Very good stay experience, everyone in the hotel team is kind and friendly, the location is also excellent, the lake and the big fountain are right outside. The Chinese food on the first floor and the Italian food on the second floor are both good. I will stay again.

This kind of old-fashioned absolute landscape hotel is actually not an ideal place to enjoy the services of a five-star hotel. Because the hotel's service attitude varies from person to person, it feels very uncomfortable and shows their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for earthlings, which is a pity! The so-called civilization and quality reveal many narrow local cultures in them. This is very out of line with Switzerland - the seat of the United Nations! Not neutral either!

But the service is as outstanding as other Four Seasons hotels, from doormen, security guards to concierge services, front desk reception...all of them are hospitable and humble. The money is for service, location, and brand confidence. If this is not a concern... then it can be said that the rooms in this hotel are not worth living in. Regular rooms, superior rooms, and deluxe rooms are really too small, or the decoration is too old.

The hotel is right next to the train station, just a 100-200 meter walk away. The front desk kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I booked a single room, and it was actually a bit larger than I expected. The room had air conditioning; even though it was an older model, it worked, which was a lifesaver in the hot European weather. The bed was a little soft, but the bedding was comfortable. Luggage storage is also available.

I booked a single room for one night and a double room for another. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the front desk staff was very friendly. When I told them I'd left my room key inside, they jokingly told me I could sleep at the front desk instead! The hotel's location is excellent; you can get there directly from the train station by taking the underground passage and then an elevator. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but the quality felt good, and the crepes were nicely made. The single room was quite small, with just enough space by the window to open a 28-inch suitcase. The double room, however, was much larger and even had a mini-fridge. The downside was that the beds were too soft, which seems to be a common issue in Europe, and the curtains let in a lot of light, which is tough when it gets bright so early in Geneva during summer. Most importantly, it has air conditioning! Air conditioning! Air conditioning! It was an absolute lifesaver! Seriously, what on earth were those places I stayed in Zurich and Interlaken thinking, having no AC at all?!

I stayed for 3 nights in June, during an unusually hot spell. The room had air conditioning, and it worked well if you tilted the bathroom door towards the room. Not having a fridge in the room was a bit of a hassle, but I could get free ice from the front desk. The location was super convenient, almost directly connected to Geneva Central Station. My room unfortunately faced the recycling collection point, so the view wasn't great, but it was kept clean so it didn't bother me too much. The breakfast restaurant on the 8th floor seems to only be open for breakfast and offers only a continental spread. I was a little disappointed that there were no vegetables.

The service was great too; they even gave us a free day pass, which made getting to the airport the next day really easy. There's a small balcony with a view of the big fountain. The hotel's location is extremely convenient for those traveling to Geneva by train, as it's only about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Guests staying in Geneva can also use their free public transport pass. You'll need to ask for the pass at the front desk upon check-in and provide your email address. They will send you a link to register. Once registered, take a screenshot of the QR code. You can directly board public transport in Geneva without anyone checking tickets, but make sure to keep your QR code in case an inspector comes to verify it. This trip was with my family of three, and the front desk staff were excellent. When checking in, the front desk staff informed me that they had given us two connecting rooms, even though we had originally booked a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness. Before checking in, I had already consulted with the staff about our needs.
