I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
I booked a room with breakfast included, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. Although the hotel description mentioned that there was no air conditioning, the room actually had a portable air conditioner, which kept the room comfortable throughout the night. I really appreciated that the staff had already turned it on before I arrived and kept it running overnight.
Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast, and thoughtful service made this one of the highlights of my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room is clean. Location is a bit far away from the main station. Service was good. The main big plus for this hotel is the amenities. They have an electric fan in room, given that it’s cool in Interlaken generally they still provided you a fan it’s very considerate. (They don’t have ac) the good thing is you have a common lobby on the first floor and you have access to water refill, microwave, tea bags, coffee bags, some snacks, and a common fridge to use. Perfect!

The mini kitchen is quite complete. Only thing is the interior fittings and bathroom are old, and food spice smell in the room that stays throughout.

This is a lovely hotel with a lot to offer. The location is truly excellent—close to public transport and within walking distance of the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and very clean. The only area that didn't meet our expectations was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the quality didn't seem to match the rest of the hotel experience. It was the one thing we were disappointed with.
Despite the breakfast, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and comfortable rooms.FromAED 3,937

This hotel is conveniently located right by Interlaken West train station. While the facilities are a bit older, they're still very good and have a charming, antique feel. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom is a little small. Getting anywhere in Interlaken from the hotel is super easy. Remember to ask for the free public transport pass when you check in! Excellent location for travelers going to Lauterbrunnen and Wengen. Train station is 5 minutes away. Public parking is nearby. Hotel located in downtown surrounded by plenty of restaurants and a public parking is just 2 minutes away. We reserved a room for 3 and it is spacious. The beds are basically in separate rooms. This hotel in Interlaken offers great value for money, and I was very satisfied:
1. The location is unbeatable; it's just across the road from the train station and has Migros and Coop nearby.
2. It's clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. Although the room is small, both of our large suitcases could be fully opened, and there's even a small balcony, which is a great bonus.
3. The front desk has a 24-hour coffee machine and hot water, so it's very convenient to go downstairs and grab a drink whenever you're thirsty.
4. There's no air conditioning, but there's a fan, which was perfectly adequate for sleeping even on the hottest days.
The downsides are that the breakfast selection is very limited and unappetizing. Also, if you turn on the lights at night, insects and flies come in (but this seems to be common throughout Interlaken due to the many cows and their manure…). However, if you tell the front desk, they'll come with various tools to help you get rid of them, so the service is still excellent.FromAED 588

Initially hesitant due to past reviews. But encountered none of the issues. The room has aircon, a kettle & a coffee machine. The toilet/shower has a door but not the shower compartment (means toilet floor can be wet) No noises were heard from the rooms next door. Wifi is good. Located on the main street near the Interlaken West train station. Supermart is practically next door. It is a tour group hotel. I counted about 6 groups every morning for breakfast but they managed. We stayed for 2 nights in end-April at the Hotel Rossli Interlaken and the experience was just amazing. We were impressed by the hospitality and kindness shown by the host Jean-Louis and his team. He went the extra mile by gifting us with a Swiss film made by himself and his friend on DVD and USB so we could take home the good memories of Swiss and share these with family.
The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and close to the Interlaken West train station. There are a few good bars nearby the hotel and you can enjoy free coffee and tea in the hotel lounge any time of the day. We really love the warm ambiance of the hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Interlaken Youth Hostel. The location is very convenient, especially for travellers who plan to explore Interlaken and the surrounding areas.
It is right next to Interlaken Ost station, making it very easy to catch trains to places like Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Wengen. There are also buses nearby, and getting around without a car is very easy.
The hostel is also within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants and supermarkets, which was very convenient for us.
The room was clean and the facilities were adequate for a short stay. The biggest advantage for us was definitely the excellent location and easy access to public transportation.
Would recommend it to travellers looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Interlaken, especially if you are travelling by train.FromAED 166

Car can park at the hotel entrance free of charge. Room is spacious for 4 people. Staff are friendly and provided us free travel card within interlaken area. My daughters are happy that the staff gave them chocolate and candy were put on the bed at Day 1. 10 minutes walk from Interlaken West Station. Not many choice for breakfast but the taste is good. We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Chalet Swiss and really enjoyed the cosy Swiss chalet atmosphere. The location was convenient for getting around Interlaken, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, we did have an unpleasant experience after housekeeping, which was disappointing. However, I would like to specifically appreciate Victoria at the reception for handling the situation very well. She responded quickly, listened to our concerns and took immediate action to resolve the issue. Her professionalism and prompt response made a big difference.

Stayed 2 nights. Location is fantastic! Surrounded by many shops and eateries. Short walk to Interlaken OST station or just hop on to a bus just 1 stop away. Bus stop is just 2 mins walk from hotel. Very convenient.
Hotel room furnishing is very old fashion. Room a bit not clean. Pilow really flat, like a thicker floor mat. The bed is not comfortable too. Toilet bowl base is a bit disgusting. No slipper, toothbrush or shower cap etc provided.
Having to leave the room key at the reception is a hassle or you carry a heavy key chain out. This hotel do provide chargeable use of washing machine and dryer.FromAED 480
