Luxury 3 bedroom ground level condo at Pointe Santo de Sanibel one of the premier and most highly sought after condominium complexes on Sanibel Island. It is nestled amidst swaying palm trees directly on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is the only complex on Sanibel offering lounge chairs on the beach as well as pool side. Our unit has been 100% renovated; EVERYTHING, from the furniture to the appliances and even the infrastructure is brand new, having been fully rebuilt after hurricane Ian. The ground floor provides 'walk out' access to the lagoon, pool, and beach. Broad views include the spring-fed lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. The main bedroom, living room, kitchen and lanai share these views.

Pointe Santo has done a remarkable job recovering from Hurricane Ian and is now back and totally remodeled, relandscaped, and reimagined, with an exciting new pool pavilion and a fully updated look. We have brand new tennis and pickleball courts, and the office has racquets and paddles to lend.

The interior of our unit has been totally renovated for expansive views and designer decorated in a comfortable, contemporary style. EVERYTHING is brand new. In addition to brand new central A/C, we have ceiling fans in all bedrooms so you can set a comfortable temperature in each room.

It is a wonderful base for adults and children alike to explore Sanibel's beautiful shelling beaches, nature preserves, waterfowl, fishing, golf courses, bicycle paths, live theater, shops and boutiques.

Excursions for deep-sea fishing and kayak/canoe/bike rentals, golf and the Sanibel Recreation Center are close by as are the island's delicious restaurants and lovely boutiques and galleries. The Sanibel Farmers' Market held on Sundays from 9-1 is not to be missed. Pick up fresh morning baked goods, the night's dinner, or veggies and fruit for a week.

An unique feature of Pointe Santo is its supervised children’s program, available during certain seasons.

You are never far from all the island conveniences with a gas station, grocery store and pharmacy less than a mile away, but at Pointe Santo, you are millions of miles away from hustle and bustle.

For those who want to keep up with their favorite shows, the living room has a 70" Smart TV with cable and amazing floor to ceiling windows to let in the beautiful Florida sunshine.

After a long day in the sun, wind down in your own king suite. Spacious bedroom #1 has a king bed, light and bright beach decor, en-suite bathroom, and a 50" Smart TV with cable. Bedroom #2 also has a plush king bed, en-suite bathroom, and a 43" Smart TV with cable. **We do have a 4-person maximum but can make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

There's plenty of space to spread out in this light filled condo that's perfectly set up for privacy. A hallway separates the two king bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Island Beach Club boasts some of the larger 2-bedroom condos on the island. The screened lanai has views of the beautiful new pool!

Island Beach Club is a mid-sized complex with a heated saltwater pool, shuffleboard courts, gas grills, and easy access to the gulf. With our condo you will have access to the "storage closet of fun" where we keep beach chairs, beach wagon, an umbrella, and sand toys to use during your stay. Newly renovated Sundial B306 unit Sunsanibel has a direct oceanview complete with sliding glass doors to screened lanai that open full width of the living room to allow for sea breezes and sounds the surf. B306 was completely renovated and refurnished in 2025 with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, plank tile throughout (no carpeting). Furnishings replaced in 2025 Our condo sleeps 6 (king bed, two queens in guest room), is fully equipped, and decorated in tropical colors. Enter the front door and the view will draw your eyes to the lanai and the lagoon and beach beyond. The screen entry door allows you to open both lanai doors double wide and feel the ocean breeze. The lanai is the perfect place to dine or read and maybe take that afternoon nap. The bedroom also faces the beach and has another sliding door to the lanai. The wall of windows there provides a stunning view as well. We do not add extra fees above the VRBO charge.

Our condo was just renovated. Changes include a new marble shower, enlarged bathroom with marble vanity and floors. The kitchen has granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances, new backsplash, and small appliances. Furnishings are also added including leather reclining sofa, king mattress, new tv console, a new 65-inch flat-screen smart tv, new washer and dryer, and much more. The entire condo has been updated.

Pointe Santo has a pool with a beach view, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and beach volleyball. There are afternoon activities for children and a shell cleaning and washing station for those treasures you find. Beach chairs are waiting on the beach but we also have an owner's closet stocked with beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use if you want to get closer to the water.

The location is mid-island and close to some of the very best restaurants. A quick walk down the beach to the left takes you to Casa Ybel's beach restaurant and bar. At Pointe Santo it is easy to have a relaxing vacation.
