Check in was smooth and quick. I was escorted to my room. The room was well appointed, clean and house keeping did a good job. The hotel took care of an issue with slightly faulty bathroom faucets as well. Overall, a nice stay.

This hotel is massive, felt like i was living in a modern royal palace. I did get lost trying to find my ways. The staff was extremely courteous. I could see that excellent customer service is their top priority. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very delicious and they had too many selections to choose from. I had a great time staying at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Everything was top notch.. I checked past midnight but no hassles. I was a bit underwhelmed when they requested me to checkout before 11am citing another booking. I protested as their check out times while booking are 12pm and check in is at 3pm - leaving them ample time for turning around the room.
Rest of the experience was amazing. The room was fantastic and the breakfast spread was to die for.

One strange thing to come accross is they don’t allow Outside food !!!! I.e Swiggy - Zomato etc , so it’s clearly that you have to get abused by their food ….if this the policy of this property then kindly have it posted on your listing also - !!!!!!! All your listings across the online platforms should be mentioned as “NO OUTSIDE FOOD” - you cannot keep the customers in the dark and tell them when they come in for check in !!!!!!! Bad !!!

The breakfast is delicious, the lobby is clean, and the service staff is very friendly. However, the location is a bit hard to find. It is in an alley, and there is no scenery to see. Outside you can see an abandoned government building.

Overall it was a great experience, small gym but good enough. Had some good coffee and other drinks @1st floor cafe. I loved the bar at 7th floor, its great atmosphere with good music, ambience and very friendly staff who treat you special…will visit again.

The hotel's food and beverages are fantastic (pictured), the breakfast is very rich, and the Chinese buffet is also the same (the RMB is close to two hundred). The service was very considerate. One night before check-out, the front desk called the room to get information about the flight. When I knew that it was a flight at 5 pm, I immediately indicated that I could extend the check-out time to half past two. Every time I go out, the staff of the Concierge will use the uber to call the car, and I will not bother. The room cleaning was also very careful. Next time, I will choose to live. The downside is that the market on both sides of the door is too embarrassing, and I can't go out for a walk at night, but the hotel is soundproof, and entering the iron gate is another quiet world. Also, the toilet flushes and needs strength. In addition, perfect.SOLD OUT

Had a great stay, would’ve given a 5/5 but for some reason during check in the receptionist kept insisting that she could only give me 2 x twin bed room for 6 people even though I’d paid for 3 x twin bed rooms. Maybe she was confused but it’s not what we needed after a long journey (especially even after showing her my booking confirmation).

Some people will complain about back side construction view & noise.
But fortunately I got front side room, moreover who looks outside in city hotel?

Our stay in Taj is memorable experience. Young able staff were always courteous helpful and at times went beyond call of duty to assist. Our only request is for Taj keep improving the food and beverage items. Effort is made to blend indian style into far eastern food culture. To strive for authenticity may be considered as the western cuisine is already far ahead in today's hospitality industry. Only India can catch up and bring far eastern, ,middle eastern and other Asian food culture in par with the western food culture prevalent in modern day hospitality. Excellent stay, and great to meet three musketeers enthusiastically led by Mrs. Chowdhury. Except for dyed grandpa at the reception with an ego of a size you may call not quite ok in the hospitality business and quite preoccupied, but still an interesting guy to talk to a lengthy monologue into his deaf ears who then responds by wielding a trick on how to insult a better person in a subtle ***ner. Five star quality room. Just be careful on the street as a fast and furious car chasing its own tail pipe occurred as I was advising a very strange uber driver. The hotel was professional enough to be courteous and very sweetly invited us back. That is the confidence one wishes to see in the hospitality business.FromRUB 2,044
