The hotel is in close proximity to attractions. The Taj Mahal is 5 minutes away, the Prince of Wales Museum (pictured) is 100-200 rupees by taxi or you can also walk.
The rooms are bright, clean, beautiful. The service is perfect, the staff is very friendly. You can exchange money at the reception at a good rate, no need to look for an exchange office, the rate at the airport is lower.

Close to the seaside and India Gate, quite convenient.
The elevators and rooms are relatively old, the towels are as hard as cardboard, and there are no facilities, not even cups for drinking water or washing up. Breakfast has very little variety.
The waiter took our passports and said they would be sent back to our room in 15 minutes. After waiting for almost an hour, we went to pick them up before he took them out of his pocket and returned them to us.

Located just outside India gate.
The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special.

Stayed here for 1 night as a transit hotel after a short trip in Mumbai. The hotel looks very grand from the outside and gives a good first impression. However, during check-in, I was given a room with 2 queen beds even though I had booked a king bed room. The receptionist told me it was a very beautiful room, so I accepted it, but honestly it felt like just a normal room. I believe the king bed rooms were likely sold out, which was probably why I was given a first-floor room instead.
I was not very happy about that, but since it was only a transit stay and I had to wake up early for my flight, I decided not to make an issue out of it. Another downside was the airport drop-off service, which cost 1700 INR including tax ($25 dollars)for only about a 10-minute ride. It felt quite expensive, but with a 4 am flight, I still paid for the convenience. Overall, okay for a short transit stay, but not perfect.From€77

Observed and experienced only hotel for the 9 days trip in India from Delhi to agra, to Juipur to Mumbai, and really helped customers nor doing the work for tips. Housekeeping guy was very considerable and helpful in sending extra towel, a soft and a hard pillow for my kid to sleep better. Keep up the standard and service, 4 Seasons Mumbai would be the first choice next trip to Mumbai. 👍

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .From€136

Holiday Inn is generally a good hotel close to Terminal 2 of Mumbai Airport. The beauty is that despite the hotel being under renovation, there was no interference with the stay. One can’t tell whether renovations are going on. Rooms are spacious and clean. I got a window view on the 6th floor and had a better view of what Mumbai is.
