The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.

The breakfast is very rich and the environment is very beautiful. There is also a river on the side and a large swimming pool, which is very suitable for playing and relaxing on holidays. The architectural style of the hotel is also very classic and distinctive.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be quite average. The room service was decent and met basic expectations, but the room itself was very congested, leaving little space to move around comfortably. This lack of space impacted the overall comfort of the stay. While it served its purpose, i believe there’s room for improvement in terms of room design and service to provide a better guest experience. If you're looking for a quick and basic stay, this place might work, but it’s not ideal for those seeking more comfort or space.

The room and washroom were very spacious. Really liked the them. A bath curtain in the washroom would have been good to prevent splashing of water to the remaining area. Food had to be ordered from nearby hotel whose menus are available in the room. The food was good too from those places. Only drawback i felt during my stay was, there only one other guest on the hotel while i was staying. The hotel therefore looked very isolated. Also the external lighting of the hotel during the night can be better

Didn't expect such nice rooms for this price point. Absolute value for money stay. Food was also good. They have their own restaurant inside so that you don't have to go outside for food. Highly recommended !

Spotted a cockroach early morning around 4 am when i entered toilet. Head board of the bed had dust and looked dirty. Bedsheet might be washed but had stain marks and felt itchy. Towel provided was very hard may be because they were old. I asked the room boy to clean the table in my room for which he came with a similar white towel and leaned the dirt off the table which made me wonder whether they will wash that very towel and give it for clients as bathing towel

Room is large enough to cater the need of a two/three member family. Bed, pillows towels etc are clean. Floor and wall are also neat but cockroches are marching on the floor. Room allotted to us was with wider windows allowing sunlight and air if desired. But the curtains seems very old. The room allotted have two parts. First we are entering into a small room furnished with a coat and small table. From this room only we can enter the main room. Both are separated with door lockable from main room. This arrangement is very convenient for those who are traveling with a driver/maid. No attached bathroom available for the annexed room. Though just 100 away from main road, the place is calm. Very limited parking space only available and no car porch is available. If it is raining you have to step-down from vehicle into the rain. Tirur railway station is not far away. Behavior of staff deserves particular appreciation. No restaurant is attached with this hotel. But, some reputed restaurants near will serve your food by a phone call. Some restaurants available within walkable distance.

The place is a little far from perinthalmanna town. The room and bathroom were average. Looked like a 500 rps room. But fortunately it was clean. They did not provide soap. It took almost an hour for the air condition to kick in and get the room cooled. I checked in late in the evening. The place looked abandoned and there was no one at the reception. I waited 15 mins for someone to appear. There was only one staff. He was managing the entire business. He was cordial and friendly.
