The hotel is overall good. Pros: Located around 30 minutes taxi ride to all main scenic spots, Hotel is clean and well maintained. Cons:The air condition system doesnt work, it was -2 degree outside but the heating was not working, we asked several times to fix it but they just gave us a room heater to use and didnt fix the air condition The breakfast is just minimal and not many options except bread and some basic items

Easily one of the best hotels ever! The staff - Julie and another person (we forgot her name) were super accommodating. They are all attentive, helpful and friendly. Hotel is also nearby bus and train stations plus all the local foods and other services. We will go back here for sure!

The hotel is located in a residential area. Very quiet and grocery stores and bakeries in the area. Easy connections for travel to the city center, tram T2 from Belvedere station (5 min walking) to La Defense subway station and M1 to the city. Clean rooms, clean and spacious bathroom. The only downside was the chairs aspect (studio apartment), the upholstery was damaged and I don’t understand why they didn’t fix it. It’s a minor issue but with high impact when you enter the room. Otherwise, everything perfect.

Hôtels correct avec un personnel aimable et accueillant, pour certains inaptes à fournir certains renseignements sur le service de bus par exemple. Emplacement un peu excentré par rapport à Paris et au ligne de métro. Belle chambre un peu petite mais dépourvue d’éléments essentiels comme une poignée pour se tenir en sortant de la baignoire ou une affichette pour indiquer les horaires du petit déjeuner. Buffet petit déjeuner bien garni avec quelques dis fonctionnement de la machine pour le chocolat. Bon séjour malgré tout.

Arrived at 1500, took 30minutes to check in as we were 5th in the queue. Check in was smooth and without hassle. There was construction going on the ground floor so the main reception was at the hotel on right, including the breakfast venue. Room, bedsheets, pillow and toilet were clean and tidy. Small room, with small toilet and extra small shower spaces. fat and tall body wont fit in the shower. Good security system in the lift with 24 hrs reception, liked it. Breakfast was good, fresh and tasty but limited items available. Not recommended to the visitors anymore. You can have better breakfast outside the hotel. We didnt have option as it was included while booking the hotel. Location was perfect with supermarket nearby and metro station. Bus stop is the next door but we never used buses. Hot water available all the time as was required for our 2 years old baby for making milk. Room is not cleaned everyday but housekeeping enters the room everyday just to replace the towels, might be for other reasons, dont know. There was a vending maching and microven nearby the reception. It was lovely, safe and enjoyable stay. will come again in future for sure.
