This should be my third time staying at Zhiben Laoye. The high-quality hot springs, rich natural ecological environment, and high-level services here are the reasons why we chose to spend the New Year here this time. We even watched a flying squirrel fly from the mountain into the tree next to the venue during the New Year's Eve party and stay there for a long time. In the lottery of the New Year's Eve party, the prizes ranged from the most luxurious master suite to the general double room prizes, and the prizes appeared at least 3 or 4 times. This is a very sincere prize arrangement. But there were two regrettable things that happened during this trip. First of all, when we checked in, maybe because of the New Year holiday, the housekeeping staff were overburdened and made some mistakes in cleaning the rooms. When we checked in, there were obvious stains on the sheets in one room. In another bathroom, the bath towels in the drawer where large bath towels are placed are scattered, and there is obvious dust on the bottom of the drawer. Another drawer had remnants of long hair. Although after contacting the housekeeping staff, they immediately apologized and replaced the room, but it was always a bit surprising. The biggest problem occurred in the afternoon of the second day after we checked in. There were five of us except me, who did not go to the swimming pool because of a wound on my hand. The other four people went to the outdoor pool to swim, and all four people came into contact with the floating board. That night, small, itchy red spots began to appear on the area where the float was in contact. The number and severity became more severe the longer the float was used, and it even affected sleep. But I, who did not go to play in the water, was not affected. After checking out and returning home the next day, I was still extremely itchy. I plan to seek medical treatment after get off work today. This is the biggest regret of this trip.

Taitung Sunlight International Resort has always been my favorite hotel. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Compared with other five-star hotels, it is really superior. The only thing that needs improvement during this stay is that the swimming pool is open until 11:30 in the morning. As a result, before 11:15 (about 5 minutes ago), the bathers have been urging the swimmers to put chemicals in and leave the pool. 11:30. You should take into account the feeling of tourists on vacation. Don't change it casually. It feels very uncomfortable and really needs improvement. I have stayed in other five-star hotels and this situation has not happened.

The hotel is close to the train station and can provide free pick-up and drop-off service. You need to call in advance to make an appointment. The indoor parent-child facilities on the second floor are complete, and the surrounding ecological environment is good. The hardware facilities are relatively old, the room is hygienic, and the service is OK. On the first day of check-in, the hotel was extremely deserted, probably due to the small number of guests, the hotel could not make dinner reservations. It is not convenient to eat around, and there is no delivery service. On the second day, there were more people staying and it became lively. Reservations are also available for dinner, which is a small hot pot set meal. The overall experience is also better.

The hotel is next to the night market, but it's not noisy. It's only about ten minutes' drive from the train station and the airport. The hotel has many breakfast options and tastes good. There are also traditional breakfast shops around. The location is very convenient. The room was clean and the view from the high floor was nice.

Basically, there are no bugs in the room. It is very qualified. I see them in the corridor and use electric mosquito lights to kill mosquitoes. They are all carefully taken care of. Free shuttle bus terminal to hotel will also lift boards so it is easy to find the car  There is also a shuttle bus to the pier when checking out (thanks Trip for helping me contact the hotel) Breakfast is a breakfast provided by the general Taiwanese hotel. Drinks have iced coffee, iced soy milk, toast, porridge, steamed buns, etc. The taste is delicious. Not too far from Green Island Avenue. I'll be there soon by locomotive. Go to the hotel and tell the driver to rent an electric car. The driver will also take you to rent a car. The driver is talkative. You talk to him. He'll advise you.

Although when we came back, we found that you were scolded by the supervisor, and the supervisor also looked down upon us, but I really thank you for allowing us to celebrate our first anniversary. The room is large, clean, and quiet. It faces the hotel swimming pool and has separate wet and dry toilets. However, the pillows are a little soft, but everything else is ideal. The hotel has many parking spaces and self-pay laundry and dryers. Breakfast is ideal but not very suitable for Hong Kong people's taste! The location of the hotel is quite remote and there are no shops nearby. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to 7-11.

The customer service staff in the lobby are very friendly and professional and act quickly. Guests will not wait for a long time. The rooms are clean and the housekeepers will greet guests when they meet them. The reception staff in the restaurant are very gentle and will ask if they are satisfied with the meal. I really recommend it. Will stay again.

The hotel is located in the Jhiben hot spring area, facing the Jhiben River, the landscape is beautiful, and the price is not expensive. The only downside is that the hotel is too old and the equipment is outdated. If you have the quality of a Japanese hot spring hotel, you will definitely be disappointed. It looks like an activity center for retired people. The hotel provides cooking stoves. You can bring your own food for cooking, so cute! Although there are many shortcomings, the hotel staff is very polite and the spring water is very positive. After the soaking, it feels like a Japanese Misasa Onsen. The skin is slippery. With the old oven, the soaking is a lot of energy.

Although the hotel is not new, it is quite clean. The bathroom has a large shower head, and the bed is very good to sleep. There is breakfast and supper, and it is also good to eat! The service staff are very enthusiastic and very good. 👍🏻 and rent a bicycle ～ Overall it is very good!
