Environment: The room was spacious and the location was excellent. You could take the subway directly from the basement, and it was very close to Tokyo Station, making it convenient for Shinkansen travel. Hygiene: The hygiene was impeccable. Facilities: The bathtub was very comfortable for a soak, and the turndown service even provided bath salts. Service: The service was superb, and I particularly want to mention this: During check-in, I had a brief conversation with the lobby manager, Asaki Yoshiuchi, where I casually shared some personal interests. To my delightful surprise, on the day of check-out, I received a handwritten letter from this manager! The letter included a specially drawn illustration that cleverly combined elements of the interests we had previously discussed. He not only remembered our casual conversation but also took the time and effort to transform it into a personalized and thoughtful souvenir. You can truly feel the hotel's sincerity and dedication.

Facilities: This is one of the best hotels in Tokyo, with relatively new and comprehensive facilities. The room decor has a very Japanese style. Cleanliness: The hygiene is excellent. Staff clean the rooms daily, so there's no need to worry about cleanliness. Environment: The hotel is located right near Tokyo Station, which is very convenient.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located, but I don't think the experience for families is good, they have restrictions for children under 4 years old to enter the pool even if accompanied by their parents. And they forgot a request for sweets in the room to celebrate 9 years of marriage, previously requested the day before by phone.

The view and room was perfect. But the staff at the concierge could be more helpful. When we got the car, the staff would continusouly ask for our passports and we all had a handful.

This time, I stayed at The Peninsula Tokyo with my daughter for a vacation and felt happy and satisfied, especially with the attentive facilities and staff. Coincidentally, since our departure date fell on a weekend, the hotel specially opened the 24th-floor Peter for guests to have breakfast, allowing us to enjoy a panoramic view of the Palace in the morning. However, the meal presentation service there seemed not as attentive as in the lobby restaurant or room service. I hope to try it again next time to experience it better.

Excellent location. Service is good but could be better for a hotel of this tier. Would book again if the price is reasonable

From the moment I arrived at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and understated luxury. The hotel exemplifies a rare balance between contemporary sophistication and timeless Japanese hospitality, making every interaction feel both personal and profound. The guest rooms are nothing short of extraordinary—thoughtfully designed, immaculately maintained, and offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline. Each detail, from the choice of materials to the intuitive layout, reflects an unwavering commitment to excellence. Dining at the property is a remarkable journey in itself. Every restaurant presents not only world-class cuisine but also a sense of artistry and cultural depth. The staff demonstrate genuine passion and precision, ensuring that each culinary experience becomes an indelible memory. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its service. The team embodies the very spirit of omotenashi—anticipating needs with effortless grace and delivering them with warmth and sincerity. It is this quiet yet meticulous attentiveness that transforms a stay into an experience of unparalleled comfort. Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo is not merely a place to stay—it is a sanctuary in the heart of the metropolis, where moments are elevated into memories. It remains, without question, one of the finest hotels in the world.

Fantastic hotel in a great location right off the Ginza metro line. Great restaurant and the bar has an amazing view of the city lights in the evening and of mt Fuji in the day. The service from check in to departure was top notch. Everyone that works at the hotel is friendly and super helpful. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

The moment I stepped through the hotel doors, kicking off my shoes felt like coming home. Walking barefoot around the premises was incredibly relaxing. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were so warm and friendly, making me feel completely at ease. They explained the hotel amenities and menu as if we were just catching up with old friends. My room was quiet and spotless, and the overall atmosphere was calm and uncrowded – truly ideal for relaxation. The hotel's convenient location right by the subway station made getting around incredibly easy. I absolutely loved my stay!

An exceptional stay. Shoes must be removed upon entering the hotel. Each floor has a relaxing area. The room was small but adequate. The details were well-detailed, though the chairs were a bit low. The rooftop hot spring was also a wonderful experience.

We booked Park Hyatt very last minute due to issue with our original hotel that we booked in Tokyo. We travelled with a 3 & 4 years old and the hotel was amazing. The playground across the hotel is a big plus. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the process was very seamlessly. We left the first hotel fairly early and knew we couldn't get into the room but our plan was to go through Shinjuku and knew we wouldn't be back until later that day. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor, you can see the entire city view and at night the sight is amazing. The hotel location is about a 15min walk to Shinjuku station which is not bad and there is a shuttle that runs every 30min as well. Concierge was very helpful with everything during our stay. Breakfast service was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly with kids and not snobbish at all. The hotel is an iconic place, most of the time we took a taxi or delivery they know the hotel by name. I highly recommend anyone that would like to pamper themselves in Tokyo. The hotel is a bit dated by the upkeep of the hotel is very good. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the light switches since it's not modern you can't control some lights individually.

Thank you🙏Mr. Shen for being able to show up at six o'clock in the morning Come up to the room and help carry luggage and cartons📦 Thank you too🙏every service staff at the counter Take the trouble to meet my complex needs He even bought an oil-based pen for me to write on In addition, express check out service Really super time saver. Hotel guests have a certain standard Visitors from California and Switzerland are quite interesting.

Very good hotel, clean, cozy. A few minutes walk to the metro. Breakfasts at first glance seem modest, but in the end it turns out to be quite filling, since they offer you to choose from the menu (included in the price), and they offer dumplings. The rooms are also excellent, large. The bed is comfortable. The free minibar also spoiled us: in the evening we did not want to go anywhere, but simply took champagne/wine out of the refrigerator in the room and thus ended our days full of walks. On one of the days of our stay, my son had a birthday, and in the evening upon returning to the room, a surprise from the hotel awaited him: congratulations and a small set of sweets. It was unexpected and pleasant. In general, we liked the hotel. And the final pleasant touch was the offered free transfer to the airport.

The Aoyama Grand is situated in one of the best locations in Tokyo. Most convenient indeed. The view from our suite on the 17th floor is excellent, day and night. Comfortable bedding, perfectly firm mattress, and great sound proof. Very happy with the hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a three-minute walk from the subway station. Right across the street is a lively food street, so you don't have to worry about dining options. The hotel's historic Japanese garden is truly beautiful; I was genuinely amazed when I explored it for the first time, especially considering such a large garden has been preserved right in the middle of a bustling city center! The guest rooms are quite spacious for Japan, around 40 square meters, but I couldn't help but notice that the decor felt surprisingly like an American hotel. My biggest complaint has to be that the bathroom surprisingly doesn't have a separate shower stall; you have to climb into the bathtub to shower.

Everything was great – amazing views, very clean, and super convenient for transportation and shopping, being right by Ginza. There was a small error on the bedside alarm clock's Chinese interface; 'AUTO' was translated as '汽车' (car) instead of '自动' (automatic). I was really impressed by the Sharp air purifier; I tried it out and it worked wonderfully. I forgot to take down the model number – could the hotel provide it? I'd love to buy one for my own home.

The location is fantastic, no need to say more. It's a 10-minute walk from Ginza's commercial district, making transportation incredibly convenient. The dining scene is lively and authentic, with countless options just minutes away. This is an old-money, well-established hotel, and the service is truly exceptional. The family room consists of two connecting rooms that can be separated for privacy. One room accommodates two people, and the other can fit three. Currently, the hotel offers great value for money, the service details are well thought out, and the toiletries are of good quality. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Tokyo Tower Area Tokyo|2.41km from city center
Absolutely stunning, truly breathtaking! This is the first time I've ever been so awestruck by a five-star hotel the moment I opened the room door. The most unforgettable experience was stepping out onto the balcony in the morning. The Tokyo Tower wasn't a distant landmark; it was a window view almost within reach. The huge windows or balcony framed the tower into a dynamic painting. In the evening, the tower lit up with warm light, and enjoying a drink on the balcony while watching its colors change, combined with the natural beauty of Shiba Park, created a rare, tranquil scene in the heart of Tokyo. Besides the absolutely gorgeous Tokyo Tower view, the service was also top-notch, truly living up to its Forbes 4-star rating. My hairdryer needed an adapter, and the staff from services patiently brought in a large, stable converter directly to my room. And then there's the in-room breakfast... I honestly don't know how to describe my surprised and awestruck feelings. Having breakfast under the Tokyo Tower and enjoying the morning glow – words don't do it justice; I'll let pictures speak for themselves. For anyone who loves the Tokyo Tower, you absolutely must choose this hotel. Highly recommended! You truly can't experience this level of amazement without staying here yourself.

I have stayed at Hotel Gracery in Osaka, Namba before and I have to say the facilities and room was better there. The Ginza rooms looked slightly older, smaller for sure since we're in Tokyo. However, other than that, I really liked my stay at Hotel Gracery Ginza. Only issue was we didn't see any microwave around to heat up food. Not that big of an issue. There were options on housekeeping which I appreciate. Checking in and out was a breeze, and they allow luggage storage. The location itself is ideal, for convenience to the stations.

The room was a decent size and very comfortable, featuring large windows and excellent air conditioning. Its prime location is a major advantage, with shopping malls and a plethora of dining options right downstairs. Subway access is incredibly convenient, and Tokyo Station is just 985 meters away, a mere 10-minute walk. The hotel lobby is located on the third floor, and the front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating. They offer currency exchange, amenities for loan, and complimentary toiletries (including shaving kits for men), which was greatly appreciated. Laundry facilities are available on the 8th floor: 300 JPY for a wash cycle and 500 JPY for dry cleaning. The machines include a 1-minute self-cleaning cycle, and detergent is automatically dispensed. Despite its central and bustling location, the room was remarkably quiet. Housekeeping is provided every three days, but daily cleaning can be requested if preferred. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the cotton linens felt wonderfully soft against the skin. This was a major plus, far superior to the Shinsaibashi Bridge Hotel.

We arrived around 8 or 9 PM, and the front desk staff was fantastic – the guy spoke excellent English and was super enthusiastic. We asked him for late-night food recommendations nearby, and he even pulled out a map to show us. The hotel itself is a bit older and more traditional, but the cleanliness was quite good. Like many Japanese hotels, the rooms aren't huge. It's pretty close to Daimon subway station, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The Tokyo Tower is right behind the hotel, and the staff even upgraded us to a room with a view of it – huge thanks to the front desk guy!

My repeated stay... I love the coziness of this room, nicely tugged away from the bustling main of Ginza. Nice hospitality... Good service led by Hosoya san, who has been really helpful in queries and assistance when needed. Self-serve laundry and dryer service, 2 units each, which gets really busy with guests. There's a common guest area we can help ourselves to coffee, and guests are okay to consume their takeout or packed food from outside. All else can't find any fault...and plus point room window can be opened for slight ventilation.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right outside the subway exit. The room wasn't particularly small either. There's a corner in the lobby with various alcoholic beverages where you can mix your own cocktails. It's wonderful to fix yourself a drink after coming back from a hot summer day out! They don't clean the rooms daily, which is great because you don't have to worry about being disturbed, and it's environmentally friendly.
