The largest hotel in the Grand Canyon, with a century-old history and American retro decoration style, although some facilities are a bit old, but the room is clean and tidy, and the cleaning is in place. Turn left and walk 100 steps after leaving the hotel to see the spectacular scenery of the Grand Canyon. The location is also excellent. The only drawback is the old-fashioned air conditioner in the photo. The air output is huge, the noise is loud, and the wind speed cannot be adjusted, which will have some impact when sleeping at night.

The environment is really nice and close to the Grand Canyon National Park, but the attitude of the staff at the counter really needs improvement, just like everyone else's reviews!

The room is small, clean and tidy, expensive to open the door to see the Grand Canyon

Checking in required going to El Tovar Hotel first, then walking back to Kachina Lodge. The main entrance of Kachina Lodge is right next to the car park, which was very convenient when checking out. On the day of check-in, the national park experienced a power outage. We asked if they had any lights, and a younger male staff member only provided a tiny, completely useless light. Later, when we got to our room, the room key didn't work. The manager at the check-in counter spent 30 minutes trying to fix it but couldn't. Ultimately, he had to use his master key to open the door. When we needed to leave the room, we had to go back to the check-in counter to get assistance from a staff member to open it, which we just had to accept. After that, we requested more lighting. Since the room key issue had already caused a lot of inconvenience, they generously provided a large lamp, a flashlight, two small lights, and three glow sticks.

Maswik lodge in the GC park is great for families.  Rates, accommodations, staff helpfulness, food quality, location all superior.  We needed adjoining rooms and they obliged.

Great location, and a complete accommodation for a night's stay. No special extra amenities.

The room was well kept and clean. We did have a plumbing issue that required two requests before it was fixed. Location is excellent for sightseeing, eating, and walking trails. Scenic views right outside our door!busses are very convenient. Parking is a problem if you arrive near sunset hours since it's open to the public.

Great hotel by the Grand Canyon, Arizona. It is just beside the Rim Trail, which offers great views of the canyon just minutes from the cabin. Checkin process was smooth and easy. Cabins are cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended for couples!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hotel is in a fantastic location—very convenient with plenty of parking. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it to others!
