The location, decoration and service of this hotel are very good, but I am sorry that I have to write two bad points here. The first point may be the cleaning negligence. I just checked in and found that there was water in the cup of the tea bar, that is, the guests have not used it before. Replace, this is easy to make people think about it. Try not to think about it, let the room service be replaced, but it may be that the room service staff is not very good at English. He did not express sincere apologies after helping us replace it. He should not tell the person in charge of the customer service department, because no one contacted us to explain this matter in the future. The second point is also a point I think is very important. Our room is relatively large because we have an extra bed, so there are two windows on the wall of the room. The room is on the road. The windows are unified old windows. So the sound insulation is very poor. Florence tourist city at 2 pm, there are many young people wandering on the street, and there are municipal vehicles starting to work in the early morning, so I didn’t sleep well all night, because I stayed for two nights, so I didn’t want to change rooms. It is strongly recommended that the hotel install a system door and window inside the room. The windows inside the government regulations cannot be modern, but the interior of the room can be, even if the old windows are installed, at least most of the noise can be separated. I encountered the same problem in Rome today. The hotel is better than Florence, but the sound insulation is worse. Because this room is not two windows, but two French glass double doors. It looks good but the sound insulation is worse. This time it was three nights, so I asked to change it. I don’t know if I can change to the same room type. This halfterm is out to travel. There are too many families, like May Day in China. Attach a few photos of these two rooms, beauty is really beautiful but we need better quality sleep

The service is very good, very clean and tidy, the doorman is very enthusiastic, and greets you every time you go in and out~ The room is clean and the bathroom is large, the location is good, and the pasta in the restaurant opposite is delicious. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, but you can only go up from one elevator. The other elevator goes to the suite on the 6th floor~ I didn't meet other people on the terrace, it was quiet and comfortable

I was caught in a heavy downpour and completely soaked when I went to pick up my luggage after checking out. I was really struggling, so I truly appreciated being offered a towel and a hairdryer. Thank you very much. However, in the room, only one power outlet seemed to be working, which was inconvenient. Also, there was a leak in the bathroom sink.

EXCELLENT place to stay if you’re visiting Florence and want to be in the heart of everything.  first time to Florence and this place stole my heart. it’s the best accommodation across the main 3 cities of Italy i’ve been (venice, florence, rome) and the attentiveness from the staff were amazing. the room is extremely clean and perfect.  no complaints except that the bathroom floor might get slippery after being wet so it’s better to put floor mats. however you can easily use the towels provided.  breakfast was amazing and selection was so good.  there’s nothing else i will say except: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The hotel is in the perfect location, right on the Arno. I scored a room with a view of the river, with the Ponte Vecchio bridge to the right and Ponte Santa Trinità to the left. I could walk to all the museums and the Duomo and the train station. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and the coffee strong. This was my first visit to Florence, and it was marvelous! I'll be back.

This hotel is right opposite Florence train station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Many attractions are also within walking distance. However, being near the train station, it can be a bit chaotic. There's a great Chinese restaurant next door, run by people from Zhejiang, that serves delicious food. Their stir-fried seafood noodles and poached chicken were particularly good. On the downside, the room cleaning was very superficial. The mini-fridge hadn't been checked, and there was an opened drink left by the previous guest. The hotel breakfast was extensive and provided all the basic nutrition one would need. Overall, Florence was quite different from the 'Emerald City' (Fèilěngcuì) I'd imagined, as described by Xu Zhimo. Perhaps visiting 20 years ago would have offered a different experience. It just goes to show, you should see the world while you're young!

An amazing hotel located in the centre of Florence overlooking a beautiful Piazza surrounded by restaurants excellent shopping and to die for sightseeing attractions. For some reason I got an upgrade to a suite which was sensational a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine together with a packet of biscotti. The rooftop pool and bar were sensational with sensational views as well. Not a cheap hotel by any means but well worth the money

I'm someone who's really particular about hotels. When I travel, I usually pore over dozens of reviews before booking, and even though this hotel is a bit older, it's incredibly clean and charming. There weren't many photos of the Small Suite online, but it had a separate bedroom, a bathroom down a small hallway, and another small room, which gave us plenty of space to spread out our luggage! The hotel's location is unbeatable for visiting any tourist spot, like the Duomo or Santa Maria Novella station. Plus, there's a Starbucks on the first floor that I used a few times. The most important things are location and cleanliness, and even though the hotel is in a bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet, so I slept like a baby! The bed was comfortable and didn't hurt my back, so I slept soundly. Both rooms had windows for occasional ventilation, and the cleaning was excellent. Despite my initial doubts about an older hotel, it offered great value for money. I really loved this place and highly recommend it to fellow Koreans – it's the best! As for breakfast, while it's not super diverse (considering the value), for the price, it's pretty decent compared to other hotels in the area.

A truly wonderful stay! The area is conveniently located within walking distance of several popular attractions, including the Uffizi Gallery, just 20 meters away. Evening strolls are pleasant and safe, and the alleys near the back entrance offer several highly-rated and delicious restaurants. The rooms in the off-site building are spacious suites and offer excellent value. The hotel's service was excellent, and they even arranged overnight parking and ZTL arrangements.

I highly recommend this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect! It's super close to the train station, just a 7-minute walk, and it's incredibly convenient for all the must-see tourist spots like landmarks, the plaza, and the Old Bridge. The Accademia Gallery and Uffizi Gallery are also nearby, and even the sunset viewing point is just a 20-minute walk away. We walked everywhere during our entire stay in Florence, and it was so handy to be able to pop back to the hotel anytime to rest. Plus, it's only a few hundred meters from the century-old pharmacy, making shopping incredibly convenient with virtually no queues. My room included breakfast, which was quite substantial by Italian standards. I absolutely adore this city and will definitely bring my daughter back. I'll choose to stay here again next time!
