Everything is great. Train and tram is just 2-3 min walk. There are some eateries around if you need to grab a quick one. Also a supermarket just minutes away. We love everything in this apartment, we did some cooking and the kitchen is well equipped. Host is very nice and helpful.. and above all, the View is awesome! If you are looking for a place with comfort and feels like home (kitchen, washing machine with dryer), and ofcourse with the best view to come back “home” to from a long day.. I would recommend SkyFlats !

It's a perfect dream house. There is also a sauna and the view of the bathtub is fantastic The manager was so friendly and impeccable. The kitchen was perfect, so I stayed for 3 days and there was no inconvenience. Even though I arrived late, I came out to guide you. He was kind and kind to explain tourist destinations and explain the use of accommodation. I thought it was the best accommodation during my 12-day trip, and I was going to visit again. I will recommend it around 😊😊

The location is absolutely superb! It's close to all the main attractions, which are all within walking distance, and the luxury shopping street is right next door, making shopping incredibly convenient. Plus, there are several historic coffee shops nearby; I managed to visit two this time. It's a shame that Central Cafe is closed for half a year for renovations, so I'll have to save that for next time. Vienna is great, and so is this hotel! I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location accessible by tram. As a Gold Elite member, I also received a complimentary upgrade from the base room to a junior suite as well as other welcome gifts. Breakfast was served à la carte, and the amenities were great. One small critique is that reception and guest services were often too busy to answer calls, requiring us to go down to the lobby for assistance. But overall, we had a very delightful and comfortable stay.

I also had breakfast here, and the open-air setting allowed me to leisurely enjoy my mornings during the trip. The selection of dishes was ample, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were also very kind, and I had no issues from check-in to check-out. Returning to the hotel after a day of walking around Vienna, the calm atmosphere was truly soothing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy both a convenient location for sightseeing in Vienna and a stylish hotel atmosphere. The listing said there was a bathtub, but my room didn't have one. The room photos also showed rooms with only a shower, so it might be that rooms are assigned randomly. If you really want a bathtub, it's probably a good idea to note it in the special requests section. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and it had a fridge. There are also lots of supermarkets nearby, which was a plus.

The hotel is quite close to the train station only a 7 min walk away. There is also a tram right outside. The metro isn’t too fair either, about 10 mins or so. You can download their app and then use your phone as your hotel room key which was super handy. So I was able to check in online get my room key on the app and just go straight to my room when I got in. The rooms were nice but as other reviews said there’s no kettle of coffee, you can add that on for €8 on the app and website though. The beds were soooooo comfy it was like sleeping on a cloud so so nice. There is a water refill in the lobby. Also need to mention that receptionists were always so friendly too. I do recommend it, I had a great stay!

The hotel room was larger than I expected, and everything was neat and clean. The location is also fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the train station. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets at the station, which made things super convenient. However, around 10 PM one night during our stay, the hot water supply for the entire hotel was suddenly cut off. Quite a few guests ended up at the front desk to ask about it (since many were in the middle of showering!). The unexpected outage definitely caught everyone off guard. Luckily, the hot water was back to normal the next day.

Pros: - The room was spacious, with a very high ceiling. - The interior was classically decorated. - The windows were well-insulated, so despite being next to the street, it wasn't noisy at night. Cons: - The furniture was old. Two days in a row, I found rivets from the furniture on the carpet, which could be dangerous if you accidentally stepped on them. One day, I noticed a leg missing from a stool. I notified the front desk, but when I returned to my room, I found that the maintenance staff had removed the desk and chair. - Breakfast was quite busy with tour groups. - At night, I could hear the pipes, the hinges of the sliding door and the room door, and the creaking of the wooden floor.

Even though it's a hostel and I had to share a room, both the safety and environment were excellent. Hot water was available, and there was a personal locker (only accessible with my own key). It's right next to Vienna's famous Naschmarkt, and there's a metro station just outside. Best of all, it's only about 20 minutes from the airport. However, do be aware that there are beggars nearby.
