I still recognize the service and location and public areas. The marginalised room is really amazing. A lady at the front desk directly told me that room. I feel there is a problem. Because there is a young front desk for my stay. Not a computer random. Wait for me to enter that room. The refrigerator is not and the cabinet is bad. The toilet in the WC is bad and it is thrown in an already narrow place. I'm ready to move. Otherwise, I will encounter it when I go to WC. Repairing the bad room facilities in time should be the minimum job. Instead of living for marginalized guests. Because of hard work, I didn't go downstairs and talk to the front desk.

Turn right out of the airport, walk 5 minutes, there are signs on the road, it is better to find.
The breakfast is rich, the interior decoration is novel, and there are outdoor seats, very satisfied.
The only problem is that the room is too small.

It's a very cute little hotel. You have to ring the doorbell when you turn in. It's really close to the train station, as if you are right at the door (no, there is a translation on the bed that does not allow smoking, it is clean and very safe. A key has to open many doors haha, but the environment is really great, I wish you all have fun|•'-'•)و✧

The reception was indifferent and unfriendly. When booking, I specified the need for latex pillows and an extra luggage rack in the special requests section, but neither was provided upon check-in. The concierge's service was better. At check-out, I requested the frontdesk to help with my luggage, but no one came to assist. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also poorly attended to; the service was lukewarm and indifferent, perhaps due to the restaurant's high demand. The food quality was mediocre and did not live up to the website's claim of being the top restaurant in Munich. The Deluxe Room we booked online was advertised as 35-38 square meters, but the actual room was much smaller than expected. In short, aside from the location, everything else fell short of expectations, earning only a mediocre rating. We booked two Comfort Rooms for our family of four and were happy that the hotel assigned us two rooms right next to each other. That made things much more convenient for us.
The rooms themselves were quite small, though. Once we opened a large suitcase, there was barely any floor space left. The bathroom was also on the small side. On the positive side, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well during our stay.
A nice touch was the complimentary minibar, which included a few soft drinks, a bottle of beer, and two small bottles of water (one still and one sparkling).
It’s hard for me to judge the location overall, but there is a tram stop nearby. Tram 19 provides easy access to places such as Marienplatz and other parts of the city. We also used Uber to travel to and from Munich Central Station, which cost around €16–20 each way.
Breakfast was decent. The highlight was definitely the egg station—the freshly cooked fried eggs were delicious. The bread selection, however, was fairly basic and not particularly exciting.

I stayed at the Charles Hotel in Munich on Christmas Eve on 12.24. The location is very convenient next to the city center. There are service staff to help park the car and bring luggage into the room. The front desk staff offered a welcome Christmas drink, as well as warm and caring service throughout the process. The hotel has a historical atmosphere, the rooms are relatively modern, the small balcony can see the park view, and the mood is super good when the sun shines in the room in the morning. I booked the Christmas dinner at the restaurant Sophia's in the hotel in advance. The food is not bad, not bad. There are quite a variety of breakfasts. In addition to the buffets that can be seen in Europe, there are also Bavarian set meals to try. Generally speaking, the hotel is quite cost-effective and will not step on thunder. I really need to give a bad review. The hotel had soldiers staying because of a football match. They changed my original twin bed to a king-size bed without notifying me, and they didn't tell the agent. Most importantly, when the customer checked in, they gave the customer's room card to open the door and someone was already in the room. An excellent hotel with a superb location! We took the Lufthansa Express bus from Terminal 2, which I highly recommend. It stops right at the hotel entrance, saving us the hassle of lugging luggage from the train station. Plus, the subway is right next door. The breakfast was very clean and tasty; although the variety wasn't extensive, it had most of the items you'd expect from a Western buffet. The front desk staff were also very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the German guests weren't as aloof as I'd heard; everyone was quite friendly and helpful. At breakfast, when I had trouble lifting the lids for food, they kindly offered to help, which was lovely. The room was a bit small and lacked amenities like slippers, tissues, a kettle, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, so it's best to come prepared. The hotel is a convenient 8-10 minute walk from the train station. The area around the hotel is predominantly populated by residents and businesses that do not speak German. While there are several supermarkets nearby, none of the small shops sell water. The only option is a 1.5-liter bottle of 'mineral water' for a steep 2.50 Euros. Munich has very hard water, so much so that boiling a pot of water leaves a noticeable amount of limescale. The hotel does not offer luggage storage services. The double bed, measuring 1.3 meters, was fitted with two 1.5-meter mattresses, which easily slipped off. I wonder who came up with this makeshift arrangement?
