I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the coast. The location is perfect, with a marina, top-notch restaurants, and the city center all nearby. The service was exceptional, and the hotel restaurant served delicious meals. It was incredibly quiet, clean, and peaceful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!
The French gentleman who received us was very enthusiastic and introduced the various facilities in detail. The hotel swimming pool is very good, and the breakfast is also good. The disadvantage is that the spa pool is charged and some facilities are a bit old.
The hotel was selected worse than expected. The garden room can't see the garden is the road. I gave the worst room when I checked in, and I also gave the same room after fighting. This is done well. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and the garbage was not dumped. Many breakfast dishes and bowls are not clean.
The good side is that the breakfast is rich, the quality is good, and the seafood buffet for dinner is also very good. The hotel is very convenient for parking.

El hotel está del 10, muy serviciales todos los empleados, pero estuve hace unos 10 años y creo que ha bajado un poco el listón de 5 estrellas gran lujo.
Esta muy bien situado en plena línea de playa.
Cogimos el hotel con desayuno y muy bien pero le falto algo.
Pero tiene dentro un restaurante con estrella michelín al cual asistimos y es toda una experiencia.
Tiene un spas brunch que está muy bien.
Excellent location and everything you need on your doorstep. Go to hyperdino next door for cheap food and drinks.
Hotel has everything needed and apartments are a good size. Fast service at bar for food and drinks.

No frills but we had the best time the outside as you walk up is deceiving so wait until you see inside.

El servicio fue excelente, las instalaciones muy buenas. Se hecho de menos zumo de naranja natural en los desayunos y jamon serrano en las cenas, para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas joia.
Pero en general muy bien, tienen varios detalles como bombones, licor......
The issue of stars should be re-examined. Hotels packed with people at a rate of 400 euros/night can never be considered luxury. The sun and the proximity to the beach are not a merit of the hotel. Neither is the demand. The hotel is not luxury, 5 stars… rather 4 stars superior. Excessive price for what it offers (not counting the sun)

My favorite hotel in Tenerife! The staff were incredibly welcoming, helping with our luggage to our room, and even offering a special dinner recommendation. On our arrival day, we had Mexican food, and although it was a buffet, it was fantastic – every dish was delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has free parking, and there's another parking lot nearby, so parking is never a problem. The beach near the hotel is my absolute favorite in all of Tenerife! Highly recommended!
Large, comfortable hotel, but quite old. For me, this is a 3 * hotel, not 4 at all. Very pleasant staff, welcome drink immediately upon arrival, there are absolutely no complaints about the staff. Very small parking, you need to book a place in advance, 10 euros per day. On the 9th, 10th and A floors, the rooms are ”privileges”, but in fact they are no different from the rest. There was only a coffee machine and a huge bed. The view from the balcony of the city is wonderful, but at night it is very noisy.
There are no dumbbells in the gym, although there are a lot of other equipment, which is strange.
Nice hotel with good location, food and room service are excellent. Good size room and the view is awesome ! The only negative side is we can hear the loud music from the street inside the room
My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights on a tight budget and it exceeded our expectations. This is a 2 star hotel so there are no luxuries but it was spotlessly clean and has a great pool. Yes it's up a hill but there is a public bus stop right outside and another a couple of minutes away which we used to get to Siam park and Monkey Park. We did however walk back from town a couple times and it honestly wasn't that bad.
We were self catering but did go to the buffet 1 night. There wasn't a big selection and it was basic but it did the job. There were burgers, hotdogs, pizza and chips at the pool bar which actually looked quite nice. We had an issue with our fridge which was leaking but I reported this to reception and they took care of it. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
My only real complaints were;
the noise from upstairs guests. Whilst the selfishness of others is not the hotels fault, the doors close really noisily and it rattles through the building. As there are no floor furnishings children running around at midnight literally sounds like a herd of elephants!!
There is an oven but it doesn't work. The rack has been removed and there are no trays leading me to believe it wasn't just faulty. However, I didn't speak to reception about it so I might be mistaken. Ultimately if these are my only complaints then that's not bad really!
I am a professional person and have travelled to many countries and stayed in 5 star hotels. Would I stay here again? On a budget, absolutely. Its a bit rough round the edges with some cracked tiles in public areas and chips in the bathroom enamel etc but I'm not one to let these things ruin my holiday. As long as you have realistic expectations, you won't be disappointed.
