff were friendly.Quality-price the hotel is very good.When I come back in 2 months I will look back even though prices vary much depending on the moment.

The room is very spacious and location is fantastic. Lots of good restaurants and convenient store within 2-min walk. The pavement around sea is just downstairs where you can walk slowly and enjoy the sea view. The furnitures are very old so look a bit dirty. The hairdryer blows strong wind, which is much better than many 4-star or 5-star hotels. Each room has a boiler and kitchen. Breakfast is delicious and their bacon, sausage, omelette and orange juice are superb. The reception team is very helpful. After knowing I need to attend a morning tour, they even prepared packed breakfast so I don’t need to starve. Taxi from airport is 20 mins cost €25. There is a locked door in the living room which causes the problem. From that door you can hear the next door neighbour talking clearly. Unfortunately I lived next to an aged couple who still talks at 11pm which is super annoying. The hotel did take care of my special request of other elements and thanks for that.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The breakfast could be improved, with some healthy variety, everything was for the English public. And how much cartel there was, at the first hour, booked hamacas even if they were not in them in hours.

The apartment complex was very tranquil, there werent any noisy guests as it was mostly families. The apartment itself was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with basic utensils included. The comms from the property was excellent, make sure to check your emails before check in as the front desk closes at 17:00, the property arranged for us to check in after hours and there were no problems doing so. Highly reccomend if you want something quiet and affordable ,would definitely go back.
