Only 10 minutes ride from Florence main train station, wallking distance to major touristic attractions such as the famous Florence Cathedral, (Duomo), Ponte Vecchio or Piazza Signoria. The superior room was beautifully furnished, with clean marble bathroom! Amazing breakfast with fresh fruit, tasty pastries and a big selection of Italian parma ham! I would definitely book Firenze Bernini hotel again!

We were extremely satisfied with this hotel. Its location is absolutely superb, right next to Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Signoria, and Ponte Vecchio. It was so convenient to pop back for a quick rest during midday sightseeing. Plus, it's a short walk to Florence Cathedral and Accademia Gallery, making it incredibly easy to get around. The hotel's decor is artistic yet highly functional. We booked a family room, and it was much more spacious than we expected – it actually felt like the hotel undersold its room sizes, which is a pleasant surprise! The shower facilities and space also exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was both exquisite and delicious. Honestly, this hotel met all our requirements for a Florence stay – it was impeccable and offered great value for money. Even for someone like me, who rarely bothers to write reviews, I couldn't help but rave about this place.

The service is very good, very clean and tidy, the doorman is very enthusiastic, and greets you every time you go in and out~ The room is clean and the bathroom is large, the location is good, and the pasta in the restaurant opposite is delicious. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, but you can only go up from one elevator. The other elevator goes to the suite on the 6th floor~ I didn't meet other people on the terrace, it was quiet and comfortable

The location is fantastic, right by the train station. Just be aware it's tucked away in a courtyard, so keep an eye out for the entrance. Service was excellent; they were incredibly helpful with our luggage, even bringing it directly to our room. Our suite was wonderful. Despite its historical character, it was exceptionally well-maintained, offering a genuine feel of a grand European family home. A good selection of snacks and drinks were provided. The bathtub was a welcome amenity, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Big plus! Our room was named 'Mona Lisa'.

EXCELLENT place to stay if you’re visiting Florence and want to be in the heart of everything.  first time to Florence and this place stole my heart. it’s the best accommodation across the main 3 cities of Italy i’ve been (venice, florence, rome) and the attentiveness from the staff were amazing. the room is extremely clean and perfect.  no complaints except that the bathroom floor might get slippery after being wet so it’s better to put floor mats. however you can easily use the towels provided.  breakfast was amazing and selection was so good.  there’s nothing else i will say except: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The hotel is in the perfect location, right on the Arno. I scored a room with a view of the river, with the Ponte Vecchio bridge to the right and Ponte Santa Trinità to the left. I could walk to all the museums and the Duomo and the train station. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and the coffee strong. This was my first visit to Florence, and it was marvelous! I'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Ambasciatori and would especially like to thank Marcel at the reception for his excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel location is fantastic — only a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient for travellers. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel with many choices to enjoy, and a convenience store just behind the hotel which was very handy. Another great point is that most of the main landmarks are within walking distance, so it was easy to explore the city. The only area that could be improved is the lighting in the room, as we found it a little too dark. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay again.

For some reason I got an upgrade to a suite which was sensational a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine together with a packet of biscotti. The rooftop pool and bar were sensational with sensational views as well. Not a cheap hotel by any means but well worth the money

I used to stay at a high-end hotel in the city center. The interior was very Italian with antique furnishings, and the concierge and breakfast were wonderful. This time, I was looking for a simple, clean, American-style interior along the Arno River. I decided to go to Florence at the last minute and spent a lot of time arranging flights and transfers. I was looking for hotels based on interior photos from package deals, and saw many reviews saying 'I want to stay here again!' The location also seemed good. So, instead of a flight and hotel package, I decided to book just the hotel. Even though I was traveling alone, there was an available room with twin beds (offering more space), a bathtub, and a view of the sky, so I booked it. I paid the same day and even got a service discount. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was surprised to find it right after crossing Ponte Vecchio! It's a small B&B hotel with six floors, but it's conveniently designed with free spaces on the second and sixth floors. Breakfast is on the sixth floor, where you get a picturesque view of the Duomo, Florence's iconic landmark. Every morning, while enjoying that view, two kind staff members made me cappuccino. I truly found the perfect hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a good recovery after thousands of steps around the city. Breakfast was rich enough and tasty. Staff was polite and helpful. I would rate this hotel 10/10 for it's price.

A truly wonderful stay! The area is conveniently located within walking distance of several popular attractions, including the Uffizi Gallery, just 20 meters away. Evening strolls are pleasant and safe, and the alleys near the back entrance offer several highly-rated and delicious restaurants. The rooms in the off-site building are spacious suites and offer excellent value. The hotel's service was excellent, and they even arranged overnight parking and ZTL arrangements.

For families to have connected room you need to select one extra large and mid room , night lights cable are open for kids or someones safety it can be dangerous Hotel is extraordinary with lots of design elements, rooms are clean staff is very friendly, as all rooms are fully booked they upgraded us to balcony room! :) very close to Santa Novelle square . It has decent breakfast adulta 21 euro kids 12 euro for the kids above 6 to below 12 Shover is nice , it has filter coffee, free mini bar with 2 beers and one cola and water. However it takes time a few days approx for staff to refill ;)
