At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

Hello Trip.com,
I have a major concern regarding my two-night booking at Kenting Yoho Beach Resort for April 19-20, 115/4/18. When I booked through Trip.com, the hotel description stated that there were indoor and outdoor swimming pools. However, upon check-in, I found out that the ocean view pool was closed, and apparently, it has been closed for several months. My husband and I had planned to go swimming, but we couldn't because it wasn't open.
I'm not blaming the hotel at all. My point is, when I book a hotel room on a platform like Trip.com, I expect to receive accurate information before making a reservation. It's frustrating to see a facility listed on the platform, only to discover upon arrival that it's been closed for months.
Overall, I found the room prices at Yoho Beach Resort to be excellent value for money, despite a few issues:
1. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant, though their professional skills were average.
2. The paid SPA massage service was fantastic, with a Thai-style approach. You won't find a better service like this in Hengchun.
3. It's very close to diving spots; you can just walk there.
4. Yoho's beachfront is beautiful and easily accessible on foot.
5. The price might even be cheaper than some B&Bs, yet it offers so many complimentary services.
6. There's a functional coffee shop.
However, many areas in the rooms and public spaces haven't been renovated. The bathroom and overall cleanliness of the room were quite average. If decor and pristine room cleanliness are high priorities for you, then Yoho might not be the best choice. Nevertheless, it definitely has its unique strengths.FromDKK 864

Splendid resort with fabulous breadfast and perfect location.
The breakfast spread is wide, ranging from the local Taiwan porridge with plenty of delicious side dishes to cooked food, assorted bread and western breakfasts. It's open till 11am daily.
Resort is a mere 5 mins walk to xiao wan beach and the night market. For those who don't drive, there is a bus stop outside the resort serving local bus and bus to kaohsiung.
Cleanliness is definitely above average and the staffs are always wearing a smile and greets us which definitely makes us feel welcomed.

This was our second time staying at the Amada, a two-night stay in a quad room. I really love the ambiance and the landscaping here. This time, I specifically brought my eldest child to celebrate her birthday, and I want to thank the staff for the thoughtful decorations; the room was filled with balloons as soon as we walked in! 🎈
You could really feel how happy my child was 🥳. Every time we returned to the hotel, as soon as we entered the lobby, my daughter would exclaim, 'I'm home! ❤️'

My first visit to H Club was very welcoming and unique. There was a light show, free time to relax, unlimited cocktails and cookies, and free access to the gym and children's play area. The room type I stayed in has a large bathtub and adjustable air conditioning, which is not a central system. Hot water takes a little while to come on.
The location is near the outskirts of Hengchun Township. It's about a 16-minute walk from the 9189 Hengchun Transfer Station.

From arrival to departure, the service was excellent. The staff and crew displayed warm hospitality and were attentive to guests' needs. Like many hotels in Taiwan, in-room utilities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own.
Sunshine Liv partners with a scooter rental shop that delivers and collects the scooter directly at the homestay. The rental price is reasonable at TWD 400 for 24 hours, and there’s no requirement to return the scooter with a full tank. The homestay is also conveniently located, with the nearest night market just a 10-minute scooter ride away.
We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with stunning ocean views! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The TV offers a wide selection of channels across various genres, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the homestay serves a delightful home-cooked style breakfast.
Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kenting, and Sunshine Liv is an excellent choice for accommodation!

Every time I come to Kenting on business, I will definitely stay at Sanfu Hotel, because there is a convenient parking space, the bed is very large and comfortable to sleep on, there are four pillows, the shower water pressure is enough, and there is only one room in the whole hotel with an outdoor bathtub. There is also an izakaya upstairs with a lot of wine, and the food is delicious.
