Hotel 678 Cawang Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

I like this room with its own kitchen. I stayed for four or five days. I can put the fruits I bought in the refrigerator and then I can simply cook. There is a supermarket downstairs. On the third day, I went back and went back halfway, and the staff was cleaning. My mother, I need three people to clean together, one bathroom, one bedroom, one living room and kitchen.

This hotel is next level! Stylish, comfortable, efficient. Yet incredibly warm, hospitable and genuinely welcoming. The suite (3004) was a marvel of design and comfort. Luxurious Le Labo bath products, smart toilet, the most comfortable bedding, overlooking the skyline of Jakarta. You will not want to leave your room. Except you must because what awaits you every morning is the best breakfast in the world! Danang the pastry chef makes the best egg benedict and French toast. You will be spoilt for choice in the dining room. But best of all, it's the staff of the Park Hyatt. They are just wonderful! They could not do enough for us.

If you look at the photos i uploaded, it feel like we are not in Ritz Carlton, a brand that sharply promise its excellent services. I dont know what happen to them, but check in only 2 desk, and another spot of check in at very crowd q as well. Guest just waiting like in a bus terminal and while seeing check in process took 30 minutes avg per one guest. Staff promise to take care my room key, but very surprise she only made a statement and never appear to follow up on her promise to me. They just horrible not at the right time, new year holiday season. I just get into my room at 4PM and still without room key, so i am waiting there without any room light.

The location of this hotel is very good. It is in the SCBD of Jakarta, which is the core business district in Jakarta. The pacific place next to it has a lot of food. The hotel room is very simple, the towels have a little smell, but overall it's ok. The gym is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious but slow to serve.

As expected, the room was satisfying. It was clean, crisp and quiet. The soundproofing was excellent. I got a birthday cake sent to my room, and the cake was deliciously made, very delicate in taste. Although the room was quite pricey, but the quality given was exceptional. The staffs were detailed, intuitive, well mannered and very helpful. The Coffee shop on the 52th floor was extraordinary located, private enough and the foods selections were tasteful as well. Unfortunately, the Fruits selections from the Breakfast buffet were quite poor. The freshly cut fruits were bland in taste, such as the basic fruits like watermelon, papayas, honeydew, which i think could be improved with better selective while accepting fruits sent by suppliers. But this was just minor issue, because i am those kind of fruit lovers. Will absolutely come back!!

Outstanding and beautiful hotel - well organized and attentive staff. Easily comparable to top end hotels I have stayed at in Dubai and elsewhere. Food is excellent - room service is prompt and offers a wide choice from all available restaurants. Indonesia Plaza next door was hugely helpful and convenient.

Stayed several times over the past 3 years, for myself maybe the best hotel in Jakarta, the only downside would be lack of dining options, the room service is excellent, but the upside is that there are many restaurants close by. Rooms are very well furnished, they need an update in terms of technology, really in a hotel of this standard you should be able to stream or cast onto the TV. Pool area is great, the hotel is really an oasis in the middle of Jakarta.

The 1st time we encounter a high floor hotel in Jakarta and it was amazing! Compared to other hotels with high floor concept that are business friendly and somehow lack of family support (tried some in Japan though), Langham Jakarta is very family friendly while still also friendly for business issues. We had staycation here for our anniversary (and plus an infant now). So much thank you to the team (Ms. Yuca, Ms. Haniffa, Ms. Lulu) helped me preparing the surprise for my wife. The decoration and cake are simple but very pretty. Oh, and its very nice to have your romantic event here. Either dining at Tom's or making it in room dining, views are supporting your wish for the night. The breakfast also great! Haven't taste a good breakfast in Jakarta besides 1 other hotel near it. So far, I can rank breakfast at Tom's at 1st.

Went to St. Regis Jakarta and absolutely felt the luxury after you enter the main lobby. The Butler Elvan went above and beyond taking care of us during our stay. The hotel itself is already gorgeous plus the butler service is literally luxury at its finest and St. Regis its the only provider for that high end luxury standards and Elvan certainly has that character. All the staff were very hospitable and helpful too. Champagne Sabering is a mandatory when staying in St Regis and this property uniquely offer an indoor sabers experience. Della at Rose was also doing a great job. Great coffee and place. Sadly the Sunday brunch was fully booked and will return for that soon. Thanks everyone for the great and memorable hospitality!
