Excellent apartment, brand new renovation, everything is fresh. For such a price everything was fine and we liked it. The linen was clean and fresh. The apartment had everything for convenience. Olivier is very hospitable, if you arrive early, he will offer to place your suitcases before checking in. Next to the apartment there is a vegetable and fruit market, a bakery that opens at 7 am, fresh croissants🥰, several supermarkets, a cheese shop and much more. 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. We were especially impressed by the balconies on the roof of the house😍 The only small minus I would note is that you need to be prepared to climb the stairs to the 7th floor:)

Excellent location. All the sights are within walking distance. Nearby is a Monoprice supermarket, an inexpensive Chinese restaurant, a cheap Lazachka, and a butcher shop. The studio is fully equipped, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The plumbing is in excellent condition, everything works perfectly. The bed is comfortable.

What is the experience of a five-star hotel without heating on a day of 10 degrees to 8 degrees? It really happened to me, and it was a Sofitel. Anyway, I caught a cold directly on the second day after staying, and the windows were closed tightly. The equipment Everything else is nonsense. I complained to the front desk the next day. Anyway, the attitude was very sincere, but the problem had occurred and the facilities were very backward. I recently stayed at Shangri-La Paris and had a mixed experience. I had specifically paid for a room with a view, but unfortunately, for the first two days, I didn’t get the room I had booked, which was disappointing—especially considering the high standards expected from a luxury hotel like this.
However, after raising the issue, the hotel finally provided me with the correct room. The next two days were much better, and I must say the view was absolutely breathtaking—definitely worth the wait. The iconic sights of Paris from the room were truly unforgettable, making the experience feel special.
Overall, while the initial inconvenience was frustrating, the hotel did make up for it in the end with the stunning view I had originally hoped for. I’d recommend double-checking your room upon arrival, but once everything is sorted, the experience can be magical.From€1,642

This was a perfect booking, and I would highly recommend it to friends visiting Paris. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few steps from the Châtelet Les Halles station exit. This station is a famous transportation hub in Paris and even globally. Whether you're coming from the airport, going to Disneyland, or Versailles, you can get there directly without changing trains. For closer attractions like Galeries Lafayette, Montmartre, and the Arc de Triomphe, or even catching an international train, the metro is easily accessible. The Louvre is only 600-700 meters away on foot, and Musée d'Orsay is just a bit further. Notre Dame is also only about 1 kilometer away. It's truly the best base for first-time visitors to Paris. The hotel service was also superb. We arrived at the hotel at 9 AM due to an early flight, and without us even asking, they proactively checked if a room was available for early check-in. When it wasn't, they explained the situation and helped us store our luggage. We explored the surroundings and were able to check in before 12 PM, which was very thoughtful. The quality of nearby restaurants is also good. The only minor drawback is that the room is small. I chose a room type with one large bed and one sofa bed, and fitting two suitcases was a tight squeeze.From€238

Loved the quirky art decor in the hotel, comfortable bed and use of all their amenities!
Complimentary mini fridge (for the first time). Opted for a quiet room (based off of reviews being noisy), could vaguely hear trains/metros but nothing major, but what to expect being so close to the train station.
Ordered room service which was ready rapidly and very tasty, food was still piping hot once got to the room although you do need to collect the food from the restaurant.
Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods, you could also order fresh omelettes and plenty of drink choice too!

Considering how expensive accommodation generally is in Paris, this hotel is a real gem. First off, the room size isn't as cramped as many others; there's still plenty of space even with a double bed. There are two small wardrobes, and they provide a generous amount of hangers, which is incredibly convenient. They offer not just bath towels but also bathrobes, which is a fantastic touch for this price point.
The most impressive feature was that my room had a balcony. From there, you could see the street below, and in the distance, you could even catch a glimpse of the tip of the Eiffel Tower. Looking north, Sacré-Cœur Basilica was also visible. On a clear day, it was absolutely beautiful. The entire room faced west, so you should be able to see the sunset, though I didn't get to experience it.
The hardware facilities are excellent. The faucets are from a famous brand. The bathroom is compact but well-equipped, even featuring a heated rack for drying clothes. Besides air conditioning, the room also has a heater, which is really useful during the cold winter months. Plus, there are plenty of outlets for all your charging needs.From€61

We had a less than pleasant stay. We paid quite a fair bit for this hotel and so would naturally expect that the bare minimum would be fulfilled without being prompted but that was not the case. We had dirty towels and bedsheets with stains all over, the housekeeper would mess up our toothbrush placements daily so we had to keep asking for new dental kits. On one occasion we came back to find the room messily arranged as if the housekeeper was in a rush. Also bare minimum things like we had more than 2 pax in the room but there was no extra cup provided for the toothbrush or extra bedroom slippers. You would think they paid attention to such details for the price we paid and for the hotel name we were staying at.
What's more unpleasant is our encounter with their housekeeping lady who entered our room not once but TWICE. First time she barged in and forced her way into our room while we were present, and spoke French the whole time refusing to communicate with translation. Just downright rude. Then she came again a few days later (despite us being told she would not be working on our floor nor at the premises any longer), and again sooke in french and made no attempts to communicate with us at all. Just wasted our time and was rude. We saw her again on our floor the day we checked out, so I'm not sure what management was doing when they gave us their word that she would not be working on the floor.
Only good thing was location. In house restaurant was pleasant but selections were limited. Overall we felt unsafe in our room and were constantly on edge whether someone would enter our room while we were out. Not a pleasant stay.From€152

The Hotel is positioning as a 4 Star hotel. Unfortunately it needs a lot of renovation inside. As you can see at the pictures there is necessary to renovate the room doors and paint it again.
Upon arriving at evening 20.10.24 I was told the hotel doesn’t see my reservation at all and they have no booked room for me. After 30 minutes negotiations, check the data, connection to provider I obtained the room only. As the receptionist told me there was a crackdown of the hotel booking system recently.
Thank you for the reception officer to provide me 2 rooms apartment for the first night.
The breakfasts were tasty with a good varieties of fresh fruits, quarks and good coffee.
Location is perfect for the shoppers absolutely and it is not far away from the Metro stations.From€147

I stayed here recently and was disappointed with the value for money based on the price paid. The facilities felt dated, especially the hair dryer which barely worked. I also requested a dental kit from reception and was told to purchase one from the vending machine, which felt surprising for a hotel of this level. I eventually received one the next morning after speaking to housekeeping directly.
For the price I paid, I don’t feel that the experience met basic accommodation expectations. While the location is convenient and close to the Eiffel Tower, the overall service and quality didn’t justify the cost. Everything was good and staff are friendly, 2 more steps to go for me to suggest this place to others. 1) the water refilling machines weren’t providing sparkling water as indicated. 2) the lift system seriously need an upgrade, most of the time only 1 lift working, 2nd lift could only be used only when the 1st one left the servicing floor, same goes to the 3rd, which I never see it moves.
