The location is quite central and directly on the lake. In 5-10 minutes you are in the centre of Locarno.
The friendliness of the staff is generally OK.
The pool is beautifully integrated in the garden, but the pool is something unclean, milk and not clear.
In the whole, however, a good hotel.

Beautiful environment and convenient transportation. Although it is a bit far from the train station, it can still go. The hotel breakfast is particularly rich and delicious. There are several places worth visiting nearby.
