The location is close to the subway and very convenient. The room is very large, the entertainment facilities are complete, the tableware is complete, the aunt specially cleaned it again on the day of check-in is very clean, the landlord’s aunt is also very enthusiastic, the attitude is very good, and very friendly.

When traveling, I always dread choosing a bad hotel, but I wholeheartedly give this one a five-star recommendation: 1. **Room**: It was very spacious and bright. We stayed in a family kid's room, and it's rare to find one this big. The moment I opened the door, I was incredibly pleased. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bathroom itself was also very spacious and bright, featuring a large floor-to-ceiling window that offered absolutely stunning night views. 2. **Details**: The hotel's attention to detail was exceptional. They provided branded children's toiletries – toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, and lotion were all available. The same meticulous care was evident in the adult toiletries as well, which really showed their thoughtful approach. 3. **Breakfast**: It was incredibly, incredibly abundant! I was extremely satisfied. The first thing I thought about every morning was going down for breakfast. 4. **Service**: From the parking attendant at the entrance to the front desk and the room service, the service was superb. They even installed a child safety barrier for us, so I didn't have to worry about my baby sleeping at night. 5. **Other**: I absolutely loved the hotel environment. Next time I bring my child to Fuzhou, I will definitely be staying here again.

The river view (as pictured) is, in my opinion, the best compared to similar room categories at the Hilton and Hyatt. The room itself is a bit dated, and the low water pressure in the shower is a minor drawback in the bathroom. The service and surrounding area are excellent. There are many dining options at Rongqiao Center nearby, and it's not far from major attractions. The lobby also sells drinks and desserts. The bedding was comfortable, and I had a very good rest.

The room had panda plush toys, which my child absolutely loved playing with, and his favorite Hami melon juice was also available. We were very satisfied with all aspects of our stay. The hotel has an excellent location, and the service is warm and professional. I especially want to commend Annie for arranging our room in advance so we could check in immediately upon arrival, and she even gave my child a small gift at checkout. Noah helped us with check-in and arranged breakfast for my child. The hotel's facility maintenance, overall environment, and room conditions are all excellent, with great attention to cleanliness. As an established high-end hotel in Fuzhou, its quality remains outstanding. We will definitely choose to stay here again if we have the chance.

My room was immaculately clean and odor-free, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering stunning city views. The Royal bathroom amenities felt wonderfully luxurious. They have excellent facilities, including a heated pool and a spacious gym. Breakfast is fantastic, offering both local Fuzhou specialties and Western options. The staff were attentive and meticulous. Its location right next to the Taihe shopping district is super convenient. It truly offers luxury without being overpriced. Definitely my top choice when visiting Fuzhou. A special shout-out to Jack, the concierge, for his warm and thoughtful service. I'm extremely satisfied with my stay.

I truly hope the hotel management takes the time to read this review. Usually, I don't bother writing reviews after a hotel stay unless I'm either extremely satisfied or, as in this case, had a truly terrible experience. First off, it's clear this is an older hotel, and understandably, the facilities aren't as modern as newer establishments. That's fine; what isn't acceptable is the lack of attention to service. Upon arrival, there was no bellboy or greeter to assist. At the front desk, the staff didn't even offer a greeting; they just looked unwelcoming, almost as if they were annoyed by guests. When we asked the concierge to help with our luggage, he seemed preoccupied and didn't respond at all. We were so frustrated that we just left our bags in the lobby and went straight to our rooms. I had booked two rooms and called a week in advance to request they be close together. I was assured they would be on the same floor and as close as possible. However, upon reaching the rooms, I found one was right next to the elevator, which I worried would be noisy and disturb our sleep. To make matters worse, the bathroom fan made an incredibly loud noise when turned on. I contacted the front desk to switch rooms, and they moved us to one even further away, claiming there were no closer options available. Throughout our stay, whether in public areas or the lobby, not a single hotel staff member ever greeted us or said hello. I'm not exaggerating – there was a complete absence of basic courtesy. I frequently saw staff chatting happily in the lobby, completely ignoring guests. Paying over 2000 yuan for such a lack of basic service and politeness means the value for money is incredibly low. The breakfast staff, on the other hand, had a noticeably better attitude and even asked about our dining experience. I genuinely hope this older hotel invests more in improving its service. Otherwise, in such a competitive market, they risk losing a significant number of potential customers.

We booked two rooms but only received one welcome fruit plate. The shampoo and conditioner weren't replenished, and we had to call to get more. The staff service isn't particularly warm, just average. When I called ahead, a male staff member promised a free room upgrade if there was availability. However, upon check-in, even though there were clearly empty rooms, a female intern at the front desk said rooms were tight and an upgrade wasn't possible. Oh well, no big deal. The hotel breakfast is pretty good, with most of the local specialties available.

When there are a lot of food deliveries, the robots aren't enough. I once had a front desk staff member bring my order up, but another time, my delivery sat in the lobby for over half an hour, and I had to go down and get it myself! Overall, due to its excellent location, this hotel is indeed in high demand with many tourists. However, compared to other Atours, the hardware is a bit lacking. If you don't mind an older environment, it's within walking distance to Sanfang Qixiang, nearby malls, and restaurants.

The hotel is very close to Fuzhou Railway Station, and also not far from Sanfang Qixiang, making it centrally located. They even provide hot spring water! The overall facilities are complete, and the room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay! I requested a non-smoking room, and the staff arranged a non-smoking floor for me, which was fantastic! [rose]

The surrounding area felt a bit messy and unkempt when going out at night. The hotel's Chinese restaurant offered good dinner options and had a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast had a wide variety, including local specialties. The only thing was the 'mian xian hu' (rice vermicelli paste) seemed to have some herbal additives, which I wasn't used to, but everything else was great.
