Hosts - Nuwat & his mum are nice and friendly. They accommodated to my later check-in time when my arrival time was delayed. My room was already prepared upon my arrival with the air-con turned on. The house is well equipped with all amenities which one can asked for and they have 3 lovely pet dogs. Location of their place is near Huai Kwang station which is convenient to everywhere and there is also bus stops nearby for easy access. A lot of food stalls and restaurants within walking distance and the area is filled with Chinese restaurants which can cater to Chinese tourists. Overall, it was a great experience staying in Nuwat’s place and is highly recommended for those who would like to experience staying in a local Thai-style homestay.

I decided to go at the last minute, and the off-season price was really good – great value for money. You can tell it's a bit classic and high-end just by the solid room door. Upon check-in, I paid a 1000 baht/300 RMB deposit, which was returned in the original currency at check-out. My room didn't have a bathtub, but judging by the size of the bathroom, I think there used to be one that was removed during a renovation. My flight arrived late, so I missed the ARL express line and had to take a taxi to the hotel after some hassle. There's a fridge, and the swimming pool is smaller than I expected, but it was fine for a quick dip. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of food and shops nearby. 7-Eleven can take care of most needs, but it's a bit far from the subway. The hotel has a 30 baht scheduled shuttle that passes by a subway station. Bangkok's subway is a bit complicated, expensive, and takes roundabout routes, so it's hard to figure out – no wonder locals choose to commute by boat. Bangkok traffic is terrible, with motorbikes vying for space with cars. For women, I'd advise caution when choosing a motorbike.

My wife and I stayed two nights on our last trip when we were leaving Thailand, the location was great not very busy and close to the metro, within walking distance to many hotels and restaurants, the room was big enough for the two of us, the beds were comfortable and we both had two pillows which we liked, the gym was well equipped for my exercise routine and after I swam so it was perfect, we opted for the breakfast and we did not regret it there was a wide variety Chinese, European, Halal, Indian and Vegetarian options too, I would stay here again when I visit Bangkok again because the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The Centre Point Hotel Chidlom, Bangkok, is conveniently located near BTS Chit Lom station. I highly recommend getting off directly at this station. Don't make the same mistake I did by getting off at Siam station for convenience; dragging luggage under the scorching sun was unbearable. It's a 5-minute walk to CentralWorld and just a few more minutes to Big C, which is perfect for buying souvenirs on your last day. Central Embassy, a high-end mall, is a 10-minute walk behind the hotel. The surrounding area is excellent for shopping and dining. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, iced water, and hot chocolate during specific hours. I highly recommend the rich double chocolate – it's creamy and delicious. The hotel facilities are excellent. The free swimming pool and gym are open until 8 PM. There's also an indoor children's play area, an activity room, and a game room where you can play racing games, suitable for both adults and children. The spacious pool area includes a massage pool and foot bath, and the changing rooms have dry and wet saunas, plus a warm hydro-massage pool. The staff are friendly and courteous; luggage is delivered directly to your room. The rooms are equipped with simple tableware and a washer-dryer. The hotel provides free laundry detergent daily, which is perfect for Bangkok's humid weather. Just remember to bring your own hangers, as the ones in the wardrobe cannot be taken out of the room. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, offering great natural light and a convenient spot to dry clothes. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a shower and a bathtub. The bathtub is wider than those in typical hotels, making for a very comfortable soak. I saw some reviews mentioning poor hygiene and water pressure, but staying on the 28th floor, I didn't experience any of these issues. My room was clean and tidy, and the water pressure was perfectly adequate. Overall, the location is excellent, the facilities are comprehensive, and the service is attentive. It’s a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy a holiday; I highly recommend staying here.

My first stop in Bangkok for my business trip to Thailand was this hotel. After landing at the airport, I headed straight here to check in. The front desk staff didn't speak Chinese, which made communication difficult. After a bit of a struggle, I finally got checked in. We went out for a meal, and when we came back to rest in the evening, I found out the hotel didn't provide any disposable amenities. Luckily, I brought my own toothbrush, but the lack of slippers was very inconvenient. The room I stayed in was also very small. We paid extra for breakfast, which was a buffet and pretty decent, but overall, it wasn't great value for money.

Thanks to the hotel we had a great first experience in Bangkok. Location is great if you like to go out to. It is just a few minutes walk from Nana BTS station and 30 minutes from the airport BKK. The lobby is huge and our luggage was immediately taken on the trolly. At checkin we paid 2000Bath deposit but it was completely returned when we checked out. We had a spacious room 35m2 with a great bed/matrass and lovely pillows, corner with a table and couch, fridge a hairdryer shampoo, showergell, cotton buds, toothbrush+paste, showercap, thea, coffee and 2 bottles of water everyday. A bit outdated but all very neat and clean. The shower always had great pressure and hot water. Our beds and towels were cleaned every day and on our weddingday we even had flowers en swantowels on our bed. Also tv has severel internatinal channels and we had great internet during our whole stay. It has a pool to refresh yourself and a great gym. There is also a great boxing/muaythai gym where we took some private lessons from the headcoach(trainer of the year in Thailand) breakfast has a lot of choices too. On request you can choose different sorts of eggs. But there is also fried rice and noodles. Not to forget 7 eleven is just around the corner. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back when we visit Bangkok

I chose this hotel for my nephew’s first overseas trip to celebrate his secondary school graduation, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Location: The location is fantastic—perfect for shopping, enjoying late-night meals, exploring nearby night markets, and conveniently accessing the airport via public transportation. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. Importantly, there were no bugs at all, which was a top priority for me. Towels were refreshed daily, which I really appreciated. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel was incredibly thoughtful with its offerings. Complimentary bottled water was provided both in the fridge and on the desk. In addition, they replenished items like coke, tea, coffee, and even cup noodles every day. Everything was neatly arranged and showed great attention to detail. Breakfast: There was a wide variety of options, including delicious traditional Thai dishes, which I really enjoyed. Even my nephew, who is quite a picky eater, was able to find plenty of food he liked. Staff: The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a memorable experience for our special trip.

Me and my husband couldn’t be more satisfied with this hotel. We booked 5 nights but only spent 4 nights as our flight going back to Philippines is like 9:30 at night and we just want to make things hassle free for us without rushing to checkout (12.00 in the afternoon). Everything we need and expected are met. From the amenities, breakfast and dinner all in. Worth the price we paid. They also have free popcorn and apple juice 24/7 near their lobby. Aside from that, we appreciate their FREE tuktuk ride going to nearby areas(big c, platinum mall, central world, etc), and it is 24/7 as well drop off and pickup on the areas where they dropped you. You do not need to worry about booking your grab as well when you go to the airport as the hotel has recommendations for that. We will surely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Also how can I forget, they offer thai costume photoshoot for FREE. Mild and Som are so nice and always there to help you put up the costume and jewelries. Arrived at Bangkok airport late at night and the taxi to the hotel only cost 300 THB (used a Bolt voucher). Stayed at the hotel for three nights; it was clean and hygienic. The first night was a bit noisy, probably because it's close to a main road, but I got used to it over the next two or three days. The location in Khlong Toei district is a bit far from the city center (like Siam), but it's very convenient if you buy a BTS one-day pass. There's a fresh market nearby that locals frequent; I bought mangosteens, durians, dragon fruits, papayas, etc. – all for less than half the usual price, highly recommend!

Mercure is my families most favorite hotel. We’ve been there roughly 10 times. It is our go to spot. This time around we were shocked that one of the employees was very rude. Her name was KATE! She gave me an extremely hard time at checkout I was a few minutes late and had my two little children with me and she felt the need to remind me 8 times while I was checking out. In the future I will definitely deal with a different person and she almost had me choose another hotel on our way back. Horrible customer service by KATE! I will be contacting Mercure headquarters being that I have stayed at 23 of their locations. Other than that our stay was amazing.

This was my first time staying here, and everything was excellent. One thing I especially want to praise is how clean and quiet the room was. I slept very comfortably. The room was spacious, and considering the price I paid, it was great value for money. There are several restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door. The staff were friendly and always smiling. Even the housekeeping staff were very polite and kind to me.
