Exceptional stay at the Fairmont Prague. The welcome was warm, the service outstanding, and the staff consistently attentive to every need. Amenities were excellent and true to the Fairmont standard. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the overall experience left us feeling relaxed and well cared for. A perfect complement to the charm of Prague. If you need an airport hotel this is a great choice. Only a 12min walk form the terminal, plus has bus stops outside for onward travel to the city. The hotel feels new as everything was in good condition. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The room could have had some artwork on the walls to make it feel less clinical and more homely. Otherwise the only colour was from the red chair. However the facilities were good and everything was very clean. I didn't not eat breakfast at the hotel as I thought €15 is expensive for what is offered

The room is comfortable and of moderate size. The shower room is spacious and clean. The bedding is comfortable and makes you sleep well. The hotel restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. It is only 10 minutes away from Charles Bridge, which is very convenient. However, the deposit of the hotel has not been returned yet. I don't know what is going on.

This hotel is too luxurious, I think it is actually rare to live in such a hotel in Europe. This W is very special, unlike other Ws, it is renovating a very old classic building. So we live in this building, it is the previous room change, so he and other W more modern design style is not the same, will be classical, but its equipment is very new, very modern, the most special is its toilet. Every bathroom has a special kind of painting called art brick painting inside, which is a very special experience. The whole W its hall, its decoration is not that grand, very big, but very streamlined and elegant, I liked it very much, and then the location is very good

Overall it was very good, the front desk service was responsive, enthusiastic and proactive, taking our luggage and guiding us. But I would like to remind my friends that the porridge written for breakfast is different from the porridge for Chinese food, it is cooked with milk and there is no rice.

After staying two nights in the Old Town, the price became too high when I wanted to extend my booking, so I switched to this hotel for my last day in Prague. This hotel has a large lobby and atrium, typical of a business hotel. It immediately pulled me out of 'vacation mode' and into a 'business trip for a conference' vibe, haha. However, it's actually quite close to the Old Town, less than two kilometers away. A taxi ride isn't expensive, and it's just a few stops by public transport. So, staying here for tourism is also an excellent choice. After all, it's new and very modern, which meets most people's needs.

Staff was attentive and provided excellent service. Hotel was so charming but still clean with modern amenities. Bathrooms had heated floors!! Beautiful views and adorable courtyard. Would highly recommend.

Had a great time at the hotel.. everything was very elegant and nice.. rooms were a bit on the small side, but it meant it was very cosy.. there is a free wine and cheese event daily for 30 mins, and is a good opportunity to meet ppl. The breakfast was good, but could have been better if there was some additional items such as smoked salmon or something included. The location was awesome, and the best part of this hotel was the proximity to the restaurant behind the hotel, which served local Czech food. We had the Grilled carp with bacon, and Goulash with bread dumpling which was amazing.

We stayed on the last day of our honeymoon! Breakfast,, as rumored, was perfect and the male staff at the front desk was really kind. (Her hair was tied up) Check-in was at 3 o'clock, but they checked in before 1 o'clock and gave us a plate of fruit with chocolates on it with a congratulatory message for our honeymoon. The best,,,🥰 The front desk staff and the breakfast waiters knew how to translate long English sentences into English,, and showed them to us. It was touching. The room condition was also great. It was a little cramped, but it was comfortable enough to forget about it. I wish I had spent a little more money and upgraded. Next time I come, I'll have to stay for several nights. Anyway, I highly recommend it!

The hotel is housed in a historic building, directly opposite Charles Bridge. Its location is incredibly convenient, within easy walking distance of many attractions. I would absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Prague.
