The location is good, the waiters are very enthusiastic, it's just average, there's nothing wrong with it, but there's nothing special about it either. If I come to Frankfurt again, I might try another hotel.

Reception staff unfriendly, unhelpful. Didn’t explain properly where and how to park my car in the basement, so it was a frustrating experience for me to say the least. The two girls at the reception, one in the evening when I was checking in and the other in the morning when I was checking out, seemed annoyed when I was asking questions about various things in and around the hotel. So, if you can avoid it, do so. If you can’t, don’t expect a welcoming environment.

The breakfast was great, and we extended our stay for another day. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel overall was excellent, with a good location too. There weren't any slippers in the room, but you can request them from the service center and they'll bring them to you. Overall, a good experience.

A spacious room with a well-equipped kitchen. Walkable distance from the central train station (about 15 mins). There is a shopping mall next to the hotel with dm, supermarket and pharmacy inside. The room is a bit dark at night as the lights are not enough.

The service was great. Buffet breakfast was a good spread as well. However, there is not nearby shops or convenience shops nearby

Location is very convenient: shopping area and tourist sights are within walking distance, U8 and U9 takes one to the airport in 15 mins and all U trains take one to the Central train station. Room is very spacious, functional and comfortable, and the aircon worked very well. Breakfast that came with the booking is OK, nothing fancy but it ticks most boxes and most importantly helps to save money in an expensive city. All in all, it was the only saving grace of my stay in one of the most boring major European cities I have ever experienced.

If I am in Frankfurt, I am staying here. I've sayed in this hotel many times over the last 22 years. I love it. Exceptional service, facilities, attention to detail, and cleanliness. Never let me down. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Hot and cold dishes are plentiful and high-quality. Steigenberger provides good quality hospitality consistency throughout their hotels in Germany. I stayed in many of them and never got disappointed.

The pool and sauna are not run by the hotel. Several other parties have also told me they experienced the same rudeness as myself. The pool and sauna + gym are overrun with angry patrons (it is a paid health club shared with the hotel), all of whom despise hotel guests sharing their facilities. It is NOT a family friendly amenity at all. The staff (swimming instructor) yelled at my toddler for using equipment adjacent the pool. There were no signs indicating this was not to be used by hotel guests. When confronted, the man was extremely rude and obnoxious, stating the floaties were his and not for public or hotel use. I pointed out there is no signage whatsoever. The hotel itself, however, is exceptional. Just dont use the pool area unless you want to be screamed at.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff and really good breakfast buffet. I usually stay here twice a year and I changed from staying at Sheraton-Marriott hotel at Frankfurt to Hilton Hotel as it is much newer and in better condition than Marriott and Sheraton.
