The hotel location is quite a bit distance away from nearest bus stop or train station. Do your homework before decide staying here as bringing luggage is not that convenient. Facilities and room are simple and old but functional, nothing to complain given the prices. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed morning walk at the park right next to hotel.

The room was too hot even putting the AC to the max (technically you did not feel that the AC was running at all) - but opening the window was not an option, because the street was noisy. To the gentlemen reading this, you don't have much choice, but to any ladies out there—I strongly, strongly recommend booking a female-only room. I cannot stress this enough: please choose a female-only room.
Overall, the hostel itself is fantastic. The facilities are decent, the location is unbeatable, and you really can't beat the price. The staff members were super friendly, and the place felt clean. Although this was my first hostel in Germany, I’ve stayed at many hostels around the world, and value-for-money wise, this place is top-notch.
The only issue comes down to some of the other guests. When I checked into my first room, I was hit with a terrible odor as soon as I opened the door, and someone was snoring loudly. I asked to switch rooms right away, and the staff were kind enough to accommodate me. Unfortunately, even in the second room, there was another guest with severe body odor who snored heavily all day long. Because of this, I couldn't relax or get a good night's sleep.
I really don't want it to sound offensive to someone..but my overall experience dropped significantly just because of this single reason.
Maybe I was just unlucky, but those guests seemed to be long-term residents.
So again, ladies, even if it costs a bit more, please do yourself a favor and book a female-only room.FromPLN 51

The location of the room is good, but the price/performance ratio is very low. I arrived at about 11 o'clock when I checked in. I saw that the counters next to me were all checking in guests. A guy here who looked like he was Arab didn't even look at the room I booked and said that I could only check in at 3 o'clock. My mother and I had to change clothes, wash and put on makeup in the lobby bathroom. After finishing all this, it was almost 12 o'clock. I went to another old man who had been checking in to inquire. He checked me in directly, and my heart was filled with 10,000 thoughts. The old man was very patient, but the speed was too slow. It almost took more than half an hour for each guest to check in, and in the end, more than 6 euros of tax were charged. I don’t know why, but a young man came to check out. It's strange that I paid additional tax and it was refunded directly to me. All in all, I feel that the service in this hotel is messy and not very professional. The room is also very small, the facilities are average, and the price/performance ratio is very low. I will not choose it again😵💫FromPLN 467

We stayed at your hotel for 18 nights in total as we were visiting our son and his family for the Christmas holidays. He lives nearby so this hotel was VERY convenient. The housekeeping was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot water and pulsating shower in the bathroom. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker/kettle in the room. We were also rather disappointed that the full breakfast buffet on a couple of occasions did not have the hot items readily available. We were able to order individual servings of such items but it was not the same as being able to freely pick and choose what we wanted. We also noticed that the hot drinks that were dispensed from the machine were NOT hot at all and just merely warm.
The front desk staff were friendly and courteous at all times. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our son in Hamburg.FromPLN 314

The hotel felt very secure. The lobby doors close at 11 PM, and you need your room key to get in. It's quite close to the U1 subway line, and the U3/U1 lines share the same station, though the exits are a bit far apart. The hotel service was excellent, the bedding was very comfortable, and the room had plenty of space. There were also utensils and a stove for cooking. Hotel have a great location closed to the train station we have stayed at this hotel for some years ago. But this time our room was not as expected as it’s was on the 6th floor (last floor and ) and it has gable roof room which is very closed to the bed so we need to be extra careful to not hitting our heads against the wall while we go through. Otherwise everyone was more than good , breakfast was very delicious and helful staff they allow us to forlong our check out 2 hours with no fee.
