The Sea of Japan is right in front of the hotel, and we were able to see a beautiful sunrise. The room is spacious and very clean. The bathroom doesn't have a bathtub, but the shower has plenty of water pressure and the temperature is stable. The Wi-Fi is also good. The lobby is clean. This hotel is very suitable for Chinese guests, as you don't even need to change the power plugs, which is quite rare in South Korea. The service is excellent, and the front desk staff speak very good English, so communication is seamless. I was looking for a hotel for a same-day stay during my business trip to Ulsan and found this one at a great price, so I booked it. I know there are other hotels nearby like Shilla Stay and Lotte City Hotel, but this one was just as pleasant. More importantly, the room condition was excellent for the price, and it was very clean and comfortable. The E-Mart 24 convenience store on the first floor is a major plus. The only minor downside is that it's about a 15-minute walk from Lotte Department Store Ulsan, but other than that, everything was satisfactory. I went on a family trip and the bed and pillows were so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a great location for eating and drinking. The price was reasonable, making it a great value hotel.
Breakfast was a Korean buffet, but I didn't eat because it wasn't served that day.

I stayed for one night to see the sunrise on January 1st. The hotel wallpaper and things like that weren't very clean. It also smelled a bit.
