Only 2 min walk from the train station, close to old town. Friendly service. Comfortable room, nice sauna and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

Everything was good but their breakfast time Indian waitress on 30th May was very rude. She ordered me like a boss with bad hand gesture to take the tray to the station where I just stand up after finishing my breakfast. This was not acceptable and very unpleasant for me. Will not recommend to have a breakfast at this hotel because of their rude Indian waitress.

Hotel liegt neben der Autobahn Ausfahrt, Zimmer ist ok wenig Platz, schmales Badezimmer, keinen Kühlschrank,ohne minibar. Restaurant is durchschnittlich, Auswahl ziemlich System Küche überteuert. Frühstück sparsam wenig Auswahl, für den Zimmer Preis. Parkplatz ok .

There are hotels in the era, but the facilities inside should be refurbished. The hotel restaurant is Michelin, so the breakfast is great, everything is divided into small dishes, very beautiful, the hotel waiter is full of smiles.

Super praise, the train station walked for a few minutes, all flat luggage. The room is small but the layout is reasonable. Living in the room on the fifth floor, the slope roof, there are three roof windows that can be pushed open, and you can see the snowy mountains outside. The breakfast included is also delicious and the restaurant is well arranged.

Great little hotel. Recently renovated with a lift (elevator) and fresh decor. Very comfortable rooms, great beds and bedding and excellent ensuite. Fairly quiet location even though in the heart of town and surrounded by old town sights. Hundreds of restaurants nearby. Good buffet breakfast of usual European variety. Helpful, friendly staff.Fridge and coffee maker in room (no cooking allowed). Overall great experience. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I chose to rest in the town of Chur for one night and take the glacier train to Zermatt the next day. It was a good choice. Chur was quiet and fresh. I accidentally discovered a century-old chocolate shop and a 50-year-old glassware shop. The hotel is very convenient, a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is large and comfortable, and you can see the beautiful scenery by opening the window

I was able to sleep very quiet and comfortable. There was coke, beer and carbonated water in the refrigerator.

Hotel Franziskaner has the best location in the Chur old town, where is just 10 minutes walk (flat roads) from Chur Train Station which is adjacent to the Bus Station. Bus ride only takes 2 stops to the outside of the hotel. The Hotel staff gave us a Chur pass for public transportation and also some advice of where to visit. We love the breakfast. Coffee is good. Hotel staff were friendly. The window of our hotel room has good views of the old town. However, the hotel does not have an elevator and you need to carry your luggage up to your floor. My hotel room only has 2 power outlets under the bedside tables and you need to kneel down to plug in your phone for charging.
