the host could has updated their videos of the location etc, i was having such a hard time trying to search for the location, instead of the videos they should have give the landmark close to the building, bc the videos was outdated, the stucture that was outside of the building is no longer there causing me so much issue. but the location wise it was convenient, theres mini market in there, close to eateries etc, the amenities also complete and i really appreciate the amenities but host was slighlty not to my liking.

Perfect place for a family. Everything was clean and neat. There is a microwave and washing machine which was vry helpful. Do note that a deposit of usd35 is needed which will be returned after check out. Although trip said to prepare cash in usd it is better to prepare the notes in kyrgyz som. The landlord is vry kind and understanding as we checked in late and had trouble paying via bank transfer. The maid there is a friendly elderly lady who is vry helpful. We enjoyed our stay and when we come to Bishkek in future we will definitely book our stay here again.

Excellent house ! We are very happy, comfortable apartment. There is everything necessary for accommodation. We have nothing to buy, provided everything to the tiny things. Location is very successful, all shops in step-by-step availability. Special gratitude to the hostess. It solves all the issues, always on contact. In another city it is important.

The Novotel Bishkek City Center is easily one of the top international chain hotels in the area. Its location is absolutely superb – you can walk to the city center's shopping district and parks, and there are plenty of currency exchange spots right on the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The entire building is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have no strange odors. All the bathroom and office facilities are comprehensive, and the WiFi is stable and fast. The staff are fluent in English, and their service is warm and efficient. The hotel also boasts an indoor pool, gym, and spa, perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, covering Western, Chinese, and local dishes. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a full menu of Western and Central Asian cuisine. The worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest?
This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures.
What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again.
As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes
And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them.

Everything was great, except for the breakfast. The breakfast selection was fine, but everything was constantly missing or out of stock, and most importantly, nothing was done to address these shortcomings. We came for breakfast, and only one eggplant remained on the plate from the salad. We finished breakfast, and the salad was still missing. The same thing with juice – one day both carafes were empty, and they never refilled it. Although, juice is so easy – you don't even have to carry it from downstairs. Each time, there were only one or two tables at breakfast besides the two of us, meaning it was completely empty. They ran out of milk for the coffee, and they searched everywhere and never found it. The guy at the reception seemed unfriendly. We arrived an hour before check-in, he offered early check-in for $6 per hour. I don't know, maybe this is the hotel's trick to make money every hour. But it immediately put us off. If the room is free, why not check in your clients an hour earlier?

Disappointing stay, Poor service, unhygienic buffet, and hidden charges!
This hotel is just okay for 2 nights max, the location is good.
However, the overall experience was very frustrating. The breakfast was poor the buffet area had an unpleasant smell. Even worse, the food was unhygienic; I literally found a hair among the nuts! Personally, I couldn’t find any options that suited me.The service was extremely poor and unprofessional.
The lights in my room were broken, I informed the staff, but they never fixed them. They are completely uncooperative and lack any polite manner of communication.
To make matters worse, at checkout, they blindsided me with an extra charge just because there was some lipstick stain on the blanket! What is the purpose of housekeeping if guests are penalized for accidental stains? Isn't cleaning exactly what they are paid to do?They should be transparent about their policies instead of exploiting customers with sudden, hidden fees.
This hotel is incredibly greedy and values making money over customer satisfaction.

This hotel was super nice! Great location, excellent breakfast at Lesnoy cafe next door. They responded your requests quickly and did a good arrangement. For example, my flight arrived at 23:20, they arranged a paid airport pick up, therefore I don’t have to worry about the transport to the hotel.The front desk ladies were friendly, and sweet( both day & evening shifts).
