The Hotel is a true 5 star. Unbeatable location facing the sea. The staff very professional. They are aware of everything but you don't know. Period palace with a new part very well integrated. Decoration with personality. Exceptional value for money. For me, the best in Porto. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel's interior is even more striking. The simple yet stylish design of the public areas, with greenery and art pieces strategically placed to create a tranquil and elegant ambiance. The guest rooms are warm and comfortable, with soft lighting and neat decor, and every detail meticulously considered, inviting you to relax and unwind. The most surprising experience was the hotel's breakfast, a true feast for the senses. The restaurant offers a dazzling array of delicious dishes, including freshly baked crispy bread, fragrant bacon and eggs, colorful fresh fruit, and refreshing juices. The diverse selection caters to every palate, ensuring a revitalizing start to the day. But what truly captivated me was the ”breathing” bed. The mattress is the perfect level of firmness—not too soft to sink into, not too firm to be uncomfortable. It contours perfectly to the body, providing gentle support for every inch of skin. As night falls, lying on this comfortable bed, the fatigue of the day seems to melt away instantly, and with the soft bedding, I drift off to sweet dreams. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers exceptional service, a pleasant environment, a hearty breakfast, and an exceptionally comfortable sleep experience, adding infinite beauty to your journey.

Everything was perfect. If I had to say one thing, it would be that the heating equipment was a bit lacking because the facility is old.

In the center of the old town, you can basically go to any tourist attraction within one kilometer. It is very friendly to traveling bosozokus. There is nothing to say about the interior of the hotel. It is almost the same style as Lello Bookstore. Harry Potter is enough. The elevators and guest rooms are a bit Budapest. It feels like a big hotel. The air-conditioning panel in the room is actually touch-screen. It’s very magical~ The service is also good. After arriving, it’s easier to sit and check in. The check-in time is not stuck. There is also a welcome drink. I usually choose the special one. Port wine, and someone knocks on the door every night to deliver chocolates. Maybe the only bad thing is the small alleys on both sides of the hotel, which are basically tobacco shops and bars. Young people gather there at night and make noise, which will probably last until after 2 o'clock. The second floor is being renovated during the stay, which is quite disturbing. Visit the public area on the second floor. If you like retro, you can really try this hotel.

The hotel had great service, including hotel information at the front desk! The breakfast area overlooks the city of Porto and has a great view. This is not limited to this hotel in Portugal, but there are no slippers or toothbrushes in the room, so you need to bring your own. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay in an upgraded room.

Of the 5 hotels I stayed at in Portugal, this was the most uncomfortable. The room was spacious, the outdoor pool was pretty, and the interior was nice overall. But that's all. It's a 5-star hotel, but they don't provide slippers. The interior is so structured that you can't live without slippers. It's a 5-star hotel. Even if you close the shower door tightly and take a shower, the water leaks out. I don't know if it's just the room I stayed in. There was no explanation about breakfast, so I was worried about whether I should pay for it, and the menu was difficult to order. The staff was very kind. Hotel is centrally located near to Sao Bento station and can walk to most attractions like the clerigos and cathedral. There are also several food options available. The only downside is there’s not much amenities. The gym is pretty small and no swimming pool
