The room is relatively clean, on the top 30 floor (as a homestay suggestion) The window is equipped with a protective fence), although it is two rooms and one living room, it is actually a small room without windows. There is a high-rise bed. The tall one sleeps flat and can't stretch his legs. The short one has no space for claustrophobic problems. There is a large tatami that can sleep three people. The kitchen is quite big, with refrigerators and washing machines. The location is very good, eating and shopping are very convenient, in general it is very good 😊

When you come to Baishan, you will basically live in this house. It is right next to the station. The location is good and the house is very clean. There is no smell. The price is also affordable. Tatami is very suitable for people with bad waist. It is more comfortable than a soft bed.

The room is relatively clean, with a smart toilet, a big bed, an Internet TV, a shower room, a baseboard heater, and the room is warm and not dry even without air conditioning. The only drawback is that the bathroom is a bit small, especially the basin. On the last day of my stay, there was a little water leakage under the basin, and the boss lady came to deal with it, but fortunately it didn't affect it much. On the first day, we had a good time on the west slope and went down the mountain at about two o'clock. The boss lady recommended the forest park, which was pretty good. The service was very enthusiastic.

Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive, with the overall decor featuring wood and stone. Although I read some reviews before coming that mentioned it being dimly lit inside, I personally feel it perfectly matches the primitive ecological style of Changbai Mountain and I really like it. When you're on vacation, you want to find this kind of raw, natural feeling. Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions are excellent overall, very clean. Environment: The environment is a major highlight. The hotel offers many complimentary benefits, and the entire resort is well-managed. All staff members for the activities wear unified uniforms, and from the airport shuttle bus to the hotel, they are very responsive and enthusiastic, truly showcasing the hospitality of Northeasterners. Breakfast: Very rich, with both Chinese and Western options. Especially for those who enjoy Western food, they even have overnight oats and Eggs Benedict, which shows great thoughtfulness. Overall, I'm very satisfied with choosing this hotel for my family vacation with the kids. The location is also very convenient, with a direct exit to the commercial street from the back. The airport transfers, recreational activities, and even the concierge helping to arrange rafting and transfers to the West Slope all justify the price. I'd love to come back for skiing if I have the chance.

The location is central, but using the back entrance makes everything easily accessible, and it's not right on the food street, so it feels very quiet. Taking the back exit near the lollipops in the hotel lobby, and then the path in front of the big lawn, is even closer and more convenient. The overall service was excellent; every guest gets a hotel assistant. Our assistant, 7-Up, sent messages beforehand with reminders, weather forecasts, and patiently answered all our questions. We booked a deluxe twin room and got one with a mountain view. From the room, you could see the lawn, cable car, etc., offering great views. Food: Breakfast was a standard hotel buffet. The dinner buffet had grilled skewers, hot pots, and other decent options. Resort-wide benefits: They included access to the slide, cable car, water park, hot springs, and more. Everything was great, except for the long wait times for the slide. The hotel facilities are quite old, but they are clean, which is a plus. Overall, it was a good experience.

Trusting an established brand, I chose The Westin, but was utterly disappointed after checking in. The front desk staff and hotel butlers were all very warm and attentive. The parking garage attendant was also excellent and very considerate, especially when the garage was full. While I had anticipated the hotel facilities would be dated, given it's been open for many years, my actual stay was a huge letdown. I really hope the hotel management seriously considers renovating the property. Firstly, the room number design and signage on the same floor are confusing. I stayed in 33xx, but there were also 32xx rooms on the 3rd floor. When looking for my room, it was easy to assume and I ended up taking many unnecessary detours. Secondly, not only was screen mirroring unavailable, but the hotel's cable TV signal displayed noticeable static. I even wondered if the TVs hadn't been replaced since the hotel opened. Screen mirroring is now a basic feature in most hotels. The bathroom had a very strong and distinct urine odor. After reporting it, staff cleaned it and it improved somewhat. Cleanliness was an issue: I found spiders 🕷 in two different spots. Many surfaces were old, moldy, and blackened, which looked very unappealing. The housekeeping staff needs further training. Shoes left in the room were not neatly arranged, some were even askew, and the advertising flyer by the bed was just haphazardly placed. The toilet paper was far too thin. Is it normal for the shower gel to produce no lather when used? There were food residues, similar to rice grains, on the back of the information sheet on the desk. Clearly, the previous guest had left it dirty and it hadn't been cleaned.

We brought our child to Tianchi and thought it would be nice for them to soak in the hot springs after coming down from the mountain. That turned out to be a great idea! We had a fantastic time at the hot spring hotel that day and spent most of the next day exploring the resort. There are so many activities, and it's a one-stop shop for food, accommodation, and entertainment, all in a beautiful setting. We originally planned to spend the whole day enjoying the activities, but we had to leave the water park quickly because the water was too cold. My only suggestion is that since this place caters to families with seniors and children, the water temperature is too low. The kids' play area was only 19 degrees Celsius, and the wave pool was just over 20 degrees. Many families went in without realizing how cold it was and came out shortly after, with their children's lips turning purple and shivering from the cold. I really hope the water temperature can be adjusted, made a bit warmer. Also, towels should be provided upon exiting the pool, not just after showering. I told a staff member my child was shivering and asked if we could get a towel, especially since it was windy outside, and only then did they say yes. I don't mean anything by it, but this is one area where they could learn from other hot spring hotels. The Holiday Inn Express where we stayed was quite good, with a rich breakfast and very friendly and enthusiastic front desk service. However, the staff at the entrance seemed more helpful to tour groups. For those of us who drove ourselves, they weren't as attentive. Maybe they figured we wouldn't be returning. I was alone with my child, carrying two pieces of luggage, and no one at the entrance offered to help. But when a tour group came out, they immediately helped them with their luggage onto their bus… I don't even want to comment on that…

Right from the start, the service at this hotel felt uncomfortable. When checking in at the front desk, the staff member took my ID, then turned around to chat with a colleague, leaving me waiting. I had to ask twice before he finally said they were done chatting and proceeded with my check-in. The male front desk staff was full of arrogance! Sure enough, upon entering the room, a slipper left by the previous guest was prominently displayed on the floor! Dust and paper scraps were clearly visible in the corners. It was unbearable, so I requested a re-cleaning. Throughout it all, the hotel offered no apology whatsoever. For 2000 a night, it was a truly miserable stay!

This hotel is genuinely excellent. From the moment I first saw it, to checking in, and finally entering the room, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. I particularly want to highlight how incredibly clean the room was; it's clear the hotel does an amazing job with their housekeeping. Even though it's in a forested area, the bedding felt wonderfully dry and comfortable, unlike the dampness you often find in other mountain regions. In the evening, there's a hot spring available, both indoor and outdoor, which the whole family really enjoyed. The indoor hot spring has two large pools and even a slide 🛝, so both adults and children can have fun. We arrived early, so there weren't many people, and our family had a very enjoyable soak. Breakfast was also quite good, and you can order lunch and dinner at the restaurant, which was delicious. The hotel is super close to the West Slope ticket office, right near the mountain gate, just a 2-minute walk. If you're planning to visit Tianchi Lake, you can go straight in. Highly recommend!

Baekdu gathering center. It is incredibly close. There are also many Korean restaurants in the plaza, so you can easily walk out and have a meal. Since check-out is at 2 PM, it is nice to be able to leave our luggage comfortably before heading up the mountain. Although it is an older hotel, it has a swimming pool, sauna, and open-air bath, as well as a convenience store on the first floor. The location is excellent. We urgently needed a car for a long distance, so we contacted the hotel, and I was grateful that they introduced us to a vehicle. I will come back to challenge Mt. Baekdu again next time.

Four-star standard, convenient transportation, good scenery, complete facilities, carpets, various cups, high quality supplies, comfortable bedding, and good service. The fly in the ointment is to imagine that the old state-run hotel does not have self-service laundry, and there is paid laundry.
