Everything about our stay was thoughtfully planned and executed to perfection. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our experience even more special.
We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and the complimentary bottle of Prosecco waiting for us was such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise. It truly made us feel valued and welcomed.
Our 6-year-old son loved every moment of the holiday so much that he genuinely didn’t want to return to London! That alone says everything about how wonderful our stay was.

The French gentleman who received us was very enthusiastic and introduced the various facilities in detail. The hotel swimming pool is very good, and the breakfast is also good. The disadvantage is that the spa pool is charged and some facilities are a bit old.FromDKK 1,789

Overall it was very good.
The service was very good. I left my camera outside the restaurant. I asked the restaurant staff for it but they refused to give it to me. Later I asked the handsome guy with back hair who was in charge of guest relation about the process of calling the police. He first helped me call the restaurant staff to ask for it. After he communicated with the restaurant, they still said they didn’t have it. Then he told me the detailed process of calling the police. Because I was leaving the next day, he said I could fill in the hotel’s phone number and address when calling the police. They could handle some problems and also copy all employees to pay attention to this matter. Finally, the camera was successfully found.
There are many restaurants in the hotel, and all the ones I have eaten are good.
The view is very good.

El hotel está del 10, muy serviciales todos los empleados, pero estuve hace unos 10 años y creo que ha bajado un poco el listón de 5 estrellas gran lujo.
Esta muy bien situado en plena línea de playa.
Cogimos el hotel con desayuno y muy bien pero le falto algo.
Pero tiene dentro un restaurante con estrella michelín al cual asistimos y es toda una experiencia.

The issue of stars should be re-examined. Hotels packed with people at a rate of 400 euros/night can never be considered luxury. The sun and the proximity to the beach are not a merit of the hotel. My favorite hotel in Tenerife! The staff were incredibly welcoming, helping with our luggage to our room, and even offering a special dinner recommendation. On our arrival day, we had Mexican food, and although it was a buffet, it was fantastic – every dish was delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has free parking, and there's another parking lot nearby, so parking is never a problem. The beach near the hotel is my absolute favorite in all of Tenerife! Large, comfortable hotel, but quite old. For me, this is a 3 * hotel, not 4 at all. Very pleasant staff, welcome drink immediately upon arrival, there are absolutely no complaints about the staff. Very small parking, you need to book a place in advance, 10 euros per day. On the 9th, 10th and A floors, the rooms are ”privileges”, but in fact they are no different from the rest. There was only a coffee machine and a huge bed. The view from the balcony of the city is wonderful, but at night it is very noisy.
There are no dumbbells in the gym, although there are a lot of other equipment, which is strange.FromDKK 1,161

My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights on a tight budget and it exceeded our expectations. This is a 2 star hotel so there are no luxuries but it was spotlessly clean and has a great pool. Yes it's up a hill but there is a public bus stop right outside and another a couple of minutes away which we used to get to Siam park and Monkey Park. We did however walk back from town a couple times and it honestly wasn't that bad.
We were self catering but did go to the buffet 1 night. There wasn't a big selection and it was basic but it did the job. There were burgers, hotdogs, pizza and chips at the pool bar which actually looked quite nice. We had an issue with our fridge which was leaking but I reported this to reception and they took care of it. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
My only real complaints were;
the noise from upstairs guests. Whilst the selfishness of others is not the hotels fault, the doors close really noisily and it rattles through the building. As there are no floor furnishings children running around at midnight literally sounds like a herd of elephants!!
There is an oven but it doesn't work. The rack has been removed and there are no trays leading me to believe it wasn't just faulty. However, I didn't speak to reception about it so I might be mistaken. Ultimately if these are my only complaints then that's not bad really!
I am a professional person and have travelled to many countries and stayed in 5 star hotels. Would I stay here again? On a budget, absolutely. Its a bit rough round the edges with some cracked tiles in public areas and chips in the bathroom enamel etc but I'm not one to let these things ruin my holiday. Travelled here as a solo traveller and have to say I felt very safe. I was also treated exactly the same as everyone else; sometimes solo travellers can be made to feel uneasy asking for a table for one or sitting at sun loungers with a spare one next to it. Rooms were great on the whole. Comfortable and great bedding. It felt clean but there were little things that could’ve been improved such as blood stain on the wall and dust on skirting boards. I was upgraded from a suite to a gold level suite because they’d sold out. They told me that I wouldn’t be entitled to use gold facilities which i understand but equally if I were the manager I would give access to the gold level pool. The standouts were location - easy access to beach, walks and restaurants; Matias the lifeguard who went above and beyond every day; and food at breakfast choice was vast and so fresh, excellent.FromDKK 1,880
