Traveling to Nairobi to participate in business negotiations to stay at this hotel, the hotel environment is good, the room layout is relatively warm, especially the service is very attentive. The nearby nightlife and dining are convenient, and the National Museum is just over a kilometer away. Hotel breakfast quality needs to be improved.

The room is big enough, with all the toiletries and free drinking water. The breakfast is great with a wide variety. It is equipped with a gym, swimming pool, and SPA. You can walk to the shopping mall opposite through the corridor on the third floor, which has a small Carrefour and several restaurants.

Ladies and gentlemen, I stayed at the hotel on the first day in Nairobi. The staff were friendly and smiling, which made me have a good first impression of the African people. I thought all the people in Nairobi were so friendly. After the Safari, we stayed at Kempinski, which is relatively close to Wilson airport. The room facilities are not half as convenient as that of the Tribe Hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, and although I couldn't use it, it was nice to have a view of the pool! It was convenient because the Village Market was just a 5-minute walk away.

Very good, clean and hygienic, one of the best hotels in Nairobi. The most important thing is that it is very safe, and the security is well done. The incoming and outgoing packages and luggage are inspected, the vehicle is inspected, and there are police dogs on board to inspect the vehicle. this is what we need

A very comfortable hotel. Maybe most hotels don’t have enough air-conditioning. The lobby doesn’t feel air-conditioned at all.

This is a real treasure of a place! The atmosphere is old world charm, the food is fabulous at TATU. The bar is excellent with service and attentiveness to you needs. The gift shop is stellar for some nice jewelry. The facilities are clean as a whistle as they say...breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. The work out facilities are just super great, and the pool is heated. Ok, lastly the ambiance of colonial Africa just fills the air, from the art, to the breezes flowing freely through this wonderful hotel!

The hotel was in a great location and they provided a free shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and the room service was great. We had the lamb chops, highly recommend. However, no toothbrushes were provided in the room, we also called reception asking for some and the request was not fulfilled. Despite this, we would stay again. Very convenient for our transit.

Situated in a busy location, amenities and nice restaurant near by. On our check out we were asked to pay additional $ as the exchange rate changed from the moment we pay our room cost during checked in, so we ended up having to spend time to understand why the hotel would charge customer an amount in USD upon check in, and charge customer again if the exchange rate changed at the end of our stay, when I asked would they refund money to customers if the exchange rate changed favourable to the customer, they couldn't answer. Be aware on their overcharge policy and they disguise the charge with while refunding the deposit.

Good new hotel! Delicious breakfasts! The only thing you need to pull this service! Teach your staff to smile white girl on the recipe and in the restaurant (this is the face of the hotel), and that looks like racism! The guards downstairs are all very nice and willing to help! And the pool is very cold!!!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel during my 3 day visit in September 2025. The room was always maintained clean, tide and neat. Nice city views from the 9th floor where I was. Friendly stuff in particular was Zelec in the gym. He was ready to assist on anything and the gym is well equipped to give unforgettable workouts. Hope to come back again on my next visit.FromSGD 109

Our stay in Best Western Meridian Hotel in Nairobi was an amazing experience. In the five days we stayed, the room cleaning service was excellent and the people serving in that were swift to assist us with anything. Furthermore, the breakfast given to us every morning was top of the range. The hotel is nearby to plenty of shops and restaurants. When we stayed in our room, what we loved most about it was that there was no noise heard at all from the outside. Also, the hotel is 15 minutes away from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Overall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious.
The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty.
We wouldn’t stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldn’t be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldn’t see where the $125 a night value was coming from.
Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on Trip are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if you’re looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else.FromSGD 109

Loved the warm friendliness, the comfortable room, great breakfast, and the view of zebra and ostrich at the nearby waterhole.
