The location of the hotel is ok, it is very quiet, and Sofitel is right next to it, it seems to be better. Paris st regis is too small, there are almost no other facilities except the restaurant. After staying for four days, it was a bit boring after a few days. The room is a top-floor terrace room, you can see the Grand Palace and the iron tower

An old family hotel for almost a century, luxurious and comfortable, superb location, steps from Montaigne Avenue and the Champs Elysees, all the big and small palaces are also around the corner, and the sunrise and sunset facing the Seine are beautiful Beauty will definitely choose here next vacation!

Five-star hotel five-star service, everything is good, the suite has a large terrace, suitable for a drink in the evening Haha, there is a handsome little English brother at the front desk The hotel also has a free spa, but the schedule is too tight and the opportunity to do it is a bit wasteful. The hotel is very close to the Arc de Triomphe, walk for 5-10 minutes

The room I had booked was different from the room I was introduced to, so I changed it from the second day. The service at the breakfast venue varies, and depending on the staff, it may be useless.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very attentive. The location is very convenient to some of the best luxury brand flagship stores and restaurants. Famous landmarks are within walking distance or a brief taxi/Uber ride. The concierge, Guillaume Collin is wonderful. He is Parisian and will assist with navigating a more “local” feel for your visit and will make sure you allocate your time effectively so you’ll have reasonable expectations and the best experiences. I highly recommend this hotel and spa.

This is supposed to be Shiseido spa, Japanese quality skin treatments. Either my esthetician was a beginner or she was not trained by Japanese experts. She knew the products well but this is very very far from a Japanese experience. The price for 1 hour skin treatment is really high, premium price, so you imagine how I was surprised that she disappeared 10 minutes when she put the mask while normally supposed to continue to do neck or arm massage. They were polite and welcoming though I was disappointed immensely by the quality of skin treatment. Besides, normally once you have a skin care appointment, you are allowed to use the facility before: in this spa you have a bit cheaper price. What a pity as in Paris à real Shiseido spa, Japanese quality will be very much welcome!

We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Peninsula Paris and our time there was so special that I feel compelled to write this review. This is a top-notch hotel that goes above and beyond to make your trip unforgettable. Let's start with the staff - Rana at the front desk, Nicholas and Paul at the concierge, Jose at the valet, Volica in housekeeping, and Imran as the greeter (to name a few, but certainly not all) - are the kindest, most helpful and amazing people I have ever come across. They not only made our return there so good, but they also left an impression on our 7 year twins that they soon won't forget. The concierge was able to get us coveted reservations at some of Paris's hottest restaurants and boutiques. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The food was unreal - the daily pastry basket at breakfast, the dumplings at Lili and the chocolate - are all a must!! Me and my husband have traveled a lot, stayed at many fine resorts, and this is truly at the top!

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 2 nights. For $2000/night, I expected services similar to Four Seasons. However, it fell short in the following areas. Room service prices were outlandish, Chicken consume soup for 40 Euros?! The restaurants are not digitally connected to the front desk. They have no ideas that the person making the reservation or dinning there is a hotel guest? I got a Tier 2 table at their Michelin rated restaurant for my wife’s birthday? The head waiter was polite but did not talk to us as he did to other guests perhaps thinking we were not guests until I charged the 560 Euro dinner to our room. I tried to change 220 CHF to Euros at FD, and 3 attendants spent more than 15 minutes figuring out what to do and how to do it? When I checked out I received a blank invoice via email?!

The location of the room is excellent, just on the side street of Xiang Street. When you walk to Xiang Street, you can see the Arc de Triomphe. When you walk, it will take 10 minutes. The hotel will feel like a theater, dim light, old photos on the wall, dark red carpet on the floor, people. Suddenly calmed down The room is very comfortable, fresh fruit every day, the refrigerator bar is also a drink, the breakfast is Western, the variety is not much, I can only eat and eat Chinese food, but the dining environment is good.
- WEI
A little expensive, but the location, hotel facilities and services are good, the bed is soft and moderate, the bed is also comfortable, especially the breakfast can reach the level of Paris premium afternoon tea.

Room, service, location, breakfast are all in general, look like it is better than the ordinary hotel, the price is here, but it is still worse than Paris Liz, the room is a strange irregular shape The service is a kind of fake face, the smile is not a smile, the restaurant produces only the second-rate, the gap between the form and the substance is too big, it is difficult to restore the reputation of Bristol, the location is not at all, just away from the Elysee Palace, compare Many politicians have lived, so the reputation is greater than the essence, very not recommended.

My husband and I just returned from a 4 night stay in Paris. We booked the Four Seasons through American Express. Prior to arrival, we actively engaged with the concierge who helped plan our itinerary. Their concierge services are amazing, you do not need a travel agent while staying at Hotel George. They booked private tours for us and our friends at the Louvre, D’Orsay, Siene river cruise and Versailles. They arranged for all of our lunch and dinner reservations, as well as shopping appointments at stores. I am truly impressed by their concierge services- it’s the best I’ve experienced at a hotel. From check in to departure, the hotel staff goes above and beyond to make their guests feel special. They address guests by name while passing through the lobby! The lobby is gorgeous, overflowing with the most beautiful flowers. The breakfast area is elegant and peaceful. We booked a deluxe suite, room 530, with a balcony overlooking the street. The room was exactly what I would hope for at a hotel in France! It was painted in cream and light blues with exquisite bedding and furniture. The location of the hotel is perfect, with shopping and many attractions in walking distance. We had dinner at Le Cinq and it was fantastic. Although this is one of the most expensive restaurants in Paris, it was not stuffy and the waitstaff and servers were a lot of fun and friendly! The food and wine was superb. The bar at the hotel is small but beautiful. On most nights we stopped in for a nightcap after dinner. The cocktail menu is unique and the service was great. I can only say wonderful things about the Hotel George. This is the only hotel I will stay at in Paris!!!

Breakfast is very good, not a buffet restaurant, is a set meal, more than the extra money. You can add an extra bed, but the super bed is indeed very big, the hotel is in a good location, just near the Eiffel Tower, but if you don't choose a view room, you can see the street view. The design and collection of the hotel lobby are highlights, the small garden can not be missed, very beautiful. As far as the room is concerned, the honesty can be said to be normal, the service is indeed very good. When checking in at the front desk, there were Chinese receptions and smooth communication. Overall it is still great.

Great hotel in a good location! About 10 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. Lots of food around the hotel. Reception staff are all very friendly and helpful with pointing with the directions to touristy places. Only downside was, the lift was under maintenance when we were there, however staffs helped with the carrying of our luggages. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Paris!

If the hotel fits a 5* standard, the most amazing experience is the service which is amazing! The welcome is personalised and absolutely charming, the advises and attentions during our stay is more than appreciable, even the check out is quick and efficient! A special thank you to Bilal & Jisan. Also an amazing thanks to the Director of the hotel for his tailor made letter, the present in the room and obviously upgrade. It was perfect. We have just returned from an amazing stay at Maison Albar Le Diamond and can't help but share our unforgettable experience. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by smiling and attentive staff, ready to satisfy our every need. Their hospitality was outstanding throughout my stay. The decor of the hotel was just beautiful. Every corner was carefully thought out, creating an elegant and soothing atmosphere. The artistic details and choice of colors added a touch of sophistication to the whole establishment. The rooms were spotlessly clean and offered absolute comfort. The bed was cozy and the modern amenities allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay to the fullest. We were also impressed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to the common areas, everything was impeccably maintained. However, what really made the difference was the exceptional staff at the hotel. The manager, Jihad, was always present during the day, personally ensuring that every detail was taken care of to make our stay memorable. His kindness and professionalism are to be commended. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Doudou, a truly fabulous member of staff. His considerate attitude and his dedication during a small technical incident are to be underlined. He provided us with personalized service that made our stay truly special. Also to highlight, the remarkable breakfast that was offered. A real banquet for the taste buds, it offered an incredible choice of savory and sweet dishes. Different cereals, fresh fruits, a variety of fresh juices, as well as different breads and baguettes which were just very good. Also the coffee served was well made from a well known brand (What Else?) which added an extra touch to our morning dining experience. It remains to say that the hotel is ideally located if you want to visit the great monuments and the Place de Paris...the Place de la Concorde, Place Vendôme, and other Faubourg St Honoré are 10-15 minutes away. feet and the path that leads you there allows you to do some shopping. In conclusion, the hotel Maison Albar Le Diamond undoubtedly deserves all the praise. With warm and smiling service, magnificent decor, comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms, this establishment exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Thanks again to Jihad, Doudou and the whole team for their exceptional hospitality.

I stayed in this hotel with my 6 year old daughter from the 24th of July til the 28th of July and I must say I did not have the best experience there. Firstly in my booking that I made with booking.com it said that the price included breakfast so I was shocked to hear that I had to pay for my daughter 4 days of breakfast on top. It said clearly breakfast was included.. If I book a room for both of us and the breakfast is included surely it is for both of us?? I sent several messages to get a refund but they never reply and before my trip I sent them emails about my trip but never got any replies. Also I found the staff extremely rude and unhelpful when I was asking for things when I was there, especially a black tall guy who was just rolling his eyes and staring even when I asked for an iron like it was a problem. When I asked for directions instead of actually explaining things to me I was just given a map, maybe as the English was not very good but I think hotel staff should speak sufficient English. Breakfast was good selection but once again the staff there hardly smiled always seemed rushed and pushing through the queues putting down their croissants, very rude. I been working 22 years as cabin crew so I know what good customer service is like. Also they put a transaction hold of £70 on my debit card that has not been refunded. Lastly I should have checked the location better but coming back late at night is not very safe at all, especially with a young daughter. Lots of dodgy people around.

On this trip to Paris, I was very worried about where to stay near the Eiffel Tower, but I really liked staying at the Novotel Real at Châtelet Station. First of all, the staff are very friendly, the hotel accommodations and bedding are all clean, and the rooms are cleaned every day! First of all, the accommodation itself was very nice. Also, there is an elevator that goes down to Châtelet Station right in front of the hotel, so you can go anywhere by going down, and it was really convenient to go to the airport all at once. Additionally, there were Korean restaurants, K-Mart, Five Guys, McDonald's, and Burger King all nearby the bakery in front, so it was really very convenient. Even when going to the Eiffel Tower, it's okay because you can take the bus or train within 10-15 minutes. I will stay here again when I go to Paris!

True to its brand, this 25Hours hotel has style in spades. The room was stylish and comfortable and the hotel service was quick, attentive, and helpful. The location of this hotel is basically perfect. You're a short subway or bus ride away from most of Paris's many attractions and located directly across the street from one of the city's largest train stations, meaning you have access to trains going all over France, including to the Paris's airports, meaning loads of taxis are also nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel and my stay. My only complaint is that the rooms lighting seemed to be harsh and needlessly complicated in the hope of looking cool. In the end, I unscrewed several of the bulbs.

Location is really amazing Staff was nice to us However the room really is very small and the window is next to air-condition/ventilation machine that kept making a banging sound all making it hard to sleep. Receptionist told us can't do anything as they are full now and can't offer a different room (I have read many reviews where people had the same experience, so if it was true or not that the hotel was full we'll never know) Not so sure about cleanliness either as I saw mud on the floor and bathroom didn't look very clean.

Bercy Paris|3.79km from city center
Location: Wonderful, it's next to Barcy Village, a shopping area, with many restaurants, cinemas and stores. Along with a park and the metro station, within a 2 min walk from the hotel. There is a Metro supermarket along with a Carrefour there too. On a map it seems a little far from the centre of Paris, but its a lovely walk along the river and a lesieryly walk took us into the heart of Paris within 1 hour walk, or just take a 10 min taxi ride or a 10 min subway ride. Location is great. If you go into the centre of Paris then you probably looking at small 11-18sqM rooms, don't do this, travel out a little bit and get a room that you can relax in. Room Good size, modern, clean. Big TV, fridge, desk etc... Some bad things now, the AC did not seem powerful enough to keep the room cold, it kept the room cool, but not cold. Also, there were no plug sockets near the bed for charging phones, so bring a really long charging cable Bed is comfortable and the big windows provided a nice open feeling (note, the windows do not open though) Fast Wifi too. Bathroom: Big, clean, modern. Good water pressure, a big mirror with good lighting but it did steam up - but not a big deal. Has a bathtub and shower combined. Breakfast / Food Buffet-style breakfast with patties, eggs, bread, yoghurt, cheeses, tea, and coffee - all pretty standard for most European hotels that offer breakfast. Cannot say I was amazed by it but was not disappointed either - normal. We did have dinner at the hotel which was lovely. Beautiful salad and pasta. No complaints here. Facilities It's like a modern art gallery. Has giant sculptures everywhere, table football, ping pong tables, a hairdresser/barber, a cinema room, a BBQ area, a pool, spa, gym... it's a lot for a hotel to have. It's almost too much but it's lovely to have and if you are spending a long time in the Hotel then there are many things you can do - but we were here only for a few days so did not try out everything. But much better to have than not. Gym Some free weights, a yoga studio area, a punching bag, callisthenics bars - it's all pretty good. Set in the basement of the hotel and accessible only by 1 of the 4 elevators they have is annoying, but again, Pullman offers a lot of facilities Pullman is a wonderful hotel which offers large rooms and is a plus in a city like Paris. Everything is clean and modern with only the AC power being below average. I cannot say Pullman is the cheapest hotel, next door there is an IBIS but we wanted a larger room - I would book Pullman again, especially if they have a good price. For a short stay it is good because of the location and for a long stay its good because of the room size and facilities.
