The hotel is nice but a little bit old. The carpet is in an awful state. Except from that the rooms are big and clean.The breakfast is excellent with quality products. The situation by the lake but fairly close to the train station is excellent. I recommend it

The environment is beautiful and the transportation is convenient. Although it is a bit far from the train station, it is still walkable. The hotel breakfast is very rich and delicious. There are several scenic spots worth visiting nearby.

The apartment has everything you need. Everything was very clean and functional. We found the beds very comfortable and not too soft. The location is great and you can reach everything on foot. The hand and bath towels smelled sometimes a little strange,

Bright and spacious and very tastefully furnished just as the pictures promise. In contrast, the bathroom/toilet is very modest, without any storage/storage options. A clothes butler or something similar would also be practical in the bedroom.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Why are there only three chairs on the terrace, only three coffee cups and only three tea glasses for four people? Very unfortunate and absolutely incomprehensible.

Fantastic hotel with great location. Rooms were lovely with a terrace. Lovely touch at night with a turndown service. Chocolate and gold eye masks. Spa and rooftop pool were great especially after a long day sightseeing. Rooms cleaned to perfection and all fresh towels and bedding. Staff were fantastic especially Samantha who checked us in. She was friendly and gave plenty of recommendations for eating and heading out on day trips. She also brought balloons and welcome champagne as it was a special trip with a lovely card from the hotel staff. She was amazing and is a credit to the hotel. Location 7mins to the beach and 7mins to the train station. Perfect for exploring the coast. Will be returning to the hotel in the near future. Thank you for a special stay.

The most obvious advantage of the hotel is its location. You can see the sea right outside, which is quite comfortable. There are also many restaurants to choose from around. There are no minefields in the room. The price-performance ratio is ok. I went there during the off-season. The front desk also asked if I wanted to upgrade to a sea view room at a discounted price.

Negresco is probably the best hotel in the area. It has a collection of 6,000 pieces of art. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are large, but the layout is messy and tasteless, like a hodgepodge. The rooms are partially renovated and some facilities are a bit old, such as the beds. But the hotel is in a very good location and the hotel's private beach is beautiful. The view is excellent!

Nice – a perfect hotel, top-tier. Just stayed at the Radssion Blu in Nice and the Peninsula Hotel in Paris, completely different experiences. This hotel brought me peace and fulfillment. The staff were all very welcoming and polite. I'd give the hotel's scent an 11/10 – it smelled amazing! I even picked up the soap packaging after washing my hands to take a picture, hoping to see what each one smelled like. The toiletries were all sample sizes, convenient to take home, and the air was filled with a herbal fragrance while I slept. The hotel is clean, imbued with a sense of divinity and artistry, beautifully blending 17th-century elements with modern design. There's no TV, but three windows and a balcony are a wonderful feature. The only downside is that the hotel address doesn't match the taxi drop-off point. As a Ctrip Black Diamond member, I contacted customer service, who replied that the hotel told me to get off at the correct address. However, it was an 11-minute walk from my drop-off point to my destination (I had three suitcases). I still don't know if the hotel's response was incorrect or if the customer service representative made a mistake. For those who have booked, please be careful! The correct drop-off address is 2 Rue Centrale. Then call the hotel shuttle to pick you up. Don't book 1 Rue!!! I've been to Nice three times, and this is my first time staying at this hotel. But I think I'll definitely choose this hotel first when I come to Nice for the fourth time. It truly brings happiness.

I want to pat myself on the back for choosing this hotel; it was truly excellent. The location, service, cleanliness, and food were all impeccable. If you do choose this hotel, definitely include breakfast! You can see the ocean, and watching happy corgis stroll along the beach while you eat just makes you feel like a wonderful day is about to begin. The croissant was the best I had on the entire trip! The room had a bathtub, which was perfect for soaking away the fatigue after walking all over Nice. The bed was incredibly plush and guaranteed a good night's sleep, and if you're someone who hates being woken up by the morning sun, there are shutters on the window that you can close. The location is right in front of the sea; just cross the street and you're there. Place Masséna is about a 15-minute walk, and there's a laundromat about 5 minutes away. This is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again the next time I visit Nice!

The hotel is located near Place Masséna, a very lively area. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bookstores nearby. It's also close to the sea, perfect for walks and sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, the streets were extremely noisy on the second night, making it almost impossible to sleep from midnight until dawn. Of course, this is beyond the hotel's control. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pleasant hotel in the heart of old Nice. The staff are friendly and there is a linked bar next door. A good range of food for breakfast although can't say that coleslaw appeals to me (it did to some!) Croissants are always better in France. Is it because they are so fresh. Just five minutes walk from Garibaldi/Le Chateau Tram Station. The trams have transformed travelling about Nice and give easy access to the airport. Quiet and comfortable rooms and a fair price.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The tomatoes were completely bland. An omelet, bacon, or sausages would have greatly improved it. We only had a large bath towel and a bath mat; there was no hand or face towel provided. Shockingly, we even found a hair amongst the 'clean' towels! Our room was not cleaned at all during our 5-night stay. They didn't even supply a basic plastic cup for toothbrushes. They charge 5 euros to store luggage for just a few hours. This isn't about saving costs; it's pure greed and truly reflects poorly on the hotel.

Overall, I was satisfied, but I kept hearing a 'ding-dong' knocking sound, which I didn't experience on the 6th floor a few days ago. I'm on the 4th floor now, so maybe they're doing some maintenance. Also, a 100 Euro deposit is required for every stay, even though the full payment has already been made. This seems a bit unreasonable; even the famous Swiss hotels only charge a 1 Euro deposit. Hmm.

It's within walking distance to Castle Hill, the beach, the old town, the square, the flower market, and the food street. The room size is moderate, and the breakfast is simple but good, featuring smoked salmon. The service attitude is excellent. However, water wasn't provided daily. I was lucky enough to see the drone fireworks show for the World Ocean Conference, and Nice's beaches were packed with people.

Perfect location for exploring Nice. Our room lacked basic maintenance, the bathroom extractors did not work, the overhead shower did not work and the heated towel rail was stuck on maximum making use of the toilet beneath uncomfortable. The breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly great except the women at the pool bar in the evening who was very rude and condescending. I would stay here again purely based on location.

I've never encountered such terrible service before. I can't believe a hotel that profits from Chinese tourists would treat them so poorly. 1. I booked a deluxe sea view room, but was given a ground floor room with no sea view at all. When I asked the front desk to change rooms, I was told there were no other sea view rooms available, but I could switch to a city view room on a higher floor. 2. Upon entering the new room, I immediately discovered an unidentifiable object in the bathroom. 3. The seal on the paid snacks was already broken. 4. It took 5 calls to the front desk before anyone answered. I asked for an extra duvet and was told the hotel didn't have any spare ones, and they would check and get back to me. As expected, I never received a call back. 5. All the staff treated Caucasians exceptionally well, while being very dismissive towards Asian guests.
