I was shocked that at a five-star hotel, such an unacceptable incident could occur. We had a deeply disturbing experience during our stay. Around 9:30 AM, someone from the property unlocked and opened both our front door and bedroom door without any prior notice, permission, or request from us. We were still asleep when this happened. We did not request housekeeping and there was no sign indicating otherwise. This was a serious breach of privacy and made us feel unsafe and disrespected. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any accommodation setting, let alone a serviced apartment.

We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room. What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults. Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room. At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance. Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly. The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.

Booked the junior suite for our anniversary and it was so nice and spacious! Love the in-room speaker and balcony overlooking the sunset 😍 there is sauna and indoor swimming pool and the breakfast selection was good. Only downside was that there’s only one small elevator.

I stayed 3 nights very comfortably~ It was a resort type, so it seemed like it was full of excitement day and night, and breakfast was included, and it was so delicious that I paid for dinner and ate it, and I was very satisfied👍🏻 It was a little disappointing that I couldn't see the ocean, but it was a very satisfactory accommodation for the price~

We had a great 2 days stay , we love the pool view from our room with the balcony, so relaxing, the room ,beddings and towels were so clean and fresh. The receptionists who attended us when we checked in and even during our check out were fabulous and very friendly. Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and the bus stop to the airport was just a 10 min.walk. Though there was no complimentary water,still not bad. The last night was a bit annoying as one drunk lady was trying to enter our room and insisted to open it despite telling her that its not her room, I tried to ring the reception but phone seems not working. Swimming pool was great ,i wish they could extend the time. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel! I am sorry I given 3 for location, in one hand it's lovely location- on the beach with beautiful view. What else can you want? Unfortunately the area is German version of Magaluf:( and we are too old for it lol ! We was hoping to find nice shops and tapas bars instead there was nightclub near and shops with football and sex logo t-shirts. Not hotels fault at all Hotel was lovely and welcoming! They even noticed my birthday with flower and card. Nice touch :) Thank you:) Breakfast was nice. Little pool / chairs in the garden area. Beach was nice but the beach chairs are flat on all the beaches I saw which I haven't seen any other countries and dosent really make sense as u still have to pay for them. Eventually we found 1 beach with nice reclining chairs and ended up paying £60 for 2 and umbrella!! Not sure Palma is for us but the hotel was lovely!

Friendly staff, reasonably size room with lift available, good breakfast with loads of selection, very comfy bed and firm pillow and great pressure the shower, shame only a bottle of water for our whole stay and also no kettle. Free street parking by the hotel, we were there during off season so always managed to find a parking near to the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel and would like to share my review based on different aspects. The location of the hotel was quite good, earning a score of 4. It was conveniently close to a beautiful beach. However, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which may be a drawback for some guests. In terms of service, the hotel staff was excellent, receiving a score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a satisfying stay. Cleanliness was another positive aspect of the hotel, deserving a score of 5. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and tidy. However, there were a few drawbacks in terms of amenities. The rooms were quite small, and the soundproofing was not great, resulting in noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Additionally, the balcony was located too close to the neighboring room, which compromised privacy. Overall, the hotel had a good location near the beach (4/5) and provided excellent service (5/5). The cleanliness was also top-notch (5/5). However, the small room size, poor soundproofing, and proximity of the balcony to the next door were areas for improvement (4/5).

Great hotel for a winter getaway. The location is great, 200m to the beach (but not too much in party tourism), the motorway is 1 minute away (ideal if you have a rental car and want to have access to the island). The rooms have a small refrigerator and very comfortable beds. The food is good for a 4 star hotel. Great: In winter the outdoor pool is heated (24/25°) and you can even swim in the afternoon in February when the sun is shining!

RIU Concordia is central to beer and skinke street in the second beach series. The beach is accessible in two minutes' walk, as well as many bars, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is located on a street, with which you get in the room as well as nothing, since the windows and doors are sound-dämpfed after the renovation 3 years ago. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are 120 cm larger than average. There is a large selection of German broadcasters in the TV. Breakfast is similar to a good 4-star hotel (although RIE has abolished the Serrano skin). The great friendliness of the staff at the reception and in the restaurant is to be highlighted. We will certainly book the Concordia again!
