Très bel hôtel, prendre chambre avec vue lac, personnel très aimable et professionnel, excellent restaurant quoique un peu cher (surtout l’eau minérale à 9chf!), bon spa et massage, parfait pour quelques jours de relax.

What a great hotel this is. Perfect location on the waterfront in Locarno, right next to the railway/bus station and jetty for boat trips on Lac Majeur. The hotel is modern, clean and with excellent friendly and professional staff. Of course Locarno is not cheap but this hotel offers overall excellent quality/price ratio and can be highly recommended. Large, modern Executive Double rooms with nice terraces with great views overlooking the bay. Great high quality breakfast on the terrace - served by really nice staff...This really is a great hotel and an excellent choice for Locarno. modern, clean

Cooles Hotel unweit vom Locarno oder Lugano. Stylishe Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Cooler Pool und Spa. Zu klein leider. Matrazen haben Potenzial. Beim Frühstück sollten die Spiegeleier frisch gemacht werden, damit diese boch warm sind. Poolbar ist cool und verleiht Ferienfeeling. Gleich am Bahnhof Riazzino gelegen - was praktisch ist.

The stay was overall OK. The reception was friendly and I was well introduced. The signature Thai massage in the spa was a real highlight – very professional and relaxing. The sauna area was very small and too dark. In the whirlpool area, the design was attractive, but the strong chlorine smell was unpleasant. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean – one of the cleanest hotels I've experienced so far. However, the furniture was obsolete and the water in the bathroom was only badly flowing. A total average stay with light and shadow.
