Very good, breakfast is OK, I like the jelly sea of the hotel the most, next to the small red book famous net red hotel, when I stayed, it was a third of the price of the hotel next to me. I think the price is very high.

The location is excellent, the scenery is beautiful, and the service has reached the general five-star standard. The facilities feel slightly renovated, the TV in the room is new, but the overall is still old, but the housekeeping service is very clean every day. The hotel public area facilities are good, the indoor swimming pool is small but well maintained, and the water quality is excellent. The hotel parking fee is 16 euros per day, which is safe and reliable, and is a good option for self-driving.

The hotel is generally very good. The breakfast is quite rich. The sea view of the hotel is very good. The location is also very good. There are two Jelly Sea beaches within a 10-minute walk.

I don't like to give all 5 stars in my rating, but in the case of this hotel I can't help but give it. I've been going here for several years and the hotel is getting better and better. Thanks to all the staff and special thanks to Linda! Everything works well. This year it's even better than last year. The restaurant has changed a lot for the better. Special thanks to the chef!

The stay was over my expectation, we just left the comment before checkin that we were on our honeymoon trip, hotel has upgraded my room to the ocean view building and compliments us with champagne. Staff are really nice and breakfast was good!

It takes 40 minutes to get to the downtown area of Palma by bus, which is not very punctual and not very convenient. The surrounding food is not cost-effective.
The hotel is relatively old-fashioned, and slippers are not provided. Water needs to be obtained from the front desk.
There is a swimming pool, which is OK for lying down.

We were greeted by a smiling and polite receptionist and offered a glass of cava while she arranged our room etc. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast caters for all generally the hotel is exceptional.

Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.SOLD OUT
