The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the main train station (the supermarket store in the station is longer than the city, and there is something to buy later). It is within a five-minute walk from the larger ***or mall in the city. The hotel layout is similar to that of the home in China. The room size is small, but it is quite comfortable to live. The handsome guy at the front desk is very patient and friendly. The lobby coffee machine serves hot drinks throughout the day, and the breakfast choices are quite satisfactory. The first floor is bright and has a family hotel atmosphere. Pay special attention to Ctrip reservations. The big bed is still a double bed. It looks like there are not many twin rooms. I didn't specify it. I found it in the store and found two big beds.

Near the Geneva station, you can walk to the Grand Fountain and the old town. Clean and comfortable. It is recommended if you have more luggage and go to other places by train.

Like how the hotel sends out welcome e-mail prior to check in to better understand the needs of guests and going all out to make sure that our stay was comfortable. This kind of old-fashioned absolute landscape hotel is actually not an ideal place to enjoy the services of a five-star hotel. Because the hotel's service attitude varies from person to person, it feels very uncomfortable and shows their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for earthlings, which is a pity! The so-called civilization and quality reveal many narrow local cultures in them. This is very out of line with Switzerland - the seat of the United Nations! Not neutral either!

But the service is as outstanding as other Four Seasons hotels, from doormen, security guards to concierge services, front desk reception...all of them are hospitable and humble. The money is for service, location, and brand confidence. If this is not a concern... then it can be said that the rooms in this hotel are not worth living in. Regular rooms, superior rooms, and deluxe rooms are really too small, or the decoration is too old.

I booked this hotel on the day I arrived in Geneva. The Ritz-Carlton next door had gone up to 9000, the Four Seasons to 12000, and the Mandarin Oriental to 12000. Not wanting to run into acquaintances, I booked this one for 6400 a night. The location is right on the shore of Lake Geneva, on the same street as the other three hotels, but it's a little off the edge. The view from the small balcony of the semi-lake view room in the picture below clearly shows it's near the dock ⛵️, but at the end is a city park, perfect for a morning run and taking pictures of the morning scenery. The front desk staff were very patient and enthusiastic, with a really good attitude. Because the hotel was already full that day, I was given a slightly higher room 😊. Of course, I'm also a lady, and they were all smiles during our conversation, so attitude really is mutual. Upon check-in, the front desk also mentioned there was a Chinese restaurant on the hotel's lower level. I didn't have time to try it because a friend recommended Hongyun Restaurant, which had a good environment and reasonable prices, so I ate there first. Back to the hotel room, it wasn't large, but apart from the hotel elevator, the whole experience from the lobby to the room was that of a standard 5-star hotel.

The location is superb! It's right across the road from Geneva train station, and it's super convenient for car rentals, dining, and a walk to the lake to see the Jet d'Eau. Getting to the Broken Chair monument is a bit of a longer walk, about twenty minutes, but it's a nice stroll after dinner, especially with the pleasant temperatures. I wouldn't recommend walking there during the day, though, as it can get quite sunny.

I stayed for 3 nights in June, during an unusually hot spell. The room had air conditioning, and it worked well if you tilted the bathroom door towards the room. Not having a fridge in the room was a bit of a hassle, but I could get free ice from the front desk. The location was super convenient, almost directly connected to Geneva Central Station. My room unfortunately faced the recycling collection point, so the view wasn't great, but it was kept clean so it didn't bother me too much. The breakfast restaurant on the 8th floor seems to only be open for breakfast and offers only a continental spread. I was a little disappointed that there were no vegetables.

Couldn't believe how close it was to the train station, literally right outside the door – super convenient! The service was great too; they even gave us a free day pass, which made getting to the airport the next day really easy. There's a small balcony with a view of the big fountain. The hotel's cleanliness was good, and the location wasn't bad, as we chose it specifically for its proximity to the train station, which is a 15-minute walk away. However, the beds were very small. We booked a room with single beds for two people, but the beds were more like 'hybrid' beds, not true singles. Also, there were no bathroom slippers. When we requested them, they said hotels under three stars don't provide them, which I found ridiculous. The shampoo and hand soap were the same; there was solid soap for the house, but in the bathroom, there was no hair shampoo or body wash, just one shampoo for both hands and hair. They only provided body towels; when we asked for hair towels, they gave us two more body towels, but the cleaning staff took them the next day. So, the main shortcomings in the room were the lack of bathroom slippers, body soap, body wash, and hair towels. Most importantly, there should have been a real single bed. If you go as a couple, with your girlfriend or spouse, the double bed provided is actually two of these 'hybrid' beds pushed together, as we also checked the beds in the double rooms. I believe this is a significant drawback that lowered the hotel's score. On a side note, the breakfast was a buffet, very tasty, healthy, and good for 20 francs. Considering Switzerland's high prices, the cost was quite reasonable. The staff was polite and friendly, but I must say they were inadequate in fulfilling our requests. We had no issues with the temperature; the air conditioning worked perfectly.
