We stayed in the 2 BR villa for 3N. The villa was run seperately from Ocean suites apartments, although they are all within the same vicinity. The hosts used Whatsapp to communicate with us days before our arrival and was very responsive on all the questions we had during our stay in the villa. We used the same Whatsapp communication to checkin & checkout of the villa and to call the buggy to pick us from villa to beach etc, it was all rather smooth. The villa building on the whole is rather dated, the water in the private swimming pool looked a bit dark, or greenish, and the pump does not seem to be running all day, seemed to be turned off at night. My kids were afraid to swim in the private pool, so we just swam in the main pool by the restaurant, which was near the beach. The beach tide was low when we visited, and we had to wander far out to be able to swim by the beach front. Food at the neptune restaurant was alacarte, no buffet seemed to be in operation even though its mentioned that they serve buffet. All sports, ie tennis archery had to be reserved in advance and there were charges. The kids club looked like a small dark room where the kids were contained in. The pool by the main Ocean suites apartment had a rough stone flooring, have to becareful when swimming. There wasn't much vibe by the beachfront, no music etc. Location wise, the villa is considered to be in Danang, but its far from the city center. taxi rides can take 30min and is about 15sgd per way. If one wants to visit Danang city more frequently, I would suggest to stay in a more city central location.

Our stay was absolutely magical, and it was all thanks to the incredible team here. Most importantly, I want to give a huge shout-out to LiLy and Lisa. They went above and beyond by celebrating my younger sister's birthday with a beautiful cake, making our family trip so much more memorable.
Every request we had was handled with lightning speed, precision, and a genuine smile. The breakfast provided each morning was flawless, and the room condition was impeccable. We also fell in love with the private beach, the main pool, and our own private pool—everything was perfectly maintained, and the resort landscaping was stunning.
Every perfect experience we had at this resort was possible because of LiLy and Lisa's dedicated support. We are so grateful for their help and cannot wait to visit again. If you're staying here, you're in great hands with them!

The room is large and clean, but there is the sound of woodpeckers gnawing on the cabinets. The location is good, just a few minutes walk past the ancient city, the shopkeeper is a friendly family. Tips for free travel friends, if you want to go to Da Nang, you can take a bus from the bus stop at the intersection of the hotel. The price is 20,000 yuan and the time is about 30 minutes.

Breakfast buffet: 4.5 ⭐️ (One of those restaurants where we can get majority the good local food in 1 station). 2 food I would like to see an improvement in future. Porridge was inconsistent (some days are good, some days it tasted like rice in water), western breakfast sausages is hard everyday.
Restaurant meal (The Sail): Biggest 5 ⭐️ My compliments are, you guys have one of the best kids meal that even I love their food (penne with bolognese sauce). The beef steak I ate was exceptionally good - presentation and taste. Very attentive with my request, thumbs to all waitress. Location of your restaurant is ideal cause I can see majority of the city + ocean and the intercontinental peninsula. I had a great stay at Altara Suites Da Nang by AHG. The location is super convenient — the beach is just right across the street, which makes it perfect for morning walks or sunset views.
The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a washing machine, dryer, small kitchen, and a living area. It felt more like a serviced apartment than a hotel room, which was very comfortable for a longer stay.
The only downside was that the elevators were a bit slow at times, especially during busy hours. But overall, it didn’t affect the experience too much.

Stayed for three nights, and the overall experience was far from good.
Honestly, I rarely leave negative reviews for hotels, but given the price and positioning of this hotel, the service was truly disappointing. I even felt that it was worse than some smaller, less expensive hotels.
The front desk staff's attitude was not friendly at all. The biggest letdown was breakfast. It clearly stated that it was served until 10:30 am, but by 9:15 am, they had already started clearing the food. My friend called to rush us downstairs, and when we got there at just 9:30 am, most of the food was already gone. My friend ended up only being able to eat a bowl of noodles.
I later found out that the hotel actually has three breakfast locations. If they were going to clear up early at this particular location, the staff should have proactively informed guests that they could continue eating at other restaurants, instead of letting us make a wasted trip.
I hope the hotel can improve its service and communication to match the quality expected at this price point.FromUS$81

We were looking to get away to play tennis since we are both learning, and to a beachfront resort. Hyatt Regency Da Nang has a wonderful tennis court and beautiful beach, exactly what we need.
We have breakfast included and lounge access, so breakfast before tennis and a light dinner to close the day became our routine.
Service is a bit slow but friendly, though the English level can be challenging at times. Also, the room's layout means the AC is blowing straight into my head while I'm sleeping, which is bad. I was struggling with the AC and fan while adjusting the room temperature.
We will go back, but I would like to know if there is an alternative room with a different layout, as sleep is crucial for me.FromUS$173

Minh Toan Safi Ocean Hotel (My Khe Beach) – I had a wonderful stay from 13–17 April with my husband, and we truly want to share how impressed we were.
We stay at room 1901 and were very happy with the room cleanliness. Everything felt neat and comfortable, and we especially loved waking up to the sea view of My Khe Beach，which made our vacation more relaxing and special.
We also enjoyed the hotel spa experience at La Spa. We started with the 30-minute free massage and then extended it to a total 90-minute aromatic massage. It was such a great way to unwind during our stay.
Another highlight was the restaurant service during buffet breakfast. The staff were attentive and genuinely noticed our needs. On the 3rd day of breakfast, we were offered a jasmine tea with herbs. The herbs were added by Thu Hien, a restaurant staff member. She kindly shared the herbs which were farmed by her parents. She hoped we would enjoy trying them. This small gesture meant so much to us—because it felt heartfelt, warm, and meaningful. We felt truly grateful and respected through that sharing.

I enjoyed my stay here! Though I didn’t get a sea view room but the rooftop pool is one of the nicest . It is not very big but the design is detail oriented! I got to enjoy reading sitting on the side of pool with pool water kept cooling my body. And there was a great shield from sunlight! This was the best hotel out of the 6 we stayed at during this vacation, and the only one we'd want to return to.
Sure, the interior isn't for minimalist lovers, but then again, the hotel's concept isn't about minimalism.
The true wealth of this hotel lies in its people. They aren't just 'the girl at the front desk'; they're there when you need them, they'll chat with you while waiting for the elevator, share stories, and laugh with you. Every evening, there's a genuine smile, a few cookies, and a goodnight card – it's such a lovely touch! Just like the welcome card with your name in gold on black.
The breakfasts are superb, and for our week-long stay, we received a bonus dinner with a view of the evening sea (it was excellent). By the way, they even arranged transport to our next hotel as a bonus.
Every day there's an afternoon 'sweet hour' with sandwiches, desserts, cookies, and fruit.
Nothing was ever stale or pre-cut, never anything dried out or sour (unlike at our other hotels).
For a long time afterwards, as we passed by, my husband and I would exchange glances and say, 'That's our hotel.'
The sea is just across the road.

Excellent hotel in the area. We were warmly greeted by Hung who takes care the check in procedure while we sit comfortably at the sofa with welcome drinks at hand and cold towel to refresh. The bellboy and other staffs are very helpful and friendly. I really like the warm color scheme of the room interior. The view from balcony is just amazing. Breakfast is very decent as well. The beef balls with pho is lovely. I notice there are a lot of patronage from Russia in this hotel which is a bit unusual as usually vietnam hotels guests are dominated by Korean mostly. On the negative, the bidet gun’s water pressure is noticeably very low. No problem with the shower water pressure however. The location is a big advantage - just across the road from the beach, on the first line. Around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants, bars, massage places, and everything you might need. Very convenient and lively area.
Check-in was smooth and welcoming. We were offered an upgrade to a room “with a window”, but in reality the window was facing the wall of another building. There was a bit of natural light, but no real view - something to keep in mind.
The room itself was comfortable and quite spacious for two people, with twin beds. It had all the essentials: kettle, tea, coffee, and a hairdryer (not very powerful, but usable 🙂).
There is also a small gym - simple, but a nice bonus. It even has one of those vibrating platforms (you stand on it and it shakes your whole body 😄).
Breakfast was good, with a decent variety including fruits and juices. Not everything felt very fresh, but overall it was enjoyable.
The only downside was the noise late at night. Around 11 PM there was drilling or some renovation happening above our room. We waited for a while and then called reception around midnight - they responded, but ideally this kind of work shouldn’t happen when guests are resting.
Overall, considering the price, this hotel offers very good value. Comfortable stay, great location, and a solid option for a few days in Da Nang.FromUS$53

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Tourane Hotel Da Nang. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also a big plus—close to the city center, with plenty of food and drink options nearby, so it’s very convenient for exploring Da Nang.
One small thing to note is the shower setup—it’s positioned quite high, so even at around 1.75m, I found it more comfortable to hold the shower head while using it. The breakfast selection is fairly standard—not outstanding, but still decent and perfectly acceptable to start the day.
Since the hotel is located along a main road, you may hear some traffic noise, especially from cars and trucks honking early in the morning. Light sleepers might want to keep this in mind.
