Location was good, rooms were great. But what stood out most was the sincerity and follow-through behind the amazing service provided by exemplary staff from the hotel. During my stay, Hotel Staff members Mr Fuad, Miss Indah and Miss Adira were especially attentive and patient in their service. Moreover, the hotel's breakfast is not to be missed either. Miss Gea's service and professionalism from the restaurant team is also to be highlighted and praised during my monthly stays.

all except pls change hair dryer. its outdated. why . must press the button continuously when drying hair-outdated. pls try yourself to understand more and you would understand why. pls chane fast, its a hindrance. the rest is acceptable.
