The hotel is in the city center, only 5 minutes walk from the largest supermarket WCTC, the second largest supermarket, very convenient. There are also many restaurants to choose from. The room is oversized, and the surprise is that there are simple kitchens and kitchen utensils. You can buy things from the supermarket to cook, so that although we are overseas, we enjoy a New Year's Eve reunion with dumplings. The oversized cabinets are also very thoughtfully prepared with two folding tables and two drying racks, which are very practical and have a home feel. The hotel's breakfast is simple, but the nutrition is appropriate, and it doesn't feel monotonous for a week.

Just in the city center, very close to the biggest supermarket. The rooms are large and the most convenient place is the induction cooker, cutlery and dining table, which is ideal for living in the undeveloped area of Palau.

Best part of the hotel is the private beachfront where you can swim and do decent snorkel (you might see turtle if you’re lucky). Hotel is located on Malakal which is 10 mins drive from downtown Koror. The restaurants on Malakal are not as many as Koror so that’s the only downside. Breakfast at the hotel was not bad too. Room is clean and immaculate although oddly there were a couple of ants.

I stayed for three nights. The view from the terrace of my room was lovely. I was able to use the facilities before check-in and after check-out, so I was able to enjoy myself a lot within the hotel. The private beach, though small, had lots of fish and was very enjoyable. I would like to stay there again.

This hotel boasts a prime location, and most importantly, it has its own private sandy beach, which is rare for Palau. Guests can rent kayaks for $23 USD/day. Nearby, in the lagoon, there's a submerged WWII fighter plane, as well as a vast array of diverse fish and many giant clam shells. We booked a suite on the 4th floor, and the only slight downer was that the TV only had one channel (no matter how many times I asked at reception, they never fixed it). There's a superb Japanese restaurant nearby with sushi and ramen, where you can also try the giant clam.

It is a simple hotel, but the staff are really good. The room is modern, good air-conditioning. Breakfast is good and starts at 7 am. Airport transfer was on time and reasonably priced.

The hotel has a pier, diving is more convenient, you can come directly to the pier. The room is domestic four-star standard, the dining feels weak, the breakfast variety is small and there is no lunch, and there is no one for dinner. Service is average, I feel less staffed

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and help answer many questions and send postcards. The location is also very good. The room that needs improvement is that the room is a bit simple and does not match the price. Breakfast is a buffet, but it is very simple. It is not recommended to pay extra. All in all, I will stay at the Resort at this price next time.

The service was excellent; they offered free airport pick-up and drop-off, and late check-out. They had everything you need in Palau, so staying with them was the right choice. The breakfast was perfectly suited to Asian tastes, and I enjoyed it very much.

Fabulous place to stay, very central and an amazing view and pool, the staff are so nice and just can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable, the pool is amazing. On first impression the place looks weathered and a shadow of its former self, there are about 60 rooms and 18 bungalows but only a few guests , there is a bar but hardly anyone uses it, the breakfast is very Asian but there is some western food so you won’t starve. The place is absolutely spotless and we really enjoyed our time there and would stay there again if ever in Palau

It’s a clean and beautiful resort. The staff were very warm and helpful. Upon checking in he briefed us on the things to take note and helped us with our luggages. I would recommend people to book this place. The dive centre and restaurant are just 5 mins walk away!

The perfect base for a trip to Palau, this hotel is a steal! The Palau Holiday Inn is an absolute gem for Koror accommodations. From check-in to check-out, everything was truly delightful. First, let's talk about the breathtaking ocean view. Our Deluxe Ocean View room opened its window to the luminous blue Pacific Ocean. That ”glass sea” truly felt like a fairytale scene. The room was incredibly spacious, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom had a well-appointed wet and dry area, and it was spotlessly clean and tidy. The location is fantastic: a 5-minute walk to downtown Koror, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also close to WCTC Supermarket and Long Causeway Park, making daily commuting a breeze. The service and dining were truly exceptional. The staff spoke Chinese, making communication seamless, and their friendly smiles greeted us throughout the entire stay. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and even more worry-free, the hotel arranged our sailing excursions directly, making it a much more reliable and cost-effective option than booking them outside. For over 1,000 per person, this quality accommodation is truly exceptional value in Palau. I have recommended this hotel to friends who are going to Palau. During the peak season, you must book 1-2 months in advance, otherwise you will really miss out!

Highly recommend Holiday Hotel Palau! The location is fantastic, making it super convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with an absolutely stunning sea view – you can open the window and immediately be greeted by the breathtaking seven-color sea. The staff were warm and attentive, and it was a huge plus that they could communicate smoothly in Chinese, providing meticulous and thoughtful service. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and they even help arrange tours, making planning very easy. Our stay was perfect, and this is definitely our top choice for a vacation in Palau.

The hotel provided an excellent experience during our first trip to Palau. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Its location in the city center was extremely convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, so we never had to worry about transportation or finding good food. What truly stood out, however, was the front desk staff-Yssa . They were polite, approachable, and genuinely warm in their interactions. Even when my flight was suddenly canceled, they kindly responded by messaging me in real time. There are many restaurants around, but there is a shared kitchen with everything you need, so you can buy ingredients and cook your own meals. There is a well-ventilated area just outside where you can dry your diving equipment, and it is covered so you can leave it there without worrying about sudden rain. If I come to Palau again, I will definitely use their services, and I will recommend them to my friends.

I stayed here with two friends. The beds, bathroom, and balcony were all clean, and the room was spacious enough for us to lay out our suitcases on the floor without any issues, making for a very comfortable stay. The adjoining restaurant and general store were also lovely. There was a slight mix-up; we had booked a triple single-bed room, but were provided with a queen bed and two single beds, and amenities were only set out for two people. However, the staff's service was consistently polite and prompt, so it didn't cause any major inconvenience. It was very convenient and helpful to be able to use the in-room phone to contact the activity tour company.

A beautiful hotel, next to the port from where my yacht was sailing. Very kind staff, I confused the dates and settled literally for an hour without booking in advance. I was pleasantly surprised, a good room with air conditioning and 2 beds.
