There's a bus stop right downstairs. We bought a 3-day pass for €15.50 per person, which allowed unlimited travel on both the metro and buses. Getting to Lotto station, for Malpensa Airport, was also very convenient – just two or three stops away. European cities are generally quite compact.

Very good hotel, run by a Chinese uncle, convenient and cheap nearby. Traveling, eating, shopping are very convenient. If you go again in the future, you will definitely choose.

Very small room, 12 o'clock in the evening, no hot water, the trash can was not cleaned when I checked in. Fortunately, the traffic is more convenient, it is also a single room, 20 minutes walk from the central station. Two subway stations, can make do for one night.

Sono stato accolto benissimo. Ho conosciuto uno dei proprietari ed è stato simpatico, gentile e professionale. Mi sono sentito a casa nonostante il viaggio pesante che ho affrontato. La reception era molto eclettica e dalla forte personalità. Mi è stata assegnata la camera “aria”, pulita, ordinata e molto comoda. Molta cura dei dettagli e sinceramente gli andrebbero assegnate più stelle. Ottima esperienza che ripeterò la prossima volta che ritorno a Milano.

The Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator. The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning! The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous. Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly. However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

A very nice hotel in a grand old château. It's not very large, so the atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. Located a bit outside the city center, it still has excellent connections to downtown and Linate Airport. The best way to get to the city center is by the vintage tram, for example, line 19. For Linate Airport, the metro station is right outside the hotel; alternatively, you can take a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable price. The hotel was completely renovated a few years ago with great care and style. The interior design is somewhat whimsical in places, but we really liked it in every respect, as it complements the old building. The beds are very comfortable. Cleanliness is excellent. Even in the rooms facing the street, the very good soundproofing of the windows meant there was no disturbing noise. We recommend a room with a balcony. The breakfast is very good and served in a refined atmosphere. The restaurant was good, though not exceptional; the table settings were lovely and the food was presented with care. They also have a good selection of wines. There are several pleasant restaurants nearby (e.g., Hostaria Mediteranneum). All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel in the heart of Milan 500m from the Duomo, 347 restaurants and likely as many stores. The rooms and common areas are nicely designed with quality materials. The rooms are well designed with nice large bathrooms and especially rain showers. They have among the most comfortable bathrobes I've ever had at a hotel. That's why it's a mystery to me that the same hotel has the most pathetic pillows l've ever had short of a Super-8 motel. One is too thin and hard and the other is too soft and light. It's time to upgrade to one foam and one down pillow. The other great mystery is the hair dryer. I think the Dollar Store wall-mounted models actually provide more heat and power. The breakfast room is where the hits and misses continue. Nice full buffet with a wide array of fruits, breads, charcuterie, cheeses, viennoiseries and cereals. The super automatic espresso machine with fresh milk and beans visible through glass is one of the best l've ever seen. You'll notice I didn't mentions eggs, bacon and sausages in the buffet. They have all three but the quality lies somewhere between prison and hospital grade. The powdered eggs are terrible and if they aren't powdered but actually fresh, that's even worse. The bacon is a processed pancetta saltier than sardines. The halal sausages completed the trifecta. Getting back to the hits, the hotel is clean and the staff is dedicated. The rooftop bar is second to few in Milan. It may appear over priced at first with a 23€ minimum charge for all cocktails as a price of admission but that includes three high quality amuse-bouche croquettes. It was more than enough to later save on appetizers at local restaurants. The live DJ was spinning up a nice vibe and the people were as beautiful as the views. The restaurant was fully booked and fully priced so we didn't stay for dinner. The self-park down the street at 28€ per day was reasonable as were the mini-bar prices. The misses are easy to fix so we'll be back to check on their progress.

Concierge was very responsive to my emails prior to my stay. However, upon check-in, even though there was a ‘concierge’ desk, there was no one manning the desk. Reception always busy. For a four star hotel, I can only say the location was excellent close to the Duomo. I had no hot water in my shower even though faucet was turned on for more than 10 mins. The fragrance from the lobby upon entering the hotel was a little strong and overbearing. The light switches in the room were very confusing and there was no place to put stuff in the toilet for the room they gave me. In general, I would not return

Beyond its location, this place has nothing going for it. The room was tiny, and the old guy at the front desk, who looked Chinese, couldn't speak Mandarin. The window handle was missing, and the toilet seat creaked so much I was worried it would break. As we were leaving, I saw a blue card on the table with drink prices listed on the back. I wasn't sure if it was for the mini-fridge downstairs. We had two drinks that night. The next day at checkout, the front desk mumbled something I couldn't understand. I just asked, 'OK? We go now?' She replied 'OK,' so we left...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my visit. They even provided us with phone chargers when we needed them, which was greatly appreciated. The housekeeping team was outstanding — the room was always spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Their attention to cleanliness really made a difference. The hotel is also in a great location, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and hospitality exceeded my expectations. Location: Super convenient! It's a 5-minute walk from the metro station, which has lines 1 and 4. The cathedral is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and there aren't many power outlets in the room. The Wi-Fi wasn't great. However, the room was quite spacious and had a balcony, and it was very quiet at night. The free coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch. Breakfast: Quite a good spread, with lots of fruit. The ricotta cheese and ham were delicious. Highly recommended!

I wasn’t a fan of this hotel mainly due to the fact that I was put in a room right next to the lobby entrance which was very noisy also the way that the room has been laid out while very minimalist is totally impractical especially when you try and have a shower. The shower curtain doesn’t stop the water from going all over the floor which makes the bathroom a bit of a health hazard since it’s covered in water after each shower. The beds are large and comfortable enough but my overall experience here was not enjoyable and would not recommend staying here again due to the noise. There’s a lot of vagrants on the streets at night time and they don’t stop shouting which comes straight through the windows when they’ve stopped the noises the internal lobby has music blaring quite loudly and the Hotel staff talk quite loudly also so it’s best to not take the bottom floor perhaps on a higher floor. It might be different but there would still be the issue with the vagrants shouting at night time

This hotel is located right across from the central station, just past a small park. We stayed in a 'foot-on-the-ground' room, which had two 0.9m beds pushed together. This setup isn't ideal for couples or families who want to share a bed. The room itself was quite small but very clean. Check-in isn't until 3 PM, but they offer free luggage storage if you arrive early. There's a secure, code-locked room specifically for luggage, managed by dedicated staff. Be aware that city tax is charged per person, not per room, at 10 euros per person. For two of us, it was 20 euros. The room included a kettle and a capsule coffee machine, plus two complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast was excellent and very generous, with coffee, juice, cheese, vegetable salad, fruits, yogurt, and various hams. The front desk entrance is small, but the interior space is quite open. If you want a quiet stay, request a room not facing the street. Our room, 330, was still reasonably quiet. We booked this three months in advance for 1.6k RMB (including tax and breakfast) for June. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. A special shout-out to the friendly black doormen who were very helpful with our luggage every time we entered and exited!
