This is a modest condo priced accordingly in a great location located at the center point in Maui that allows easy access to virtually all points of Interest on the island. Pool, barbecue area, elevators, air-conditioning and a spectacular view that is magnified inside the unit with mirrored walls and even more breathtaking from the balcony.

Tiled floors ,and a large queen sofa bed accommodates along with a split king bed at least 4 guests comfortably.

You are literally steps to the water in a unique condo that converts easily into two separate condos for more privacy. Each separate studio can rent individually for economy or together for more stretching out room.

Being at the apex of sugar beach ( the largest unbroken beach on Maui ) you can jog to your heart's content. you will find that your fellow tenant are friendly and outgoing.Many of them hail from Europe, Asia,Australia,New Zealand and the mainland USA.Expect to be invited for a meal if you are around the cooking facilities at meal time. It is noteworthy that up to 73% of our guests have been with us before.
Historically Nani Kai Hale was used by the old Hawaiians to dry their nets and collect turtles which are now a protected species. Canoe and catamaran racing is often viewable from the grass covered sun deck across from the outside showers and heated pool.
In general Nani Kai Hale Resort is beyond the feverish routines of most beachfront properties.The privacy and peaceful ambiance is restful.

In the heart of Kihei, you are within walking distance to beautiful Charley Young Beach, famous Kamaole Beaches 1, 2, and 3, and popular Cove Beach, fantastic restaurants, incredible happy hours, shopping and more. You'll love the 3 private pools along with the newly resurfaced 6 championship tennis courts and Pickleball courts on the property. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook a great meal or bbq on one of the gas grills just outside of our unit. The kitchen boasts new bamboo, soft-close cabinets, new refrigerator, granite countertops, flat electric stove, oven, new pots/pans, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, and more.
