I been to Kata twice and honestly so far this is the best stay I been. Staff is friendly, the owners a kind and helpful. The location is the best to my opinion, 2 blocks from the Main Street that bring you to the beach (besides beyond kata) it takes you 15-20 min to get there but is perfect. I love it because is cozy and quiet. There was not kids while I’ve stayed (5 nights) which was perfect.

The chalet is really very good: spacious, beautiful, and with an amazing view. It has all the kitchen utensils, although we didn’t use them, and it was extremely clean. I definitely recommend it. The only slightly inconvenient point is the location. The chalet is located at the top of the property, so you need to rely on the reception to arrange transportation to the main area, where the reception and beach access are located. It’s not possible to walk down, as the distance is quite far. For those who rent a motorbike, this isn’t an issue and everything becomes very easy. However, without your own transport, it can be a bit uncomfortable having to depend on the hotel’s shuttle whenever you want to go down to the beach or leave the hotel.

The pool water was very clean, and being on the 7th floor with no obstructions, the view was excellent. The room was super spacious and very clean, with all the sofas and chairs looking brand new. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and even offered welcome drinks. The only downside was the breakfast. Although it's served until 10:30 AM, by a little past 9 AM, almost all the food trays were empty. There were only 2-3 trays with a small amount of food left. I walked around and couldn't find anything to eat, which was quite disappointing. Eventually, a staff member brought me a plate of stir-fried rice noodles, which at least filled me up. This was the first time in decades of traveling that I've encountered such a breakfast situation. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast on the second day was only slightly better, still feeling like leftovers. It's also quite close to the King Power Duty-Free Shop.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. From arrival, Front Desk Agent Polly and Guest Assistant Minnie were incredibly helpful and friendly. Even the buggy driver kindly explained the room facilities and minibar details to us. Our tropical garden view room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. A special thank you to our room housekeeping for the thoughtful birthday decoration, it truly made my day extra special. Breakfast offered a wide vegetarian-friendly selection with salad bar, cheese, bakery items, and more. I would love to see a bit more variety in the Asian local dishes, as the menu was quite similar each day. Tropical fruits are my favourite in the resort. The resort feels like a one-stop getaway with a beautiful beach and clear water. Have to rent snorkelling gear and I recommend renting wet shoes due to stones and dead coral in the beach area. I had a small injury from the coral, but the beach staff took great care of me. We also enjoyed the small petting zoo, the staffs were very friendly. Overall, the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It’s perfect for anyone looking for relaxation and quiet time, and we would definitely love to return.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Splash Beach Resort. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until check-out. The reception team and all hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I was especially impressed by the staff’s attention to detail and the genuine care they showed to every guest. The hotel facilities were outstanding, and everything was organized perfectly. The restaurants and bars at the resort were fantastic. The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the beautiful beachfront swimming pool — such an amazing place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. A special thank you to Anna and Duan at the reception for taking such great care of us. Their kindness and professionalism made our experience even more memorable. Would like to sincerely thank The Nature Phuket for giving us such a wonderful and memorable experience during our stay, even though it was only for one night in Phuket. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were absolutely amazing, and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to the team for successfully fulfilling our requests, especially the last-minute birthday surprise for my friend. I had forgotten to inform them earlier, but after confirming her birthday through her passport, they thoughtfully managed to prepare a sweet surprise for her on the very same day. We were truly touched by the effort and sincerity shown by the team. The resort has 2 pools, and most rooms are pool-access. The price before Chinese New Year was 440 a night, which is decent value for money. It's very close to Rawai Beach, with a 7-Eleven and sea-view restaurants right outside. Now for the downsides: 1. No clothes rack in the room, so no way to wash and dry clothes. 2. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. 3. For a family of three, there's an extra charge of 150 THB for the child, but no extra bed is provided. 4. I subtly got the feeling that Chinese guests aren't particularly welcome. This is just my personal feeling and for reference only.

The room was very spacious, and there’s a 7-Eleven right across the road which was super convenient. The location is also really good — we walked everywhere during our trip and it was very easy to get around. The only thing that made us a little uncomfortable was that there was a connecting door inside the room leading to the room next door. At first it felt a bit worrying, and unfortunately the guests next door checked in around 2am and were drinking, talking, and laughing loudly, so it was quite hard for us to sleep. The soundproofing could definitely be improved. Other than that, everything else was really good👌 We requested a birthday decoration for my boyfriend and it turned out so cute 🥹 The towel cake decoration was adorable hahaha. Thank you so much for the effort and warm service 🤍

We stayed at the Phuket Orchid Resort & Spa and were very satisfied. It's not a luxurious or extravagant hotel, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really liked the large, well-maintained grounds, two spacious swimming pools, and its own mini water park with two big slides. This is a fantastic bonus for a hotel, especially if you're traveling with kids or just love pools. The room was always clean, and housekeeping was done daily and thoroughly. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. Everything was simple but decent and convenient. The location deserves a special mention. Karon Beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and there are plenty of shops, cafes, and everything else you need for your vacation nearby. Early check-in was a pleasant surprise. We were able to check in around 1:00 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3:00 PM. Thanks to the staff for this flexibility. Breakfasts were good: there was enough variety, so you definitely won't go hungry. No extraordinary culinary experiences, but everything was tasty and perfectly decent. The only minor point is that the hotel is very popular and gets quite crowded. During breakfast, it can be quite noisy and busy. Most of the guests are Russian-speaking tourists, so sometimes it feels like a large family resort. Overall, our impressions were very positive. It offers good value for money, comfortable grounds, excellent pools, and a convenient location.

The property is located directly on the beachfront, which is definitely its strongest point. The room we were assigned has a partial sea view. Unfortunately, part of the view also includes some rather neglected surroundings, but the beauty of the ocean largely makes up for it. In terms of services, there are a few shortcomings. The toilet tends to clog easily, and some amenities that are quite standard in many hotels are missing, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, or disposable slippers. Instead, the hotel provides a beach basket with towels and a pair of plastic flip-flops to use during the stay. However, these flip-flops are not new, and it is unclear whether they are properly sanitized between guests. Overall, it can still be a convenient option for people who work and want to have the sea literally a few steps from their room, with the possibility of reaching the beach in just seconds. That said, some aspects related to maintenance and attention to detail could definitely be improved to make the experience more comfortable.

Hygiene: Despite being a sea-view room, there was absolutely no musty smell, which is quite rare and impressive. Facilities: The only downside was the air conditioner or dehumidifier, which made a huge noise on the first night, disrupting my sleep. The room was big and we were really happy with it. We loved the bed — it was very large and comfortable. We didn’t get to use the swimming pool because we didn’t have much time. The staff were great and excellent overall. We did not request housekeeping on our second day. Someone cleaned the room and thank you for that,but they forgot to replace the bath mat when we returned around 11 PM. I was too tired to ask, so I just let it go. However, I was surprised later when they questioned why the bath mat was missing. I definitely had no plans to take a bath mat with me on my way to Koh Pangan! 😂 the lady who assisted us in checked put were so lovely she just did her job and apologize for asking this and she did a great job.And to the guy who assisted printing my bus ticket thank you so much. The towels also weren’t changed during service and there was no bath mat, but honestly, it was fine with us. Still, being accused of taking the bath mat was a bit insane. 😭
