My husband's legs were inconvenient and climbing the stairs was difficult for him, so we were not convenient to go to the restaurant downstairs and we could eat instant noodles in the room. Room provides 2 bottles of 400ml free water, after eating instant noodles, the water is gone. We left the hotel early the next morning

The property was so beautiful! My husband and I really loved the amenities and location of the hotel, BUT we were not treated very nice by quite a few hotel staff. We observed on multiple occasions white or colored guests being treated with A+ service while we were treated with C+ service. When we first arrived, we went to the rooftop and were ignored by 2 attendants at the bar. When we did get service, it was mediocre and almost as if we were doing the hotel a favor by being there. Other than those unfortunate instances, we enjoyed our stay.
