A business hotel in the city center with a great location, with supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The facilities are average, but worth the price. One disadvantage is that it is located on the main road and is very noisy at night. Wa people go to bed very late at night, wake up very early in the morning and speak loudly. There is no possibility that they will noisy other people's consciousness. I heard someone talking loudly until 3 o'clock in the evening, and it was very noisy outside at 6 o'clock in the morning. It is not suitable for travelers who like to sleep quietly at night. There is also a poor hotel service. There is a guest reception room downstairs in the hotel for check-in and check-out matters. It says that there will be reception from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and call for service the rest of the time. As a result, I did not check in at 4 o'clock in the evening, there was no one in the reception room, the door was locked, and no one answered the service phone, so I could not contact Ctrip to solve it. The hotel called me until a quarter past five in the evening, saying that someone was there and I could check in. Checked out in the morning and asked the receptionist. She said that someone would start reception at 8 o'clock in the morning, but she didn't come to work until 8:30. I have also stayed in several hotels in Port Vila, and this one has the worst service.

Although the kitchen utensils are very good, there is no decent supermarket nearby, so it is not used. Insufficient: far from the airport, especially the public transportation in Port Vila is not perfect, which is not the preferred place for ordinary tourists. Talk to the small bus driver about 1,500 watts (equal to RMB 90), the driver is not familiar with the road, circle around, and finally send it to the hotel after 500 watts. The overall integrity of the Bus bus driver in Port Vila is poor.

Hotel location is not in the city center, 3 floors, most middle-aged and elderly people live in apartment-style.

Highly recommended for family trips and gateway 🤗 We were amazed by rooms and the accessories which makes it easier for us to cook, drink and relax in the pool 🥰

Many hotels in Vanuatu do not have air-conditioning, and this one also seems to have very expensive electricity there, so locals are not accustomed to using air-conditioning, the rooms are very good, a separate building, the only disadvantage is that it is hot 😅 and there are mosquitoes

Great, quiet place with secluded location on the lagoon. The place has very friendly staff, in-house cafe + paddle boats and kayaks for use on the lagoon. The room we stayed at had the kitchen, which was very convenient, but also a few big roaches, which wasn’t as clean as I would like it to be. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I was initially very satisfied with this hotel, but my entire experience was completely ruined on the morning of March 29 at 10:00 AM. A staff member knocked on my door in an extremely aggressive and urgent manner. Even after I clearly told them to wait, they continued banging loudly on the door without any respect for my privacy. When I finally opened the door, expecting something urgent or important, I was shocked to find out that they were simply asking whether I needed housekeeping. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. There was no emergency, no prior request, and no justification for such intrusive and disrespectful conduct. This was not only unprofessional, but also extremely disturbing. I do not need or appreciate this kind of forced “morning call.” It shows a serious lack of basic training and respect for guests. Because of this incident, I immediately decided to check out and leave the hotel. I strongly do NOT recommend this property.

Every time I visit Vanuatu, I make sure to stop by the Grand Hotel. It's been renovated since the earthquake, and now it's even more modern! The staff are all so friendly, and their smoothies and fresh coconuts are delicious.
