Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. You can book two types of rooms. Please ask the staff to open the middle door, and you will have a large suite, which is very convenient. When you check in, small gifts and children's toiletries are specially prepared for the children, as well as fruit refreshments, and you can take them from the water bar. The kids like it very much. Desserts are provided during check-in, salty snacks and sweets are provided for afternoon tea, and snacks are given when turning down before going to bed. It's so sweet. Even the restaurant has a smart toilet, which is so happy. Duty-free shops are not as good as those in Paris, so you have to go to Paris to buy things. Catering: The Huating on the third floor has few people, fresh ingredients and good taste. Breakfast can be eaten until one o'clock in the afternoon, which is very user-friendly. The child doesn't like shrimp, so he refilled the curry shrimp here three times and said it was delicious. I still wanted to eat it the next day, but it turned into curry beef, and I was still disappointed for a long time. The beef brisket is also very soft when stewed. During this trip to Macau, I stayed in 5 hotels. I didn’t consider the price, but ranked them based on my stay experience. It was wonderful experience to stay in Ritz Carlton Macau. Living at the Ritz is absolutely guaranteed, whether it's the service, attitude, food, cleanliness, and so on, while other hotels were so crowded packed with tours. The pool at Ritz is quiet and clean, and guests can also access wave pool and lazy river at Galaxy hotel, which is wonderful for families and kids. The only thing I wanna say is the location. Ritz is the furthest away from the Galaxy hotel bus shuttle stop and the huge mall at Venetian Hotel, while both are walking distance though.

check-in at 5pm and was informed that rooms not yet ready. A bit surprised and glad to know the rooms are ready before we finished checking-in. Promised fruits were not delivered to rooms though. Appreciate an alternative way to allow luggage getting through the ****** (not staying in ****** area, just passing through from one entrance to one exit) Thx

The room is very big! Completely intelligent! The welcome fruits and desserts are amazing! The Figure 8 Ferris Wheel🎡 is well worth experiencing, and the hotel’s business and dining options are also very rich! But in comparison, the hotel's service is what needs to be praised most. The dedication, professionalism and patience of Xiaomai and Xiaohuang are admirable. They say it without shame, beating other hotels in Zhuhai by several blocks! If I have the chance to come to Macau again, I will definitely choose this restaurant!

This is my first time in Lisboa and it is 10/10 for me. The amenities are so awesome. The front desk Vivian is very accomodating. She let me check in 1pm and change the room as I requested with sauna. The housekeepong and dine in service are very good giving all my request in an instant. The one in the telephone also answer very politely. The jacuzzi and sauna in the room is a very plus so me and my friends enjoy the total experience. The bath soap and shampoos are Hermes. The bath salt was refilled as we requested. The drinks in the mini bar are for free. The view is perfect. The complimentary are very good. Only problem of this hotel is they have few plug to charge, and the wifi is too slow but we never mind at all. The swimming pool is quite huge and the staff are very Accommodating even cannot speak much english. Thanks for the umbrella and tumbler and the welcome keychains.☺️ we will definitely book again!!! Free upgraded to suite don’t know why, the breakfast included in the package was not as good as other top tire hotel in the neighbourhood, the experience was otherwise as good as ever and money well spent for the stay with Wynn Palace.

The guy at the front desk was very warm and patient. The room was very clean and he even gave us free fruits. There were some minor flaws, but the hotel solved them as soon as possible. I'm very satisfied. Convenient to travel, view room
