Convenient location, very center of the city and accessible to the transport system.
Pros: number, affordable price, everything in the room works. Good air conditioning, very good water, stove for cooking.
Cons: they didn’t respond to email regarding check-in, I had to knock on the window. It turned out that the office was in a neighboring building, which was not known.
Important: on weekend evenings, strong music from a neighboring bar (located diagonally from the hotel), in the off-season it ended at 00:00, in the season I think it will interfere with sleep until the morning.

Upon arrival, a valet promptly assisted us with our luggage, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and enthusiastic, assigning us a lovely sea-view room on the 7th floor. The ocean views were absolutely stunning!
The hotel boasts five swimming pools, and you can even take an elevator directly down to the beach for snorkeling. There's also a spacious gym. The landscaping is beautifully done, and we just loved this hotel perched on a cliff along the Mediterranean coast.
We booked a package that included breakfast and dinner, and the meals were incredibly generous – so much so that we couldn't even finish it all, which meant we ended up skipping lunch because breakfast was so filling!
I found the restaurant staff to be very warm and friendly. Contrary to some online rumors about discrimination, I actually felt that Turkish people are very kind and hospitable towards Chinese visitors.

I tried the Vegetarian Pizza at their special neaplois restaurant at level 10 which is absolutely top notch well done and authentic Italy flavours . The hotel is a bit dated, but has almost everything you need. My room didn't have a bathrobe or disposable toothbrushes with paste, but I assume they're available upon request. However, a vanity kit was provided, along with Dove shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. The mini-fridge was incredibly loud at night. The air conditioning hums constantly and softly, so you get used to it, but the fridge kicks on periodically. There's a canteen and a Starbucks coffee shop downstairs. I tried to get a drink from Starbucks a couple of times, but there was no one at the counter. They offer a beach shuttle. It starts at 9:30 AM, with the last shuttle from the hotel to the beach at 3:30 PM, and the last return shuttle from the beach to the hotel at 4:00 PM. A 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM shuttle would have been great, as I ended up taking a taxi. You can get beach towels from the spa area. The beach itself is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. In mid-June, there weren't many people from our hotel there. The area is part of the Red & White Beach club. You can order food and drinks directly to your sun lounger. The entry into the water is good – small pebbles that aren't painful on your feet. It gets deep, but not immediately. Since I was only in Antalya for a one-day layover, I didn't order breakfast or room service. It was very quiet for sleeping; the most I heard was occasionally neighbors opening their doors, and that was only when I was awake. The drinking water in the room is replenished. My stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya was truly exceptional. I spent 4 wonderful days at the resort and enjoyed every moment from the very first minute.
The staff were outstanding. Every employee was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, it felt as though they were already waiting to provide support before I even asked.
The Kids Club deserves special recognition. The staff there treated the children with incredible care and warmth. Their kindness and attention made us feel like they were part of our own family, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared about the children.
The food was another highlight of our stay. The variety was impressive, and it was almost impossible not to find something you would enjoy. Every meal offered plenty of choices and excellent quality.
From the moment we arrived, the welcome and hospitality were beyond expectations. The reception team made us feel incredibly valued and appreciated, creating a memorable first impression that lasted throughout the entire stay.
For families with young children, especially those under 4 years old, this resort is a perfect destination. There are so many activities and facilities that you hardly need to leave the property at all.
I honestly believe this is a place I will visit again, and I expect to return more than once over the next two years. Thank you to everyone at Rixos Downtown Antalya for making our family vacation so special.FromPHP 33,321

Things I didn’t like :
1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food.
2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception.
3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅
4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅
GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL :
1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated.
2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass.
3. The outdoor pool is nice.
4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish.
5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.FromPHP 14,695

We had an amazing all-inclusive experience and were extremely satisfied with everything. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfectly organized and thoughtfully designed.
We even had private access to a heated pool directly from our room, which made our stay feel extra special and luxurious.
The hotel truly has everything – activities for children and teenagers, great sports facilities (both indoor and outdoor), spa area with saunas and Turkish bath, professional massages, and food and drinks available 24/7. The variety and quality exceeded our expectations.
Nothing is missing here. Everything is well planned, clean, comfortable, and designed for a perfect vacation.

We stayed in a deluxe room, on the 2nd day the curtain came off the 3-4 rings of the cornice, this curtain was not fixed during our stay. I do not recommend you to eat at the hotel, there is no flavor, an uncooked chicken was served. The breakfasts are very standard and the same things are served every 2 days. The water pastry we ate on the first day was very nice, but they heated the same water pastry for 5 days and made it dry and served it for breakfast. There is honey every day but why is there no clotted cream every day! Stylish, Spacious & Great Location Near the Beach – A Relaxing Stay in Antalya
Visited in early March 2026, which is a relatively quiet time of year, making for a relaxed and peaceful stay. The hotel is easy to reach from Antalya Airport and is located on the beach road, close to the Aquarium and waterpark.
First impressions are striking — the reception area is dazzling in brilliant white, giving a very modern, clean feel. Elsewhere in the hotel there are subtle red accents, while the main restaurant is completely red, which creates a bold and distinctive look.
Check-in was smooth, with friendly and helpful staff who were happy to answer any questions. As it was early season, some facilities weren’t yet open, but this wasn’t an issue as there are plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops within easy walking distance. There’s also a guest information desk near the entrance if you need help planning activities.
Rooms are spread across nine floors and are very spacious, with a minimalist all-white design. The low-level beds are comfortable, and each room includes a sofa and a daybed on the balcony — perfect for relaxing. Standard amenities include a safe, fridge, TV, tea and coffee facilities, and two large bottles of water replenished daily. Nice extra touches include a small sewing kit and shoe care kit. (Note: minibar items in the fridge are chargeable.)
The bathroom features a large double walk-in shower, plenty of towels, and bathrobes. There are also plenty of power points throughout the room (European 2-pin plug required). A useful feature is the option to schedule housekeeping at a time that suits you.
Breakfast is served on Level 0 (reception is Level 2), with room key scanning on entry. The buffet is extensive, with seemingly endless choices. There’s an egg station with freshly cooked options, hot dishes, a wide variety of breads (with toasters available), fresh muffins and cakes, fruit, salads, yogurts, fresh-squeezed orange juice, other juices including immunity drinks, plus tea, coffee and Turkish tea. Definitely more than enough to start your day well.
Food and drinks are available throughout the day in the bar and restaurant, with reasonable prices. Alternatively, head out the rear gate past the pool and turn left to reach a pedestrian walkway lined with restaurants, coffee shops, dessert spots, and pastry shops — all facing the beach promenade. Beaver Coffee is a great stop, and unLock Pub is also excellent for food. Walk right instead for more local restaurants and a pleasant beach walk.
Old Town is just a short Uber or taxi ride away, offering a more traditional local atmosphere. The Old Town harbour is particularly worth visiting for great views and plenty of food and drink options.
Back at the hotel, the fitness facilities are impressive, with a large, fully equipped gym, fitness classes, and personal trainers available if required. There’s also an indoor pool (plus outdoor pool for warmer weather), large indoor jacuzzi pools, and a spa area featuring a Turkish bath, steam room, sauna, and relaxation area. Massages and other spa treatments are also available.
There’s a seasonal water park attached to the hotel, a large aquarium directly opposite, and a shopping mall with supermarket about a 10-minute walk up the hill.

I stayed there 3 nights with my friend. It was nice experience. The location was good.It walked 15 mins to MarkAntalya shopping mall and the old town bazaar just walked 25mins by the hotel. There were so many shops nearby. We felt great there.
The first day the room was small and warm as face to sun after 1pm till to evening. It was too hot inside the room but we requested to change other room. The second room was spacious and cosy. The breakfast was local simple food but it was good and healthy.

We flew in for New Year's and stayed at Akra V across the street, but we used all the facilities of the Akra hotel. The indoor pool is fantastic, a comfortable 28 degrees, and you can swim under to the outdoor heated section. There's an excellent sauna and hammam, plus a huge gym. Our family ended up here by chance. We missed our flight and urgently booked this hotel late at night, as it was a convenient option not too far from the airport. We checked in at midnight, and they kindly extended our check-out to 2 PM (instead of the standard 12 PM). The hotel is small, and they only serve local alcoholic drinks, but we only wanted beer, which tastes the same everywhere, so that wasn't an issue. Our room was clean and spacious; everything worked perfectly. The grounds are compact, but I imagine most city hotels here are similar. Nevertheless, there's a decent pool, a couple of water slides, a volleyball court, table tennis, a small gym, a sauna, and so on. The service isn't like a high-end 5-star hotel, you might wait a bit for waiters, but I didn't mind going to the bar myself. The food was excellent. We only stayed for a day, so the selection wasn't huge, but everything was delicious. We'd just stayed at a much more expensive hotel before this, but my whole family preferred the food here. I also loved the area by the sea; going down there felt like being in Italy, and you could dive into the water, which was cleaner than in Belek. There's no sandy beach, but we didn't need one. Overall, even though the hotel was full, it felt uncrowded everywhere, and there were plenty of sun loungers and places to sit. To sum it up, I think we might even intentionally come back to this hotel for at least 5 days, combining it with a beach holiday in Belek. It's close to the city center, where you can take a walk for a change of scenery instead of just staying at the hotel all the time. The value for money here is excellent!FromPHP 12,771

The hotel has very good food, amazing drinks, and the staff were excellent and always helpful. I would give 5 stars for the food, drinks, and service. The hotel area and pools also look nice during the day.
Unfortunately, there were some serious issues during our stay. During the night, the hallway near our room was full of insects that looked similar to ants. Also, from around 22:00 until even 03:00, there were construction works happening nearby. The vibrations and noise were extremely strong — everything in the room was shaking, making it very difficult to sleep. It also looked like the works would continue for a long time.
Another disappointing thing was that the swimming pools close after 19:00, which is very early for a resort hotel, especially in warm weather. Because of that, I would only give 1 star for the pool availabilityFromPHP 19,624
