It takes about 10 minutes by bus from Interlaken East Station. The location is quite convenient. When you check in, you will be given an Interlaken card which allows you to take the bus for free. It is quite suitable for people who don’t buy a pass. The accommodation rules say that a hair dryer is provided, but there is only one hair dryer in the entire youth hostel. If you need it, it is recommended to bring your own.

The bus stop is very convenient as soon as the door is opened, but the Youth Hostel is not obviously a bit difficult to find. There is no elevator. It is quite hard to carry luggage upstairs. There is only one bathroom on each floor of the public toilet. It takes some time to wait. There is a shared kitchen, but the kitchen utensils are not enough. There are a lot of public spaces. This is good. 👍🏻

The location of the hotel is good, not far from the east station, walk for seven or eight minutes. In order to save, we can only say that the fifth floor is worse than the environment on other floors. It is small and boring. If you have money, you can still live well. The location is a few tens of meters on the right hand side of Interlaken W. It is entered from the left-hand glass door of the Asian Garden Restaurant. The location is very convenient. Here is the E on the first floor, and the first floor is the upper floor. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, the station is outside the window, the glass is soundproof and not noisy at all. This apartment is self-service, the hotel will send you an email to tell you the room code. I like the small kitchen very much. I go to the nearby coop to buy some food and cook it myself. It is very suitable for families with children. It is delicious and cost-effective. The disadvantage is that there is basically no service, check out and knock on the door to remind you, it depends on personal preference.

It is a very good hotel, just 450 meters from the Interlaken West train station. Walk straight through the alley and you will arrive. It is right at the bus stop in an area with many restaurants. The Chinese restaurant is downstairs. Next to the left is a Thai restaurant. Next to the right is a Korean restaurant. Behind is an Indian restaurant. Opposite is a bank. Walk to the left is a supermarket. There is a Coop restaurant. The food is cheaper than other restaurants. But the best thing is that the hotel has a kitchen where you can cook your own food comfortably. There are complete equipment such as a cooking pot, rice cooker, hot water kettle, frying pan, oven, microwave, knife, chopsticks, spoon, fork, dishwashing liquid, Scotch-Brite. The bed is comfortable. The blanket is soft and clean.

The location is very good, there are Chinese people at the front desk, and the communication is very smooth. It is very close to Interlaken West Station and COOP. The room is just a little small and there is not enough space for activities.

Stayed at twin deluxe room which is newly renovated and on the higher floors. Chose this specific twin room because of its size.
Pros:
1. Hotel staff were friendly both at reception and breakfast
2. Rooms were fairly large and modern, views were incredibly (ask for mountain facing room)
3. They will give you an Interlaken guest card.
4. Location is about 7-10 mins walk from Interlaken West Station and surrounded by high-end shops.
5. There's free self-service coffee and tea making area at one of the floors and its helpful if you have a jug/bottle to fill cold/hot water
Cons:
1. Same breakfast everyday and it lacked variety
2. No kettle nor cups to make hot drinks (notice this is the case with hotels in Switzerland

Hotel is dated and with very basic amenities. Read some reviews that room slippers are not provided so I bought my own. Beds & pillows are comfy and blankets are warm enough to keep us warm.
Stayed 3 nights. Breakfast is awesome with quite a decent spread.
There's a bus-stop right in front of the hotel, where you can take to go to Interlaken Ost.

All hotel staff that I met were extremely friendly. Room was clean, windows opened to give fresh and cool air to the room which is necessary due to the lack of air conditioning. Fan is available to circulate the air. Bed is comfortable, and there’s a shoe horn in the room! Hotel Krebs is very conveniently located, just about a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it extremely easy to reach even with luggage. This was another lovely stay at Hotel Krebs, and it felt great to return once again.

Very nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.FromVND 4,743,272

Interlaken is a popular transit hub in Switzerland, and this hostel is right next to Interlaken Ost station, making the transportation super convenient. It's also massive, the largest hostel I've ever stayed in.
I stayed in a 4-bed female dorm. The room space was decent, but there were no privacy curtains, which meant privacy was just okay. You have to make your own bed, and when checking out, you also need to strip the sheets and take them to the front desk. There weren't enough power outlets, and the one at my bunk was broken. The room has a sink, but no private bathroom; you have to go to the shared facilities on each floor for the toilet and shower. You need to pay a deposit for a hairdryer.
The ground floor of the hostel is a restaurant. There's no kitchen or utensils (they only provide disposable cutlery for a fee), just a pantry (on the 2nd floor) with tables, chairs, a kettle, and a microwave. The hostel offers breakfast, which is a real luxury in high-priced Switzerland! There's a large Coop supermarket opposite the hostel (and the station).
The staff weren't overly enthusiastic, and while it attracts travelers from all over the world, the overall atmosphere was just average. However, its excellent location makes it a worthwhile place to stay.FromVND 1,699,544

It was a very nice hotel.
The staff at the reception were wonderful and spoke English. They even gave me some chocolates.
I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they kindly let me into my room.
They also gave me a larger room than the one I had booked.
The walls are quite thin, so you can hear voices from the next room—something to keep in mind when talking.
Breakfast was also delicious.

A perfect stay. Very close to the train station, walking distance was like within 6 minutes only, and if you take the bus (105) it was only 3 minutes, with less than 30 seconds walk to the place. The free sauna was an absolute highlight, where you could enjoy a one hour, free and exclusive (only yourself and/or with your roommate only) sauna.
