Very beautiful hotel, amazing territory, atmosphere, food is super, everything is very cool, but there is one BUT - now it is the month of Ramadan and no one warned us about the sounds from three o'clock in the morning🥲 it was very audible, even with earplugs. Naturally, we did not get enough sleep and did not rest after the volcano..

The natural environment is very good, the service, food, and sanitary conditions are all very good, but there are mosques around that broadcast prayers, and the sound is quite loud (earplugs are provided in the room). In addition, the hotel cannot get a taxi, so you can only charter a car to go there. A souvenir was also given when checking out.

Staying at Illira was one of the best experience. The staffs was incredibly kind and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast menu was vary and the taste is quite good. But at the top of all that was the hotel view, it was Bali straits and mount Ijen, incredible😍😍 thank you Illira

We use this place every time we go to Ijen to do birdwatching for years.
Room is ok with warm and good water pressure.
They have western and local restaurant on site. The Western one was ok but the local restaurant is always a no and serve poor quality food, the warung can serve better Nasi goreng than in here. Some of the server in the local restaurant are lack of training.

Just a bit old and saw some stains on the bedsheet. But they provided what you need definitely. As a traveller who just sleep for a few hours and heading to mount ijen in the midnight, worth the price!

Don't stay in room 214, just stay in room 218. The hot water in room 214 only lasts for 6 minutes, which made me catch a cold and cough. The hotel staff's English is not very good, and there is no front desk at night. You have to run to the front desk yourself. are quite satisfied.

This is the first time for me to go to banyuwangi…..at 1 st….i didnt know where to stay and when I browse, I found this hotel and the location is in the main road….

The staffs there are friendly and helpful…. And it’s easy to find food there….there’s a cafe and chinese food restaurant there….the place is very cozy and the price is very affordable….if you are lazy to go out….just order food from them and they will send it to your room

It’s located in the city center. The staff are all very polite. The rooms have a pleasant fragrance that helps you relax. The meals are great too, and the price is reasonable. It can be said to be the best 4 - star hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

This is my first time staying in Dialoog hotel. The view is so amazing.. you will love it.. Most of the staffs are humble and caring. In general I enjoy staying in Dialoog. I recommend adding more variety food to the breakfast menu.

The minus is that there are many red ants, but according to our cause, it can still be dealt with because we are storm skin wkwk. Strategic location, near a public space, Blambangan Park. Not a crowded public space, so it's not so noisy.
Check in exactly at 2 pm. No elevator, but no worries, they help us bringing our luggage to 2nd floor.
Interesting architecture, like classic Javanese. Swimming pool is not too large but clean & nice.
Clean & comfort room. They have view units (less than 40 rooms, if I'm not wrong). Really good if you want to avoid crowd situation during your stay.
No coffee maker available in the room. If you need a hot drink, they provide hot coffee & tea for free, in the corner of the restaurant. So, no issue for me.SOLD OUT
