Our stay was exceptional. We had the best meals, room service ,house keeping and concierge service's.we would rate all services 10/10.Without hesitation. The food quality was excellent, the meals were of the highest standard and the guest experience was amazing. Every evening was a culinary experience in the banqueting hall. The attention to detail was unmatched .The staff were the most friendliest. We taken care of by Zakaria,Salah ,Ramy, Mr Mohamed Shaddad ,Salim , Shovo and Mohamedy .The rooms are beautiful and house keeping staff are extremely professional and efficient. The hotel has very hight standards and we were treated with the greatest of care .The guest experience is just amazing .We would love to return without a doubt.
It is a bit pricy however it worth it, the hotel offers half board meal type, very close to al haram, very flexible and accepted our request for late check out free of charge

Location was excellent, in front of Haram, they were busy as continously groups are coming after Hajj to Medina, they need to improve their F & B as mostly visitors at our stay time were sub continent and African

Booked 7 rooms. via their agents Khalid Tour. Did not get any rooms till 6pm due to the hotel being ”busy”. When we got the room, none of the rooms had any towels in them. We were told they are all in the wash. Two rooms were given to us with long strands of hair on the pillowcases. When we bought that to the attention of Ja**** of Khalid Tour we were told that he will get the housekeeping to go again in the room. I was advised that the room was probably not cleaned well, as we were rushing them to get our room (at 6pm!) Having booked a suite a was given a disabled room and was told that this was the suite. When I spoke to reception about the room they confirmed that the room was actually not a suite and there was non available for that evening. I am told that the hotel and their agent will try and sort things out for us tomorrow. No conversation about reimbursement for the suite that I never got. Sadly, the actions above are criminal. Staff could not be more unprofessional and rude!

One of the worst. Hygiene 0% , rooms upon check in was really not cleaned( example: there was hair on the bed, bathroom shower area had a blob of hair, W.C. not very clean) basically the entire room was not clean. Oh not to forget my friends room had a rotten apple behide a stand. And there is no Houskeeping staff to clean the room on daily basis. Next worst thing all equitments in the rooms is just for display. There is a telephone but not plugged, there is TV but no remote, wardrobe only 1 side is opening, the safe box is there but not working and i can go on. I understand this is not a 5 star hotel. But basic hygiene standard is not there 🙄 . Please do not book here. I stayed here because I had no choice and the other hotels were booked. Oh and 1 last thing, we did go to complain once but the security guy said there is no manager and he is the only one there( FYI that's in late night) being understanding we expected someone to come but no one came in our 2 night stay here. No one really cares, this hotel caters for group where no one has a choice in what hotel they are put into. Even when I checked the trip advisor now no comments from the hotel for the bad review, which only can mean they do not simply care (because its close masjid Nabawi that's their only advantage) If anyone is to book this hotel, I advice not to.

Turned up after my Mecca trip, room wasn’t ready was told to wait till 3 we turned up at 2.50 but 3.15 room still not ready anyway after finally getting in my room. It’s was disaster to start with. Booked a family connecting room don’t get that mistaken it’s basically means 1 room with 2 small rooms one with triple beds one with large king but very basic stuff. One small fridge which was not in the main room nor tea kettle but somehow in the kids room which didn’t make sense. Very tiny bathroom, very run down not fit for purpose. After complaining that the room was terrible and there was a smashed window in my room was told they can’t help as booked through travel agents. That itself was another drama. Couldn’t upgrade as no other rooms could get 2 different rooms instead so ended up staying there. Anyways rooms weren’t cleaned in daily basis properly. Even thing beds made the plates, cups etc bins were not emptied until you complain then someone comes and takes. Rude staff need a lesson in customer services. Staff only really help if you give them money (tip) otherwise they are rude. If you don’t give them tip the ask you and tell you their life stories. The only good thing was close to the masjid nawbi otherwise nothing else good. deffo rating is off no way that’s a 4 star looking more like 3. Breakfast was awful kids refused to have it so pointless paying breakfast options as same food everyday. Not nice lacks flavour and options. Won’t be going back again ever. Oh wait was bribed with fruit basket for a good review lol anyways we said no to it.

Lovely hotel over 10 floors. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Daily room cleaning. Friendly reception staff. Clean bathroom although our showerscreen has half the screen missing therefore water is likely to drizzle onto the floor as not enough coverage. Nice restaurant however no1 serving fresh omelettes or fried eggs which would be nice. Overall a great hotel and a stones throw away from haram. Supermarket shop next door great to buy essential and a tonne of food places just behind on the main road a a couple of minutes walking distance ! Every cuisine known to man !

Firstly I would like to make very clear that there are two Movenpick hotels in Madinah which some reviewers seem to be mixing up! This one is part of the Accor group and the Movenpick Madina that we stayed in. It is BEHIND the Pullman Zamzam Madinah, which faces one side of the Masjid al Nabawi haram. So it is a couple of roads walk away from the haram on the opposite side to the female entrances to the haram. This is nowhere near five star standard. Due to the poor condition of the bathrooms and room decor I would say three is being generous. Despite its attractive entrance and reception this is a rundown hotel in need of refurbishment, in particular the disgusting bathrooms. The bath, sinks and tiles were old, stained and mouldy. This was made worse by the fact that the housekeeping was very poor. The rooms weren’t cleaned and towels not changed unless we requested this. The actual rooms were ok despite the tired looking furnishings and lack of cleaning. The receptionist who checked us in apologised for not giving us adjacent rooms, but we discovered we did have adjacent rooms, and both were triple rooms. The rooms were quite spacious with comfortable generous sized beds but the TVs had very poor reception and the wifi was appalling, regularly dropping out. The fridges in the rooms were tiny and barely cold. In fact they and the lights turned off whenever we took the key cards out! Because of the hotel location the view out of the window was depressing, a view of the main road. A nice touch though was that as well as a Quran there was a nice prayer mat in each room. On our first morning we went down to breakfast to discover that the female staff had already let some guests have breakfast for our rooms. The head of staff quickly resolved this apologising profusely. In fact apart from this confusion on the first day we found the restaurant staff to be very nice people. They always had a smile for us and the waiters always ready to assist. We were very very disappointed with the very limited cooked breakfast items - there was barely any variety and apart from on one day only vegetarian options. The pancakes were disgusting and tasted like long life ones from packets rather than freshly made. Very very disappointing. But the worst was that there was no fresh coffee!! Only sachets of instant coffee. How is this possible in a so called five star restaurant? There was a big unhealthy selection of pastries though. And the strawberry juice when available was nice. We tried to order room service in the evening on one occasion- the staff member (chef?) who answered the call was rude and told us some of the items were either unavailable or incorrectly described on the menu! On the whole staying at this hotel was a major inconvenience due to its location and at best it is a three star hotel. I would not stay here again.

Easy and thankfully an early check-in, which gave us much needed time to go visit Haram and attend to prayers. I had a 2 bedroom overlooking the haram on one of the higher floors, and it was special. Rooms are generous in size, well appointed with amenities, and 2 baths, which is great when you have teenagers who also need their own space. The hotel was conveniently located to Gate 36 of the mosque (about 8 min walk from door to door) and better for men than women who had to walk a bit further to their entrance. Apparently, the hotel offers shuttle services as well, but we didn't need to utilize it. With government requirements and regulations opening the time we got there, it was getting busier and can only imagine how packed it would be at full swing. Lots of groups and tour buses can be rather overwhelming to get lifts/elevators at times. Plus, with so many nationalities and languages, it was a real treat to try and communicate, so always be patient and have an open mind. Easy to order Uber services or taxi from front of hotel. Starbucks for coffee lovers are also available at lobby. Food/breakfast service was fresh and varied, and we never had issues with the service or the quality. Only issue came into play when I was overcharged at checkin for the room and although I caught it a few hours later and brought it to receptions attention, it took an agonzing number of follow ups and empty promises before it was rectified at checkout. Even then, it was like pulling teeth and nearly made us late for our departure. Although the hotel team tried to be helpful, just bear in mind that the concept of speed and efficiency is not the same as in NAmerica. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, even as an AllAccor member. I personally wasn't offered any additional benefits which in the grand scheme would not really have made a difference given that we were visiting one of the best places on earth!

My stay on 9 to 11 of Feb 2023. Excellent location, short walk from towards the Masjid - the side of the Green Dome. Also a short walk to the food market. Friendly staff and spacious clean room - good condition bath and shower (no horrible grout work)- comfortable mattress topper - clean Tea/Coffee making facilities. Hallway to room smells good with some sort of atomiser and lifts are fast, on either side of the hallway. The receptionist kindly gave me an upgrade from the usual room I'd booked. All in all, this was a pleasant and peaceful experience. I comfortably got changed into my Ihram, ready for my onwards journey to Makkah via train. Mr Akhtar

The hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything. We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place. The building is older, but functional. We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone. I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩 Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365. You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us. Because the location is not that far from gate 365. This gate is near Rawdah. For those who want an excellent stay not far from Masjidil Haram but do not want to pay premium for hotels on clock tower, this hotel is one of the best option. The location is not that far, just behind a tunnels, but the best thing is there are 24 hours free shuttle bus that will pick you up at Kudai bus stop vice versa. From/ to Kudai bus stop is just 5 minutes walking distance to Masjid area. I stay here for 6 nights, and every time i come down. to go to Masjidil Haram, there always a bus waiting. No need to wait, they always there. The room is clean with sufficient amenities plus a microwave. Yes, they have microwave which is very convenience during our stay. The pantry area with a sink and water outlet also is a big plus for us. Overall, we have a very good stay here. The only thing that maybe needs to improve is an issue with room's key. During our stay, we need to reactivate our room's key everyday because it is deactivated after 12 p.m. But it's not a big problem for me because reception staff is helpful.

I have booked this hotel for my family from hotels.com website. As soon I got confirmation I got property contact details. I tried to contact the property to confirm the booking. They don’t answer the phone. I tried to call them several days, still they don’t answer the phone. I called hotels.com regarding my concern, about how, am I gonna stay a place that don’t answer their telephone. Hotels.com tried to call this hotel several times and they don’t answer the telephone. The worst to come. I asked hotels.com to cancel my booking and refund my money, since the hotel cannot be reached. I explain to hotels.com, how a I gonna stay hotel that cannot be reached on the phone with family. Hotels.com has showed me no sympathy and were unprofessional to handle a rare cases like this. All they wanted was to keep my money, hotels.com is selling a product or hotel reservation that they cannot reach out. The hotel is just next to the airport from where there are direct public buses (bus number/line 400, running roughly every 30 minutes, journey time 20 minutes) to Al Haram. The furniture in the room is a bit aged, but other than that it is perfect for a few nights for exploring the city. Even though it is next to the airport the noise from the planes could not be heard in the room. The buffet breakfast is OK for 1-2 nights.

Good, clean and spacious suites with very well mannered staff. They have a cafeteria in the lobby where breakfast is served, not in the form of buffet but one can order a breakfast dish, with a drink and water (one for each). 5-10 minutes drive to Masjid-e-Nabawi by taxi, cost totally upto your negotiation skills. Al Rashed Mega Mall is just across the road but the road is so busy, please don’t even think of crossing it straight on foot. Either take a taxi (sounds weird) or walk down the lane till a crossing and then come back all the way up. During my stay of 3 nights, I couldn’t go there even once. On the lane behind, 10 mins walk away, you will be able to find all restaurants like tazaj, dominos, mcdonalds etc. Overall, a pleasant stay, 20-30 mins from Airport and Harmain Train Station.

Stunning hotel – and the best location ever ! The hotel is bang opposite – Roz E Pak – Green Dome – and every prayer I was lucky and blessed to pay Salaams and walk straight into the hotel. What even made our stay memorable were the amazing Super stars @ the hotel. The lady who checked us in - in spite of being a packed house – ( The lobby literary was flooded with people ) she checked us in a flash. The Breakfast TENT – was unbelievable – what a view from there and the décor was simply outstanding – the breakfast menu was sumptuous and tasty Also the superstars were the housekeeping team on floor 4 – Liton and Rakib – they were thorough professional in their works !
